The privacy and surroundings were beautiful beyond words. The house layout was perfect - two family areas and the wraparound deck made it easy to enjoy the pine trees from every angle. We loved the campfires and our grandchild loved the treehouse and slide!

Cabin has everything you need. Family had a great time. We will definitely be back.
Owner was very nice she even checked on us to see if we need anything. Bottle of wine and treats was so nice to arrive and see that on the counter for us!
Thank you!

Parks Az rental (stay June 2 to 9, 2024 ) review
We want to thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. We have been doing our family trips since 2016. When we all walked into your home we all said “Wow”. As we explored room after room and ended in the pool table/rec room we all agreed your home rose to the top of our list and took the number 1 spot. I loved that it is on one floor, except for two little steps to get into rec room.
There are too many special places to name as our favorite, so I will list a few: my grandchildren's were : rec room they loved the pool table, swings, campfire pit, watching the deer, squirrels, especially the baby one and the different birds around your property.
We loved watching movies in the rec room. The adults love all the seating on the porches. My son and daughter loved hiking around your property. Your home is very spacious we all had separate spaces but also plenty of gathering places (kitchen table, porch seating, campfire pit and the rec/pool table room).
Your home is one of the most stocked home we ever stayed at. We can not thank you enough for your welcoming basket of snacks and wine, it was so appreciated.
We got to cross off campfire smores from our bucket list. My grandchildren also got the cross off Canyon coasters in Williams. My kids said it is a must for any thrill seekers.

Host was very responsive and helpful. Check-in and check-out were very easy. We had a great stay at this semi-remote getaway (that is still within very reasonable driving distance to Flagstaff, AZ, Williams, AZ, & the Grand Canyon. :)

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend. The home is located in a nice quiet area but is still within 1-1/2 to 2 hours of many significant tourist locations. We were able to easily visit the Grand Canyon twice, along with some other smaller areas of interest. The house was well equipped and other than buying groceries to make meals we really had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and hope to return some time in the future. Thank you!

Dawn is a wonderful host! We had absolutely everything we could have needed, and we were amazed at how well appointed the home was. I loved that there is a land line since the cell service was almost non existent. The kids loved playing outside and we had a great time here. This was my first VRBO experience, and I was impressed at how easy everything was. Thanks again Dawn, we appreciate you!

We booked this property for Father’s Day weekend. It has everything that you could possibly need. (Even down to the hair dryers). There is plenty of space to relax, and for kids to roam as well. We also took advantage of the many nearby attractions! The owners were tentative when needed. I highly recommend this listing. Hopefully we’ll be back!

This is the best place we’ve ever stayed in for kids. We were able to keep an eye on them from the spacious porch while they played in the woods and on the great playset. There’s also a room with a pool table in the cabin that they loved as well. We had a lovely stay, and it was the perfect secluded, mountain retreat. The Grand Canyon is a little less than an hour and a half away, and is well worth the drive.

Our family of 6: 2 teenagers, their parents and grandparents loved this cabin! Located between Flagstaff & Williams we all enjoyed the many adventures this area had to offer. Even with the largest snowfall ever recorded; we found lots to do! And the cabin was the perfect size for all. Sleds came in handy as well as the propane fire pit and grill. Groceries within 20 minutes away as well as a small convenience store just 6 miles away. Great layout which included a game room with pool table, tv and comfy recliner sectional. Living room with electric fireplace connected to the kitchen & dining area was perfect for games after a day of hiking. Lots of games available in the hall closet. Grand Canyon train from Williams was delightful and of course the GC never disappoints. The host was quick to answer any questions and we all appreciate the opportunity to stay at this wonderful cabin. We want to come back in warmer weather to continue exploring

Solitude is what we got here! This cabin is almost an escape from reality, like finding a diamond! We had a ten day stay here, and we were sad to leave. The cabin is well appointed, from utensils in the kitchen, to games and movies for a family night, linens, towels, and toiletries, and even snowboards for sledding. A basket of goodies on the kitchen bar welcomed weary travelers as we entered the kitchen, which opens to the living and dining area. The soft white lighting lends well to the warm ambiance. Also, the house is equipped with windows in the gable and skylights throughout to give extra brightness in the daytime hours. The master bedroom has a dreamlike softness with feather pillows - conducive to a dreamy sleep experience! The reclining couches in the den…let me just say, time for a nap. As far as climate control, that is well covered. There is a gas fireplace in the living area, which is supplemented by central heat, but be careful. This cabin is very well insulated! During our stay, the temperatures averaged a high of 40s in the day and sometimes 20s at night. We had to sometimes turn off all heating and still maintained 70s+ inside! It is very well put together! Outside on the deck, there is plenty of seating area for the maximum occupancy of nine, and lending to that homelike aura is the gas patio furnace. A propane grill stands by for outdoor cooking, and all of the utensils you need for it are available in the house. Looking beyond, the terrain is rocky and hilly, a perfect place for children to expend their energies and imaginations. It’s also a great place for adult “kids.” While here, we were graced with 4 inches of snow. The hosts, Mike and Dawn, have put together a sightseeing “user manual” of things to do in the area. Their property is centrally located to Flagstaff, S

Perfect Cabin!
We had a wonderful trip and stayed over the 4th of July weekend with our 4 year old son and a couple friends. The cabin was just as advertised and perfect for our group. Our son LOVED the treehouse and swings and the adults appreciated the pool table. Kitchen was stocked, bathrooms had shampoo/body wash and beds were comfy. We loved the location.... only 20 mins from Williams but felt private and in the woods. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful, quiet, escape into the wilderness.
This is a very cozy and well kept property. Our family of 7 fit comfortably and we were even able to spread out to do our own things around the home. It is nestled away with tons of trees and virtually no traffic around. It's just under 30 minutes from Williams. We really enjoyed our stay and would come here again!
