You will be thrilled you chose this newer, beautiful home that’s perfectly situated very close to downtown Morro Bay and yet in a quiet neighborhood. This home was built in 2008 and features high end finishes and a fantastic floor plan that will make your vacation truly special. The spacious living room, high-end kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom and bath are all on the 2nd floor where you can enjoy amazing views of Morro Rock and the ocean. Upstairs also includes 2 balcony areas, one off the living room where you can enjoy your drinks and watch the sunset and another off the kitchen that’s a great intimate hang out. The downstairs includes the other 2 bedrooms, a cozy den, another full bath, and the laundry room. This home is less than 2 blocks to the Embarcadero and a short 5-minute walk to downtown and the Embarcadero. The home has a nice backyard area with a small patio.

UPSTAIRS:
• Open floor plan with the living room, dining room and kitchen all being open to each other.
• Chef’s kitchen that features Dacor appliances: a double oven,gas range, and built in refrigerator.
• Balcony off the kitchen features a small seating area and a high-end Weber barbeque.
• Living room offers a large comfortable sectional, a beautiful gas fireplace and flat-screen television with cable and a DVD player. There is a half bath upstairs off the living area.
• Beautifully decorated master bedroom (upstairs)with a king sized bed, gas fireplace, flat-screen television and large walk-in closet.
• Spacious master bathroom with a large separate shower that includes body sprays and a rain showerhead, double vanities, and a large jetted tub.
DOWNSTAIRS:
• Den with large flat screen TV and comfortable seating. Couch in den has a full-size hide-a-bed.
• 1 Bedroom with Queen Bed and another bedroom with 1 twin bed and 1 full size bed. Queen bedroom has sliding glass doors out to the back patio.
• DVD player and a collection of over 100 DVDs. The den also includes a computer for guest use.
• A full bath with a shower/tub combo
• Large separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.
• Access to the 2 car garage accessible from the den.

Was a good vacation. House was clean and with all the utensils for cooking!! Plenty of rrom as well. Liked the location as the place was pretty close to the bay- can see the bay from the balcony! The tree at the driveway got it hard to park and get in and out of car!!

Stayed here for competing in Ironman Morro Bay 70.3. It was absolutely perfect. Pet friendly so the wife and dog could hang out at the house as I ran by and after the finish the house was a quick walk home to relax. House was clean and comfortable and great location.

We loved our stay in this rental! The house had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. There were plenty of towels available and the kitchen appliances were very nice. Best part was that it was so close to town - could walk there in just 5 minutes or less! Gem of a property! Hope we can come back one day.

Overall, my group of 8 (plus small dog) had a terrific stay at this Morro Bay home. Location was nice, walking distance to the Embarcadero with several shops and restaurants. The three bedrooms worked well for each family (1 set of grandparents, and 2 families with a mom, dad and baby). We made use of the grill and oven and they performed quite well for our meals, and there was ample space for our families to feel comfortable. There were several DVDs and books to keep us entertained during down time, and it was easy to get up and go out for a stroll by the bay and into downtown.
We did experience some minor issues during our stay: heating in the lower level did not seem
to reach the same temperature as the upper level; the extendable dining room table (which had been set up before we arrived) was not completely secure on one side and briefly came undone at dinner one night; the refrigerator compressor did make noise intermittently however it was not enough to cause much disruption.
If we had to make any other comments about the house, we did find the kitchen supplies to be on the sparse side for our needs, but we did make do with what was available and nonetheless we had a wonderful weekend away as a family.

The house was perfect, the location was fantastic, and the proximity to both the wedding venue, the downtown area, and the embarcadero strip couldn't have been better. My wife and I stayed with the 6 other folks in the bridal party and it was perfect in terms of house layout giving everyone space when they wanted it, and a central hangout area/family room next to the kitchen. We are already talking about coming back to the same location for a board gaming weekend with the same group of people.
Only possible thing I would improve is a good soaking of all the bathroom door handles with some WD-40 as they were impressively squeaky. This wouldn't have normally been a problem but with the close proximity to bedrooms, people were woken up multiple times in the middle of the night/early morning anytime someone got up to use the bathroom.

This property was excellent for a weekend of central coast adventures: Fishing trip from Morro Bay Landing, tour of Hearst Castle, hiking the coast, and lots of great local food. Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful and we lucked out with the best weather! Kitchen was well stocked and the master bath tub is like a spa retreat. Definitely need a boost to get on the master bed- so don't be shy about using the provided foot stool for that! Great weekend for our family birthday celebration!

New Memories revisiting Memory Lane
Easy check in and out, plenty of room to mingle, chat, read, escape and sleep. Binder was so helpful and appreciated for us when changing our plans due to windy conditions from kayaking to e-biking and whale watching was a hit. Great view from the front balcony and so easy to stroll to the Farmers market and Embarcadero. Lovely comfortable home highly recommend to everyone.

This was the nicest rental we've ever stayed at. Location was wonderful, house was amazing. Beds were comfortable.
I guess my only criticism is the thermostat is a bit difficult to figure out and I wish there were ceiling fans in every bedroom ( there was a portable fan in master closet). Not sure what it's like in summer without ac, but in winter it was fine.

Upscale home with absolutely PERFECT location!
The location of this well appointed home just could NOT have been better. We walked one block downhill to all that Morro Bay's Embarcadero offers: cute shops, nice galleries, fun restaurants and coffee stops. The TIDELANDS PARK is a wonderful early morning walk. Watching what we think were black-crowned herons in the tree across the street from the front balcony made for fun conversation! Highly recommend this property.

Nicest vacation rental.
A perfect Location with a view of Morro rock walking distance to the Harbor and restaurants. House is nicely furnished with new appliances and fireplaces in living rooms and master bedroom. Jacuzzi tub and large shower in master bathroom. There was just the 2 of us so we did not use the downstairs which had 2 more bedrooms a Den; bathroom and Laundry room.
This truly the nicest and well appointed vacation home we have stayed in and we have stayed in many.

Nice home to stay if you're going to Morro Bay
We are a family of four with two teenagers and stayed for several days at this house. The house was fantastic and a great location with shop stores and restaurants to eat in walking distance. The home is very nice inside just as the pictures show. We were staying at the home during a extremely windy and rainy storm that came through which caused a problem but the property management company was very responsive and helped us immediately with our problem. If we return tomorrow bay we would definitely stay at this house again it was perfect for our family.

Made memories
Thanks to this Beautiful house, I was able to feel comfortable checking out a town I've never been to before. It was a perfect setup for family and friends to gather as well. We had lots of folks from out of town, different ages etc. So the layout worked well. The Manager was very nice and had called me immediately when I had sent an email the first night.
