The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a unique European breakfast nook for dining near the living room. European handmade Swiss hardwood chairs, large crown molding & European inspired fireplaces for a relaxing and memorable experience.
KITCHEN: The large kitchen is all equipped with eight settings, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and all the appliances you will need for your vacation.
LAUNDRY: Common area; use pay machines on 2nd and 3rd floors steps away from the central elevator.
FIREPLACE: Gas fireplace available for use November-April.

Instructions and explanation for check in and out was all top notch.
All areas I could see and which we used were clean. Front closet cluttered with broken lamps and other things. But didn't use that much. While curtains maneuvered up and down, people walking out side along the firelane path could easily see in and we out with blinds fully closed. They were broken and unsightly. Pocket door could not be used in the bathroom as it was stuck and the handle to open it was broken which was the biggest annoyance. The furniture didn't really fit in the rooms and there were no luggage racks on which to place suitcases and the like. Remotes to TV were old and hardly worked as well as several outlets in the walls. Most only had one working and few neither plug worked. With all that said, this was a nice place in all, just very dated and not well maintained. However, we still enjoyed our stay. Sheets and beds were clean and comfortable which is the most important part.

We celebrated my sister's bachelorette party with six ladies total. It was the perfect set up for casual hangout, heading out for adventures, taking advantage of the pools, and spending way too much time checking out the cows next door. An unforgettable weekend in a very lovely accommodation.

We stay here every year for Swiss Days and for the Ice Castles... it fits all of us just perfectly and is so beautiful and convenient. Thank you again for another great stay! We love the waterfall pool and the beautiful views and walking on the property... soooo breathtaking!!!

We spent 3 nights in this Zermatt Villa. It was an excellent location, but the rooms & kitchen need some attention and maintenance. Headboards were loose, the sliding door kept getting stuck, the rug is permanently curled up and a serious trip hazard, the couch smells awful (like sweaty feet), missing batteries for the remote, and other maintenance details that are being overlooked. We emailed and texted the property management upon arrival and departure regarding some of our concerns, but didn't hear back.

Such a Cozy Place!
If you want a peaceful getaway, you will love this place! Nestled in the peaceful valley & away from the busyness of the city it was an instant invitation to relax. We loved the comfortable beds, fresh soft towels & cozy gathering space complete with fireplace. The villa was clean & peaceful. My sons loved the big swimming pool, beautiful miniature golf course & delicious restaurants. The owners were very responsive, communicated well and check-in was simple. This will be our new favorite getaway spot!

Great experience!
We were very impressed with the entire experience with Midway Vacation Properties and the Zermatt Resort, from booking the room through our departure. Communication was exceptional from MVP to where we had no questions, concerns, or uncertainties going into our stay. The room was delightful - clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was perfect for our group, and we will definitely be booking this room again in the future!

Zermatt Villa week
Great location and nice, roomy villa. We had a few issues (leaking refrigerator and the fireplace would not start) but overall, really enjoyed the villa and it was in a perfect location for the nordic ski events we were in town for at Soldier Hollow. Midway had some great restaurants and we had a great time.

Winter Wonderland
We rented the property the week before Christmas to have some winter holiday fun. The space did not disappoint. It was cozy and yet larger than I was expecting. The kids loved having their own space the veg out after a long day in the snow. We all loved the living room area, it was a perfect space to hang out, eat snacks and do some puzzles by the fire.
The Zermatt restaurants were delicious, it was nice to not have to leave the property to find a good meal. The pools were fun as well.

Excellent accommodations
This is our second stay and it was consistently excellent with our experience before. The condo has been updated and the resort is being updated now. Great hosts and nice accommodations. Would absolutely stay here again.

I hesitated posting this as I have again been waiting for a response from the booking property company as our pricing still is not resolved. We have loved staying at the Zermatt in the past and looked forward to this trip. I initially had a question about our reservation right after making our reservation and tried multiple times through email, text, and phone messages to get ahold of the listing agent without success. I finally got a response when contacting the property management company corporate office. Next, We did not receive nor see any detail about restrictions on bringing bikes, so when we received check in information 48 hours before our stay not allowing them, we had to scramble to cancel and rearrange reservations for what we had planned on being a good part of our trip. The room was decent but the oven door was broken making it a challenge to prepare a meal or two. The rooms are needing an update but were reasonably clean. A week after our reservation, I received a charge on my card with an increased price that was not on the original booking. Good luck getting ahold of anyone. This is still being disputed and has yet to be resolved because I can’t get anyone to respond to me. If we go to the Zermatt again, it will not be through any of Kyle’s or Midway Vacation Property VRBO’s. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and the dishonesty in pricing

2 Night Stay
We stayed with our 5 kids, and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the accommodations for 2 nights. Very clean, great property, no issues during our stay. We'll be back again!

Area was great, room was only okay
Midway is an adorable town, and there was lots to do around the Zermatt to keep my family entertained. The grounds were well kept and the amenities were great. The room however was a bit lackluster. The fridge door makes the kitchen space a bit awkward (it could've and should've been installed to open toward the kitchen). The beds were comfy, and the main living space was clean. The couch was uncomfortable on the ends and could use some pillows. The master bathroom had makeup splattered on the walls around the sink from a previous occupant. The pocket door to the bathroom is horribly bowed and ridiculously hard to close. If you don't mind showering/peeing with the door open, I guess it's not a problem...I prefer my privacy. The TV in the master bedroom was streamed only and every channel was jumpy making it completely useless.
