Love the Crowne. Had a fun staycation. Popped into Corey’s Bagels for some breakfast Sammie’s to enjoy on the beach. Grabbed a dozen for the fire department across the street from the hotel.

Nice place, good location and great beach. Staff had issues figuring out that I paid in advance for the room and parking, they originally tried to charge for both. After some time it was figured out but then they tried to charge for parking at check out.

Overall the hotel was nice. Great entertainment and outside the bar was great.The things that I didn’t care for. Are the valet service every time in and out. Paying for parking and hotel just seems like a lot. The worse part was my room had roaches wasn’t happy about that. They did what they could but the critters were back the next day.

THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY & WELCOMING. ROOMS WERE CLEAN BUT OUR SINK LEAKED WATER LIKE CRAZY & WE HAD TO PUT A LARGE TOWEL UNDER IT TO CATCH THE WATER. THE RESTAURANT FOOD WAS GREAT.

We love the hotel, but our first room had a horrible odor and lamps rusted. They mived us and have 2 vouchers for drinks, but this room also had a bad odor.. they really need to some deep cleaning and sanitizing to get the odors out of the rooms. The food, the Bar and outside seating was excellent..

We like that it was right in the beach with easy access. We had a great waitress named Maddie at the cabana when it was raining. The room was nice and comfortable. We just didn’t realize the valet parking was required since there was no parking on the premises.

Staff was very nice and location was good. Easy check in and check out. There is valet which we believed was unnecessary as they parked our car a couple feet away from the entrance. Our room had an unpleasant mold smell. We got into bed and noticed a strong urine smell in parts of our mattress.

Beautiful place great set up by the ocean live music great Food! However, I did feel like because I booked on Expedia at a discount price. We got a lower end room, no balcony, our showerhead was just a drizzle because it was broken. Our AC leaked water on the floor. There’s only one person working in the front desk and was constantly busy so did not want to spend 30 minutes waiting. We just dealt with it.

There is actually free..non valet paking although Stuart at reception said otherwise. The valet people are excellent whether you use them or not. The bedding on the first room I was allocated was soiled and all I was offered was new sheets. I had to make the bed myself having travelled 15 hours from the uk. Finally the bathroom and sorounding area of my furst room was full of mould. Jeanette at reception was excellent and changed my room immensely and apologised profucely. Overall the location was excellent but in my experience the rooms could be updated

After taxes and fees, it cost me about 4 bills a night for oceanfront during the week. For that amount you would think breakfast and parking would be complimentary. Think again. They ask for a separate 'holding charge' on a credit card at check-in even though everything was paid in advance. This allows them to tack on random charges at any time without notice or description. Be aware of that. They really push valet parking, which I hate. Never understood the laziness required to let a stranger operate my vehicle for a benefit I can't comprehend. Afterall you drove there in the first place. Overall it was worth about 70% the out-the-door cost. Not terrible, not great. Probably won't return.

Upon arrival to room the beds and floor were sandy and smelly. This was remedied within an hour. Was charged $20 for parking was supposed to be included in reservation but wasn’t. So that was an extre fee

Overall, the property was nice. However, Room 421 , having an ocean view, was 1 floor up from all the HVAC systems, throwing heat and a noise level that was unacceptable! When booking the reservation, this was not disclosed. It was extremely disappointing since this was my birthday and my 86 yo mom were goi g to celebrate by watching the ocean but couldn’t because of the horrible conditions!! I was left in tears at the front desk!

This is an old property which has been poorly updated! Our double queen, balcony room overlooking the ocean was small. The lamp shades had rust on them from the salt air, everything did. However the beds were super comfortable but comforters had stains on them. The amenities at this hotel are good. The staff were great! However these rooms are not worth what they are charging. I was disappointed at the price I paid.

They were to rated? Omg First room, door wouldn't lock, 2nd room, roaches, air conditioning wouldn't cool down, this room, nicer but worried roaches would climb on me at night. The characters that were staying there left me blocking my door with all the loose furniture. Every time you moved on the bed it squeaked. Metal springs. I couldn't sleep but a few hours. Wifi never worked even after calling numerous times. Gnats flying inside the bread box at breakfast. I couldn't handle it.

I didn't expect to pay $20 a day for parking, no bathroom entrance from pool area, had to go inside pass reserv. desk, only way to beach was thru 2 gates in pool area with arms full of beach gear, no bathroom counter space, and 1 rolling chair in room for 3 of us to sit in. I won't visit again, and I will ask next time if there are additional costs for parking.

Liked the pool and restaurant. The room was nice and great access to the beach. The hallways could have been a bit cleaner. The weekend staff were more courteous than those during the week who were not as polite or friendly. An error was made on our bill that I caught at checkout but they were quick to remedy the situation.

All staff were great. Location, beach access, restaurant/bar with music were amazing. Had some persistent plumbing issues in our room- toilet wouldn’t flush fully, shower pressure super low, ants. But staff was very nice in trying to address and the rest was so great I’d stay again

The hotel is very run down, the entry doors stick and have to be forced open/shut, bathrooms are in need of upgrading, caulking was mildewed, and there was a dead rat outside the door. Multiple issues and way overpriced for such poor quality.
