Aspen Lane 03 at Sunriver is a charming, country cabin style home with a private hot tub, WiFi, and eight SHARC passes.
The Deschutes River is a half-mile away, and Sunriver's restaurants, golf courses, and tennis courts are close by. Bend, a fun and active tourist city, is just 18 miles north, and Mt. Bachelor is only 21 miles away—there's even a shuttle from Sunriver for a small fee!
With cable, free WiFi, and a great kitchen, this is a pleasant place to stay. There's even a gas grill and spacious deck! Better yet, there's a private hot tub in which you can relax.
This light and bright two-story home has three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms and sleeps eight people. This home is located off of Circle #4, just minutes away from Fort Rock Park and the Village at Sunriver.
There is a king master, and queens in the other two bedrooms. All bedrooms are upstairs, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. A private washer/dryer makes this a great place for longer stays.
Spend hours on the golf green, or bike around on 40 miles of bike trails. If you'd like to try your hand at fishing, there are several lakes and the river nearby!

We enjoyed our stay at Aspen 3. The kitchen was large and well stocked. There was great seating both indoors and outdoors. The house was fairly clean. Plenty of bikes in the garage and the got tub worked great.
The vacuum didn’t work but vacasa brought us a new one. The carpets upstairs really need to be changed or washed at a minimum. The beds were ok, could use at least a topper.

Very nice property. Lots of room, extremely clean, and nice and quiet. It comes with everything you need in the kitchen too. Lots of books, videos, bikes, hot tub and wifi for games. Lots of windows to watch the deer roam and eat among the trees. I would book here again.

We found the house to be in top notch condition and very clean. From the hot tub to the dishwasher and barbecue grill every thing worked well and as advertised. Kitchen was well stocked with the incidentals you need for cooking. Bottom line we would rent it again no regrets.

The place was fairly clean and well stocked.
But, none of the bathroom outlets work, and many of the others are outdated and are very loose so when you plug things in, they slip out of the socket.

The home was perfect in every way, it is not air-conditioned the owner provided boxed fans for every room, and when you crack open the window in the evening it was perfect. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who’s there to meet with family and friends in the Sun River community.

Home was pleasant. Nice hot tub and fireplace to keep warm during the Christmas weekend blizzard. Master bed was ok but both my girls thought their beds in the two additional rooms were not comfortable. Had some issues with the TV and fireplace on the third night, but staffing responded immediately. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Thanksgiving Week
We visited SR and stayed at Aspen Lane #3 for the whole week of Thanksgiving. It worked well for 4 adults (Mom/Dad, Son, Uncle)... 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths. I can see 3 couples, but 8 people would be pushing it I think. House is super conveniently located to bike path, and not far from south store. Comfortable living room for watching football/basketball games, and nice and open to dining/kitchen area. We had a great time and considering booking this place again when Mother-in-Law comes for a visit. Thank you!

Great house
Aspen 3 was a great location for our family. We enjoyed the easy access to bike trails and proximity to the mountain bike trail. Sun River never disappoints in the outdoor activities to enjoy and Aspen 3 was a great home away from home.

OK but not great
This house was fine for the average nightly rate, but overpriced for the peak season rate, which is what we paid. It does come with SHARC passes and has a good hot tub- those are the highlights. Only two of the bikes provided were functional. The blinds didn't work in three rooms, an issue which dates back to 2019, based on the other reviews. That seems like an easy fix. Garbage disposal was not working, and though I called for maintenance, no one ever showed up. Generally needs some updating- more comfortable beds, new living room furniture, better fans/ other cooling solutions for these perennial heat waves.

Great house and hot tub! No A/C but our room had a fan which helped a lot. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to cook a nice big meal.

Clean, well stocked. No AC on the hottest days ever in the Package NW. A couple of fans helped made it barely ok. Bikes on property were VERY welcome. WiFi was fast, TV package extensive. Window shades need a bit of attention, one is missing entirely, two in the bedrooms did not work. Definitely be a fine place though and we were happy there.

Thanksgiving retreat
Our family of 4 enjoyed a chance to get away together. The house was comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen. Only thing we could have used was more kitchen / hand towels.

Fun Sunriver House but Needs AC
Nice house well situated with 3 bedrooms, great cruiser bikes and convenient location to river. Also, nice hot tub. The house is somewhat dated and it really needs A/C for the summer. It was over 85 both days and the house heated up to over 80 on the upper floor. Box fans helped but for the price, A/C is a must have and I would not rent the house again without it.

Not at all as advertised, reeked like cat urine!
I am fairly confident that the owner/friends/property management company are writing reviews for this property. In almost every recent review of the property, there is mention that it has been “completely updated”, “recently renovated”, etc. Those are blatant lies, and I say that quite objectively.
The most disgusting and disturbing part of the house was the fact that their carpets reek of cat urine. The property management admitted that they already knew this but yet have done nothing to fix the problem. After our trip, I contacted the management company and expressed my disappointment. They asked me to email them prior to posting a review to see if they could help mitigate the situation. I received no reply for 20 days, and it wasn’t till I emailed them again where they told me it took too long to receive my email and now the case is closed for any “financial editing”. I wish I could fit more in here on this review as the house was falsely advertised and we were extremely disappointed!

This house fit our needs for the weekend perfectly! We have a toddler and a crawling 9 month old and I was nervous about finding a house that would allow us to relax without baby proofing!
The house is very clean, fully stocked and comfortable. They have done some remodeling and have done a very nice job.
A couple things I didn't notice in the pictures were that there is a sunken living room and base board heaters. We taught our daughter to scale the one step to the living room and she quickly caught on so that became a non issue. We did have to watch her around the heaters but didn't have any problems. We found a highchair, baby gate and pack in play in the house but they weren't mentioned. Just wish we would have known so we didn't bother bringing our own, but not a big deal.
There seemed to be some mixed reviews on the bike situation. There are 4 bikes I believe. We brought our own to be safe, but didn't need to.
We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great weekend!

This home is completely updated, comfortable and clean. The bikes and the hot tub were a huge bonus and made our stay very enjoyable. The location is not very close to SHARC but it didn’t bother us because we have teenagers and were happy to take our bikes everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.
