***Viking Lodge HOA has a planned roof replacement for this building (A). We do not have a confirmed start/end date at this time, but anticipate June-October 2025 work period. There will be equipment and contractors visible around the property throughout the summer. We anticipate intermittent construction noise. Please note Town of Telluride municipal code requires construction noise is limited to the hours of 8am-6pm M-F & 9am-6pm on Saturday.**

Viking Lodge 105 sets a new standard for the Viking Lodge. This vacation rental condo features the very best of everything. With a fresh, bright palette, this one bedroom, one bathroom condo has a contemporary feeling of light and space. The condo is easy walking distance to the ski lifts, Telluride Town Park, Colorado Avenue, Clark's Market and the many hiking and biking trails in the area. This lovely condo sleeps 4 with a maximum of 2 adults.
Enter into the living area finished with contemporary furnishings and vibrant splashes of color. Relax here after a long day of adventure and watch your favorite show on the flat screen TV. Continue on to the condo's expanded, modern kitchen featuring full-size appliances including a dishwasher, then relax and rejuvenate in the bright and sleek bedroom and bathroom in either direction from the kitchen. The design of this condo offers a spacious feeling and a refreshing place to retreat between excursions. Pool access at the Viking Lodge is a popular reason many visitors choose the Viking Lodge when visiting Telluride.
The heated pool in summer, hot tub, and the River Trail are just steps from your front door in this unit. Snag a special bottle of wine from the Wine Mine or grab a drink and bite at There Bar or Siam, just across the street. Both the gondola and lift 7 along with their lift ticket windows are a short walk in either direction as well. Ditch your car once you arrive -- you can get everywhere you need to go from here on foot.

Situated on the ground floor of the Viking Lodge, features and amenities include:
- Completely remodeled, including new kitchen, bathroom, furnishings, flooring and fresh paint
- Master bedroom with a king bed and luxurious bedding
- American Leather sleeper sofa in the living room (sleeps 2)
- All linens, towels and basic supplies provided
- Kitchen features stainless appliances, induction cooktop and microwave oven
- Access to the pool and garden on one side, and the parking lot on the rear side (super easy access for anyone with kids, or mobility issues)
- The Viking Lodge has a heated pool (summer) and hot tub
- On site parking (one space, not assigned, first come first served)
- Free wifi
- High chair, Pack n Play, baby gates available upon request
- Please note this unit does not have A/C, same as most units in Telluride
