Newly remodled, wonderful corner unit, sunny and open 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath just 5 blocks from Frisco's Main Street. Two story townhouse with private entrance and 2 car garage, fenced front patio featuring private outdoor hot tub with mountain views, gas grill. Queen bed in Master with TV, queen in 2nd bedroom and full bath upstairs. Fully stocked kitchen, everything you need to cook and entertain, gas range, Keurig coffee maker. Full dining table plus 4 bar spaces, very bright. 55 inch TV with Xfinity and Wifi, pull out sofa. Bonus room on first level with sectional and room for an air mattress with half bath. Huge 2 car garage plus additional dedicated space out front. 15 minutes to Breckenridge, 30 minutes to Vail and 10 minutes to Copper Mountain, and 5 blocks from Main St. make this a perfect location for your Summit County vacation. Wonderful, dog friendly home that is blocks away from two great walking trails, Main St shopping and of course several world class ski resorts that have great parking availability. Would stay again for sure and live that fact that they have two stall garages to keep the cars warm and away from the snow!

This location is amazing for so many reasons. This property is a short walk away from downtown and beautiful hiking/biking trails with fantastic views. We enjoyed a very short drive to great paddle boarding/kayak locations. There is so much to do in the surrounding area! We loved the layout and organization of this property. This is the cleanest rental property we have ever stayed at! There are so many great little touches in this fantastic property that helped us feel comfortable and at home! The communication from Colleen and Brad was great! We look forward to coming back to this above and beyond home away from home soon!

What an absolutely fantastic place to stay. Location is excellent, the place itself is incredible, and the host is simply the best I’ve ever rented from. Traveling with dogs, we typically get locations that show some wear, maybe have seen better days. Not this condo. It’s very nice, comfy, and very well appointed. I hate giving this review as I’m worried this place will be harder to rent in the future. But seriously, if I could give more stars, I would.

The place was fantastic. Ample space for two couples to stay. Everything was clean and modern. Colleen was a great host. The location was fantastic too. Lots of breweries and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Colleen’s property has many positive attributes! It’s beautifully remodeled with upgraded materials and nice, clean furnishings. It’s like a home-away-from-home to quickly access Summit Co. Colorado skiing, mountain biking, hiking, etc. For my small family, it was perfect!! Colleen as an owner

We had such a wonderful time in Frisco at their townhome. It was the perfect getaway, with easy walks to restaurants with our kids and dog around town, fun hikes walking distance away, as well as short drives to the Epic resorts nearby. The townhome had all of the luxuries of home and the beds were so amazing after active days!

We absolutely loved staying in this meticulous home with the added bonus of a hot tub. The house was so spacious with 2 gathering areas and all the amenities we needed. It was incredible to be able to bring our Labrador and to relax after being out hiking and visiting our favorite area of Summmit county. Colleen was great at communicating. I can’t say enough about how amazing our experience was!

Our stay was awesome! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, extremely well stocked with dishes, glasses, spices, condiments, paper products and toiletries. We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and the hot tub. Frisco is a great town… close to skiing, excellent restaurants, charming downtown. Would stay here again and highly recommend!!

Clean, cozy and convenient

Communication with Colleen was excellent. My husband and I stayed with our son and his wife. Worked well for 2 couples. We mostly ate in and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Garage was tight fit but so nice to have as it snowed a lot while we were there (drove a Toyota 4Runner). Didn’t use the hot tub. Nice washer and dryer. Comfy beds and nice hot shower. Would stay here again.

Colleen & Brad's home was absolutely perfect! Great location, comfortable beds and furniture, and a fully stocked kitchen. The hot tub had incredible views and really hit the spot after a long day on the slopes. Colleen was also extremely helpful throughout the entire trip. We will be back!

This townhouse is prettier than the pictures. Super roomy, comfortable, well-decorated, and perfect for a family, a couple or 2 couples. The two-car garage, hot tub and location to hiking, skiing and town make it a perfect location!

The pictures and description don't do this home justice. The views and ease to getting to the trails are amazing. The hot tub after a hike is perfect. But what sold me the most about this rental is the Host. Colleen could not have been kinder, easier to communicate with and so very accommodating for my 3 kids and 2 pups. My older son has already asked for the link so that he can stay in this home again when he goes out on his own to explore the mountains. In addition, the kitchen is so well equipped for any kind of cooking. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable Christmas in Colorado.

The place was amazing and just what we needed. The location is PERFECT no matter what you’re in town for. The apartment was updated, spotless and had everything you need and more. Colleen was fantastic and so easy to communicate with. Neighbors were super friendly as well! Thank you!!!

This was a great place to stay for our family of 5 plus our dog. The owner was very responsive to a small issue that came up. Their book of instructions and recommendations was very helpful as well. Would definitely look to stay here again.

Colleen was easy to communicate with, helpful and responsive, the condo was in perfect condition, very comfortable, updated appliances and a great location for Colorado adventures. We also appreciated the dog friendly policy, our pup had a great time too!

Wonderful place close to Main St. Anything you need is in the house - including spices in the kitchen. Hiking spot trailhead is like a block away. We enjoyed our stay, and so did our dog!

We really enjoyed our stay in Frisco. The owners were very attentive and even let us check in early. The condo was spotless, and well stocked, with dog bowls and a dog bed. The location was perfect, walking distance to downtown and to a playground. We hiked, canoed, and horseback road. Great trip, great condo!

My husband, dog and I were fortunate to find such a nice comfortable, centrally located, well equipped, clean and tastefully decorated townhouse. The owners have everything you will need to enjoy your time in this wonderful community. Easy access to the extensive bike trails, downtown Frisco, the marina and our dog’s favorite the quick hike to Rainbow Lake. The beds are comfortable and the large closets came in handy to tuck our gear away. We loved having a washer and dryer. Our dog truly enjoyed the dog bed provided just for her. We did not use the hot tub but it’s large and during any other season it would have been perfect. Having access to the garage is great to store our kayaks and bikes. We’ll be back we just hope you won’t take our preferred dates. 😉�🐶�❤️

Very nice and comfortable space that has been recently updated and with new furniture. Colleen was a great host as she was in constant communication and the unit is very well stocked (including humidifiers in both bedrooms which is key to the dry winter nights). Very good location in Frisco - walking distance to the shops on Main Street and easy access to 70 and Hwy 9. Nice unit for family.

My husband and two dogs spent the Christmas holiday at the property and it was perfect. Only a few blocks from a massive trail system, walking distance to downtown, two sets of keys and garage door openers. The townhome was fully equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable "home-like" stay. The only knock was the bathroom. It was a bit dated and was not an en-suite. There was a second bathroom downstairs, but it did not have a shower. Not a big deal for us, since it was just the two of us, but it might be an issue for a family. The instructions were easy and spot on and the owners keep the place in top shape. We would definitely consider another stay.

We had a fantastic time at this warm townhouse with my family, sister and her two dogs! Close to town down, walking trails and only 15 minutes from Copper Mountain. Our first time to this part of Colorado- we loved it. Townhouse comfortable and appreciated the garages with the snow and wind one day. We will be back!!

This place had everything we wanted in our mountain getaway! Modern furnishings & fun layout with outdoor dining space. We love to cook and this kitchen was very well appointed. It was an easy walk to Main Street when we were ready to get out and explore. Hiking and lake activities nearby. The owners were very helpful - recommended great restaurants and things to do in the area. We plan to return again soon!

We stayed for a weekend at this gem of a condo in Frisco and were so sad when it was time to leave. The unit is decorated impeccably and is fully stocked with everything you need. It is a few blocks from Main Street which was ideal. Great location that is walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars, marina, and hiking paths. The recommendations made by the owner for restaurants and hiking were spot on. Looking forward to our next stay already!
