About this house rental

We would like to welcome you to stay in our charming and very comfortable home in Sunriver that is nestled among beautiful Ponderosa pine trees and sits on a 3rd of an acre providing significant privacy.
This is a quality constructed home located near Sunriver's Fort Rock Park, and centrally located between both golf courses, bike paths, and the SHARC.

The home features a reverse living floor plan, which is a very comfortable open style with lots of natural light. On the main floor (upstairs) you have the living room, dining area, kitchen, one-half bath, and master bedroom. The living room has a dramatic river-rock fireplace (wood provided) with an artfully fashioned custom mantel. Open vaulted ceilings throughout the upper level, a wonderful centerpiece for the gathering together of family and friends. The cozy setting overlooks the back into the large wooded area. The dining area has seating for eight with 3 additional at the counter.

You will find terrific views from every window. Especially enjoyable after a long day's exploration of the boundless, natural beauty surrounding our Sunriver vacation rental home.

Directly off the dining room is the outrageous, wrapping deck with an Umbrella table, lounge furnishings and barbecue grill. From the deck, skyline views offer guests the ideal place to experience brilliant sunsets and sparkling, night skies... bright with romance and starlight.

The kitchen is fully equipped with just about everything you would ever need.The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and access to the deck which will take you to the hot tub on the lower deck.

The lower level is where you find the family room with a queen-size sofa sleeper. There is a 41" flat screen TV with
DVD/VCR. You have access to the lower deck to the hot tub from a large sliding door. Off the family room is the second bedroom which has a queen-size bed and a full bath.

Bedroom three is also off the family room which has a set of bunk beds, and a queen-size bed. Bathroom three is off of bedroom three and the family room. The Laundry room is off the family room on the way to the garage, where there are bikes.We also have a ping pong table.

There is over 30 miles of bike trails just waiting for you to explore

This property is very centrally located in Sunriver. All 3 bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. The kitchen is extremely well appointed. We really enjoyed our time here.

We have stayed in Sunriver a number of times over the past 40 years. This was certainly one of the very best. Nice and quiet with easy access to the river. This has to be one of the best-equipped rentals i have ever stayed in. I would highly recommend

This home is so warm & cozy, our family of 5 with two teens felt right at home. Kathy has a wonderfully outfitted kitchen with every utensil, pan, tool and spice imaginable. We loved the grill and table on the deck for sunset family dinners, as well as hot tub in the evenings. Bike were so handy -bike rides are a great way to see Sunriver property and grab a meal or coffee in the village. Kids loved using the SHARC passes a couple days. We would stay here again!

Our Family used this home as a launching point for a few hikes (including Crater Lake), and it far exceeded expectations! This is easily the most stocked vacation home we've rented, the kitchen had plenty of pots/pans/baking sheets/plates/and cups. They did not skimp on laundry or dish detergent (which was a huge plus as I feel too many home rentals are doing that now). The home itself was beautiful but we didn't spend much time there, except in the hot tub! The Sunriver neighborhood was filled with awesome activities. We came home exhausted from hikes and still found ourselves trying to explore all the bike paths with the bikes they provided, and making pickleball reservations on the courts. Also, Kathy was so personable in the app, and very responsive; love being able to communicate with one single person who knows the rental in and out. Thanks so much for making our vacation an absolute blast!

We had a great time vacationing with family at this house. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the bikes were in good condition and fun to ride, the passes to the pool were a big hit, the hot tub was nice to relax in, the ping pong table was fun, the location was quiet and close to trails. We would love to come back. The owner was very responsive.

Great home for a family stay. Kitchen was the most well stocked of any property we have booked. Nice to have have some staple spices available if you are cooking. Location was great, it was quiet. Bikes and hot tub were an added bonus. Downstairs television would not work for us, other than powering on, but with two other televisions it was no big deal.

We were six adults in this lovely home. Each couple had their own bathroom and space to stretch out. Kathy was very responsive to the few questions we had. There were plenty of bikes for us to use and they were in good condition. A great time was had by all.

Nice property. Great for our spring break trip with two adult siblings and our families, especially given the sleeping and living areas on both floors. Three adults, one teen, two little kids and we all had fun. Kitchen is really well stocked so cooks will be happy. Hot tub is great. Some of the decor and furniture are aging but all serviceable. Lots of instructions all around the house so if rules stress you out, be aware. But overall a good location for a great sunriver getaway.

The property was dirty and so many appliances did not work. Dirty laundry in the beds from previous tenants. I was accused of having a pet there when I don’t even own one. Owners have so many rules that it makes it unpleasant to even relax for a good stay. Never stay at this location ever again.

The perfect rental for a very relaxed ski weekend with friends! The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked every meal at home. We had everything we needed and the instructions and access to all amenities were seamless. Would rent here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Kitchen was fully stocked, bedding and towels nice, and the house was clean and as described. My only complaint was there was some decor that seemed hard to keep clean....plants, stuffed animals, silk flowers....some of it was dusty and faded.

This is my second time staying at this lovely home. It literally has every single thing you need in the kitchen and has plenty of space for bigger groups to sit and lounge without being on top of each other. Kathy is very easy to communicate with and she responds quickly. The location is very central and the garage has bikes and a stroller and space for you to store yours too. This is a home we will come back to again and again.

Loved, loved, loved our stay!! The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2-year old granddaughter. The master bedroom on the upper level was a plus. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. A short drive to the village and having Sharc passes was wonderful on a sunny summer Saturday! We will stay again!!

We loved our stay overall. We were 3 adults, my husband and I and our adult son. The layout of the house is fabulous, the kitchen well stocked and a real fireplace too! Ping pong in the garage was super fun. We had the surprise of snow on the second weekend in May so we ended up inside a bit more than we had planned. I didnt get to lay out in the sun on the deck like I wanted. So the only downside for us, was because of all of our time inside we investigated the board game situation and it is needing some upgrading big time. There were like 4 games of monopoloy, a battleship game that didnt work, a sorry game without all the pieces. Game boxes were torn and just the whole situation needs some attention. Also, new ping pong paddles needed asap. Bring your own if you plan to play. All in all, definately would stay there again and other than the board games, its obvious they take good care of this house.
