This unique flat includes a fully furnished kitchen (quartz countertops, Stainless appliances) two king size bedrooms, two full baths and two patios overlooking the ocean.

Whether you are relaxing on the beach, enjoying the Pool, walking or biking on Summer Beach’s scenic shaded paths, playing tennis, exploring historic Fernandina, shopping, dining or playing golf on one of many fine Island courses, you will find your stay to be filled with fun, adventure and luxury!

This is a non-smoking unit. Vacation Rental Amenities include:
Two covered patios (one off living room and one off master bedroom suite), HD TV, free hi-speed wireless Internet, three cable TVs, VCR, stereo, CD player, fully furnished kitchen, washer and dryer. All linens and cooking utensils are provided. In addition to two king size beds, the unit has a sectional sofa that can be used for an extra adult or children.

This condo was made to host couples who love their pets. It was decorated to withstand people going to the beach and also not disturbed by having a pet with you. The whole condo complex had many families with pets staying when we were there. It is an older complex but serves the needs of those who want to be right at the beach. The lawn in front of us had resident box turtles and an armadillo to keep everyone entertained.

Great property….. Brenda was SO helpful. We hope to come back in the future with family. I would have given a 5 star for cleanliness, but the grill was not clean. It did not affect our stay at all. We loved being able to bring our dog. 👍

We loved the condo. It had just what we wanted. We had our little Bichon with us & he loved it too. It was tastefully decorated & had everything we needed. We found the bed very comfortable & gave us good rest & peaceful sleep. We love Amelia & hope to return to this Sailmaker condo!

This is our second year in Amelia Island and truly recommend the southern part due to the bike and walking paths. The home exceeded our expectations; the condo area was very quiet, and the location for walking and biking was ideal. We enjoyed ourselves at the Ritz for the additional amenity card.

1st floor access easy to get to.....easy to walk out back sliders right onto access to beach.....large condo and comfy furniture and bed....with preferred step in shower.cold weather was a downer....but still provided a quiet " battery charging time" to relax with ocean in sight and sound 24/7. Really appreciated the pet friendly ability too as our shi tzu discovered the beach and waves.

This was the best experience we have ever had with a property owner. She provided all the needed information and directions, as well as restaurant recommendations well in advance of our booking and was easy to reach and quick to respond when there was a minor issue. The property is perfectly located, beautifully decorated and appointed, lacking for nothing. We could not be more pleased with the whole experience!

Our family has stayed in this unit for vacation for the last three years. We love the location on the ground floor with a front entrance close to designated parking and a back entrance close to the beach. Another advantage is the bedroom arrangement of two masters with king beds and accompanying baths. We always have extended family staying in other units and the grassed area between the patio and the dunes is perfect for children’s play. The owners are always responsive and have gone out of their way to make our visits enjoyable and to answer any questions we may have. This year, the owner even provided a multi-page information and restaurant guide which was useful and helpful.

We had a beautiful view of the beach. The condominium is up to date with appliances and furnishings. We even saw a Space X launch from the beach during out stay. What a wonderful place to stay while on Amelia Island. We enjoyed being able to take daily walks on the beach via the boardwalk which was only steps away. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Brenda was very quick to answer questions. I would highly recommend this home for people looking to relax and enjoy Amelia Island.

Just a perfect place to stay we loved it so much we already booked it again for next year. It is in a gated community which felt safe and quiet. Lots of walking and biking paths nearby. Ground floor unit which was so convenient just go out the back slider and walk down the walkway and take the path over the dune and you are on the wide uncrowded beach. Takes maybe a minute. Inside the unit the beds were comfortable with a spacious living space. Brenda was just so responsive anytime I reached out with a question. She also provide great info about the area with a long list of restaurants to try. Historic downtown Fernandina Beach was a fun area to stroll through lots of shops and places to eat. It is about 15 minutes away. We are looking forward to returning.

My husband and I, along with our tiny pomeranian, recently stayed for 10 days in this conveniently-located condo, and it was a wonderful experience for us. The condo was beautifully decorated and was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay a comfortable one. We are in our 70's and being on the ground floor was a plus for us because there were no steps, so we could literally walk out our door and be on the grassy lawn that lead to the boardwalk and beach. In addition, our hostess contacted us soon after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed, and that meant a lot to us. If it is available, we will definitely plan stay in this beautiful condo again when we visit Amelia Island.

Property was excellent, loved having the two master bedrooms, beach was just short walk across the boardwalk over the dunes that have many gopher tortoises meandering around throughout the day. We are Amelia addicts and love this area with the easy acces to Fernandina and what it offers. The only issue we had was the gate was not working, and no one answered when buzzing through the control panel. We eventually went through the out gate which had the arm missing. We are not sure if this was hurricane related or not as we were there right after Ian. Once we got to room and got the gate key we had no other issues.

We have stayed in this condo 3 times in the last 4 years and have enjoyed each stay very much. The property is always clean and the location is sooo good. It’s right on the beach. The owners are easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions, concerns etc..

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at the property. Brenda was easy to contact prior to our stay to answer any questions and then to assist us with the checking in process. We loved the location! You only have to contend with others at sailmaker at the beach area. Great location for easy access to the beach with beach shower present for easy clean off for humans and dogs after the beach. The layout of the place was great with two separate masters and each their own bathroom. High top Dining table wasn’t kid friendly, but our toddler mostly stands during her meals now anyway so it worked out. Appreciated having access to beach chairs, umbrellas, and even the toddler wagon which our daughter loved taking little strolls in. No tubs, but great to have hand held shower heads for easy showering and cleanup after being at the beach. Loved that we were able to bring our dog with us and enjoy a whole family vacation. Definitely will stay again.
