Upgraded features include beautiful natural stone slate floors and granite countertops. The bathroom includes granite surround, jetted tub & separate showers. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a unique European breakfast nook for dining near the living room. European handmade Swiss hardwood chairs, large crown molding & European inspired fireplaces for a relaxing and memorable experience.
KITCHEN: The large kitchen is all equipped with eight settings, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and all the appliances you will need for your vacation.
LAUNDRY: Common area; use pay machines on 2nd and 3rd floors steps away from the central elevator.
FIREPLACE: Gas fireplace available for use November-April.
ACCESSIBILITY: Elevators available to each floor.

Need to upgrade TV in living room. Really small. Villa is dated but clean. Pool area needs update. No small tables outside and hottub not working well. Three jets working and not hot enough.

This was a nice place to stay for our family. The pictures were very accurate, the place was clean and well furnished with all we needed for our family of five to stay. We cooked all meals and found everything we needed. The pool was great and fun for the kids, and parents. We stayed during the week and it was not busy. It was quiet and there were many activities to do. check in and out was easy. There is a nice quiet pub/bar that we tried out at night. Great family place to stay!! We will be back!

Unit 1021 and 1022
If 1022 could open from key pad that would be great. Pillows were terrible. Coffee not good and machine dirty. Kitchen small but we managed. Very nice property and unit overall. Far from ski resorts that are not super expensive. We had a great time overall in Utah. Also steakhouse o Christmas was terrible service and food.

We had a great time!
We had a great relaxing three night stay over fall break! The only suggestion I think would be to add a DVD player. The portable one we brought wasn't working so the kids were disappointed there wasn't one by any of the TVs in the two adjoining rooms. Otherwise, a great stay and the coffee maker was awesome!

we really like the location. We did need the sofa bed, but found it very uncomfortable. We were given a roll away but it was also uncomfortable. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Enjoyed the area
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Zermatt Resort. However, my biggest complaint would be that communication wasn’t the best. It took 3 days to get someone to come light the pilot light on the fireplace and they never did come fix the drain in the second bathroom tub. I actually wanted to use the big jetted tub in the master but there was mold in the jets. I never even mentioned this, to be fair, but considering the lack of response to the other tub I didn’t even try.
The beds were pretty comfortable and the blackout drapes were awesome so we slept good! Also, even though they say you have to pay for extra towels they did come by and offer to give us more. We were there for 11 nights so that was really nice.

Dr MLK long weekend visit
Very nice, clean and roomy 2-bedroon/2-bath villa which is nearby most area activities, and only a short ride to town. Nice efficiency kitchen and spacious dining/living room area. Could have had more towels in the 2-queen bedroom bathroom, as there was only a total of 4 bath towels, 2-hand towels and 1-face cloth for the 4-day stay. Also, optional daily maid service would be greatly appreciated, rather than no daily maid service at all. Hotel offered great service and everything from the bakery was "to die for". Would definitely reserve the unit again.

Birthday/Mother's Day weekend at Zermatt
Generally speaking we enjoyed our stay at Zermatt Resort and Vacation Club. This has become an annual event for our family. The room was spacious and the stay was pleasant. Since last year, the resort seemed to be a little rundown. The hotel's first floor ceiling was covered with patch work on the ceiling. The ceiling in the pool was pealing and there was also a large hole in the ceiling. The room safe in 1022 didn't work and the thermostat batteries needed to be replaced. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The coffee table in the living room had 2 legs that were ready to break. In the second room, 1020, we found clothes from a previous guest in the drawers. We ate at the Wildfire Smoke Haus. As expected, the food was great. However, the service was terrible. It took us 10 minutes to get our order taken and another 15 minutes to get our food. I had to find the waitress and ask for straws for our drinks. She didn't offer any drink refills. This was a total let down considering our experience last year was great! The folks at the bakery and at the adventure store were great! All that being said, the resort reminds us of our trip to Europe so we will probably return next year.

Our trip was to spend time up in the mountains with the snow and have family time playing games. The Villa was a perfect place for your family. Will be booking it again!
