Great location if you want to sit back, unwind, and relax. Fantastic vantage for whale watching from the lanai. There's something soothing about a warm breeze, sun, crashing surf and a cup of coffee on the lanai in the morning. The only sounds were the birds and the waves.

It was wonderful! The location and vibes were relaxing. Gorgeous views from the balcony that invite you to stay in and slow down to the sound of waves crashing. We even saw sea turtles!
Only downside is getting food poisoning during the trip. It forced us to stay another day but the property manager was so kind and understanding and helped accommodate me during that rough day. Over all, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you again.

Spectacular view!
Loved the view and watching the turtles and surfers! Also loved listening to the waves crashing while sleeping at night. The condo was very clean and conveniently located next to Ma’aleea Harbor with a few options for dining and water activities. Also able to walk to the non-crowded beach within 5 minutes. Would definitely stay at this condo again!

Comfortable, clean home base to explore Maui
This is a peaceful and quiet place to relax and come home to after traveling around the island. The location offers very little to do, so you need a car to be able to explore different areas in Maui. That being said, the unit was a wonderful place to chill out after exploring during the day. The pictures of the unit were accurate. It was very clean and comfortable. We used a fan to draw the cool air into the second bedroom from the single air conditioner in the living room and that seemed to work for our son. We loved the views from the lanai :) And we are thankful for the beach equipment, cooler and ice packs. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We loved our stay here. It's definitely not in the touristy area of the island, and it was nice to be away from them. There was no walkable beach to go to, but they were only 5 minutes away via car, so it wasn't too bad. The condo was clean, well appointed with goodies like beach gear, cooler, fans, and kitchen equipment. Couldn't have asked for more!

Awesome stay in Maui
What a wonderful stay in Maui. The condo was very easy to get to from airport and in nice area. The view from the balcony was awesome for watching sunrise and looking for whales (although didnt see any during April). Everything you could need was stocked at the condo (kitchen items, washer & dryer, binoculars, and lots of beach items). The pool area was very nice and never crowded. Would definitely recomend staying here

Great view, clean and comfortable
Relaxing and quiet neighborhood with beautiful ocean views from balcony. The kitchen had all the essentials including laundry detergent and dryer sheets for a couple loads of laundry. It was missing spices/oils due to covid. Overall, the apartment was a perfect size for our family of four. The master bedroom is divided by a movable partition (not a real door) and the a/c was a window unit in the living room so the air didn't make it to the 2nd bedroom.

Sunshine and sea turtles
We enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable with a split floor plan. There were many sea turtles right outside the seawall throughout the days. We enjoyed driving to Lahaina for the beaches and dinners, as well as Wailia. The pool was very clean and the water was refreshingly cool.

We wanted a place on the water, and this fit the bill. The online description was spot-on! It was exactly as described. Well-appointed condo, quite comfortable. Screen door really needs to be replaced, though.
Regarding location: Not a lot in the area as far as restaurants or grocery. But the positive was that there was not a lot in the area (not overly touristy).
Enjoyed this trip immensely, and would recommend this particular facility.

First Time With VRBO, But Not Last!
My wife, sister, brother-in-law, and I stayed at a condo (no. 306) here and cannot say enough about it. The property owners stocked it with just about everything one needs for a stay, be it long or short. The view from the condo was amazing, there were shops and restaurants within a short walk, and one can easily get to a grocery by car.
One of the things I read was that the A/C did not cover the entire condo. None of us found that to be an issue. The ceiling fans and a floor fan provided excellent airflow and kept the condo cool.
For anyone who is looking for a good time to come, I'd recommend the month we were there - March. We were able to watch humpback whales (adults and calves) from our balcony, and the binoculars provided by the property company gave us a nice closeup of the whales' activities.

Maalea - Truly One of Maui's Best Kept Secrets
Beautiful condo with a fantastic ocean-front view. Whale watching every single day and sea turtles feeding along the shoreline every single day. Within walking distance to a sandy beach that was never over-crowded. Five minutes from the Ocean Center, ten minutes from the Wildlife Refuge. We could not have picked a better place to vacation.

This is a great location between the 2 sides of the island, and relatively close to the airport and shopping center of Kahului. King bed was about a 6/10 on comfort for me, but my spouse slept fine. The sliding doors on the master bedroom didn’t work very well, and don’t offer a lot of privacy from the rest of the condo. The guest bedroom doesn’t get much airflow from the cooler, so you may have to get creative on how to keep cool if you have people in that room. Dishwasher didn’t work from day one because the newly installed garbage disposal didn’t have the plug removed before connecting it to the dishwasher, but they were really good to come over immediately to resolve it. Hot water heater must be small because we would sometimes run out of water with 4 of us using the showers. Keep your hot showers short . There was pretty good beach equipment to use, which was a huge plus. Kitchen was great. Washer and dryer worked well. TV was really great. We didn’t use the pool. No immediate beach access, but being in Maalaea was great for going either east or west to hit the best beaches. Overall a really great place to stay.

This property was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for us to be together, yet have our own space. The beach towels, chairs, coolers, etc. helped us to make the most of our beach time. Incredible Maui Spring Break
We absolutely loved our stay at this property and it was perfect for our family of four! The lanai alone made our stay- with gorgeous views and prime whale watching opportunities (we were there during peak season). The unit is located essentially centrally between Lahaina and Wailea, so we were able to easily navigate to beaches and activities and that was a huge plus. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It truly made for an incredible vacation after such a challenging year. We are grateful and hope to be back soon!

Amazing Beach View
My business partner and I had an amazing stay at the condo and the panoramic ocean view from the master bedroom were breathtaking. The condo is spacious and is beautifully appointed with modern furniture. It was also outfitted perfectly with cookware, kitchen wear and ample drinking glasses! The Air Conditioner worked excellent where it kept the condo nice and cool. What I found most relaxing was working from the Lanai every night enjoying the sounds of the ocean. We come to Hawaii every other month and rented multiple condos but this place is now our "go to" place.

Wonderful property with a great location! Great communication with management before and during our stay. The unit was well appointed with everything we could want in the kitchen as well as beach chairs, beach towels, totes, and a cooler! Comfortable bed and a stunning view from the lanai. The unit was immaculately clean when we arrived and our entire experience was fantastic. We will definitely be back and will stay at this property again!
