The picture on VRBO make the house look small but it’s bigger than that. We enjoyed the screened in porch. The beds were not bad at all! I highly recommend this house! Close to restaurants and the beach!

If I could leave a negative star review I would. One star is still too much. This place is worth much less a night. Maybe even free. Firstly, when checking in the key wasn’t where she said it would be. I had to call her and go through the back yard to get inside. I got inside and the stench of cigarettes is very strong. I got inside further, tried to use the restroom. The ground was still wet from someone showering. There was pee on the toilet seat and feces inside the toilet still. It was very very obvious no one cleaned before I arrived. I messaged the property owner and she said someone did come clean but that was not true whatsoever. This place smells bad and is dirty. I left after an hour in a half. Do not waste your money. The neighborhood it’s in, isn’t nice. The outside looks very outdated and ugly. I left and explained to her everything that happened, and she got defensive and solved nothing. She knew my husband just deployed and I wanted to take my kids to the ocean. She cares about money and money only. Not your experience. VRBO explained I wasn’t the first person to complain about the cleanliness or the smell. When she got defensive she said we in fact left the house dirty and dug a hole in the backyard. (🙄). She lacked integrity. Avoid this house. Pay the extra money to stay in a good area and home. The fee for cleaning should be given to the renter for having to stay in a such a greasy old dirty house. Again, I stayed there one hour in a half. The half hour was packing. She refused a refund and had very ugly customer service. I wouldn’t want my worst enemy renting this home.

Really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay again. Had a little bit of confusion getting in because Vrbo sent an email that was slightly different than the property owner but the owner was very friendly and helpful and resolved the issue promptly. We would recommend this place with two thumbs up.

The house was in a good location - close to everything we needed. There was lots of room and it was clean. The mattresses were memory form - you either love them or hate them. There was an underlying cigarette smoke smell that was bothersome for me. I borrowed a diffuser from my daughter and that helped. Some rooms were better than others. Overall, a good place to stay.

Immediately felt at home. Great beach house type of feeling. Pleasantly surprised. Very quiet neighborhood. If you forgot to pack something there is a good chance it is in this house. My 3 sons and myself just really loved staying in this house. Only problem was that we had to leave when our vacation was over.

Pretty much everything was great, it was clean, well equipped with anything you would want/need, and In a nice neighborhood. I would stay here again. The only thing that wasn’t ideal for us, was the loud train going through multiple times a day/night.

Overall fair for the pricing. Lots of room. Moderate smoke smell upon arrival that did not go away. Rug by front door had strong pet urine smell. One bed was without box spring (double mattress instead). Air worked great. Grill rusted out and unusable. Very close to railroad crossing with about 5-7 trains going by over night and blowing horn. Would probably get used to it in the long run, but a bit unsettling for a three night stay.

All the good stuff is inside the back screen porch is nice. Fully fenced in backyard. the 2 t v s are just roku type devices. The exterior condition didn't matter to us it was a fun little getaway beats a guestroom in somebody s. House or backyard.

We were traveling for work and needed a place to stay for a month. The location was a few minutes from the job site so this was perfect and affordable. The owner was very communicative and always answered our questions promptly. The property was pretty much as expected after reading the reviews. Main issue for us was there was only one bathroom. This was a wonderful family house with all the amenities we needed, in a decent neighborhood and close to everything. Neighborhood Walmart is just a street or two away, and the beach and a nice park are also very close! We were grateful to find such a nice family home for a very reasonable price. Also, I thought it was great that there were lots of extras for us to use...beach towels, beach toys for the kids, boogie boards, even Epsom salts, moisturizer, shampoo/conditioner, and I left our big bottle of sunscreen for the next people, as I expect previous guests had left stuff for us. :) There's even a kitchen full of spices, coffee/tea, etc. Oh, and the beds were very comfortable!

no complaints aside from upon arrival none of the beds were made at all, just a pile of bedding at the foot of each bed, couldn't tell if the bedding was even clean or not, dirty laundry left in the laundry room, other than that it was a pleasant experience
