This spacious 5 bedroom/ 5 bathroom mountain home is in the perfect location, just minutes away from the base of Peak 8. Built in 2007, the home offers all the amenities you are used to from home, and is sure to delight for your perfect ski or summer vacation and be the source of many fond memories! Four out of five bedrooms have a king size bed, the fifth room has 4 single beds!

The main level boasts a gorgeous kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and all the supplies needed to prepare a gourmet meal. The dining room offers a grand table with seating for 10. There is also seating for 6 at the bar. Off of the dining room is the living room, offering leather seating, gorgeous wood ceiling and stunning floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace. The main master is also on this level, offering fireplace, king bed, chaise lounge, TV, large tub, separate shower, and dual sinks. There is another master bedroom, also offering a king bed, and private bathroom.

The lower level is an entertainers dream including game room with pool table, additional TV, hot tub, fireplace, second living room, and another full kitchen. Also on this level is another master bedroom with king bed, fireplace, and private bathroom. On the other side of the game room is a king bedroom with Jack-and-Jill bathroom that leads into the trundle bed room. The king bedroom boasts a fireplace, king bed, chaise lounge, and patio access to the hot tub. The trundle room offers 2 twin beds with 2 twin trundles.

As you can see, this phenomenal house has all the comforts of home.....and then some! The location is ideal, you can walk to peak 8 and the shuttle stop is just a block away. This house is the perfect place to make memories on your ski or summer vacation!

Please no pets. We also have a minimum age to rent of 25. No high school or college party groups allowed. Families with children are very welcome.

We were in Breckenridge for a wedding weekend and this home was perfect for our group of 10. There was plenty of space, two kitchens, two living rooms, and the 5 bedrooms were great for all of us to spread out! It was an easy walk to the shuttle bus line on the main road to get to town and close to hiking trails. Great communication with Telly prior and throughout our stay. Our only complaint would be the sketchy internet service (came and went every day). Otherwise, would highly recommend this beautiful home.

We had 9 people across 3 generations stay here. Everyone had a great experience with the house and a very comfortable bed and sleeping quarters. We would very much like to return if we go back to Breck. Thank you for a wonderful home base away from home!

The house was perfect for a family gathering. We liked that it had two levels so the kids could have a separate play area or my son-in-law could work. The bedrooms are nice and large with king beds and a private bathroom. The kitchen and dining area was really nice. We would definitely rent this again.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is in a great location and close to everything. Both kitchens are well stocked. The beds are comfortable and we were happy to find equipment for our grand daughter to use like the high chair and portable crib. We travel a lot and this was one of the best homes we have rented.

The house is beautiful and so spacious! We were a group of 4 couples and 1 single. The couples each had their own king room and plenty of common space so that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The house is very convenient to the bus stop, Peak 8, and into town is a short drive. I would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect location for the slopes and town. Even better than the photos. We used the well-equipped kitchen for most of our meals and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing and recharging after a long day on the slopes. Bedrooms were spacious and the property is furnished nicely. Highly recommended.

This house was fantastic. Location was very close to everything that we wanted to do. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and equipment. Plenty of space for 8 of us to spread out and not be in each other's way. Two completely separate living and kitchen spaces (one upstairs and one downstairs).

Our family stayed here and skied during December. They house was way better that pictures show. They had so many amenities available to us besides just the basics. The house was huge but cozy at the same time. Every room had a fireplace as well as in floor heating. We were so amazed with all the extras and attention to detail put into this house.

At check-in time of 4pm, the property had not been cleaned. Host reacted and had housekeeping come out. We were able to check in 4 hrs later. 5 of the 7 TV's did not work and were not fixed. One shower and sink did not work and were not fixed. Other than that, property was wonderful.

Outstanding!!! Ten of us (six adults/four kids nine and under) for two weeks on top of each other would not have worked, so Cheryl’s property was perfect! Plenty of togetherness, as well as room to hide out. Also, the fact it was the last house on the road added a bit to its seclusion. Should also mention the property is a readers Mecca! Good books for all age levels permeated the property, probably something only an avid reader would notice. Telly/Cheryl we’re quick to respond and incredibly gracious in their interaction with me, so we would return in a heartbeat! We have stayed in Dillon, Keystone and, now, Breckenridge with the latter being the best so far! Thanks to Telly and Cheryl for a job well done!!!

This was a great house for a group. The suite style bedrooms gave everyone some privacy while the large living areas gave us plenty of room for hanging out and sharing meals. My hockey crazy family liked the wifi password. I also appreciated the quick response I always got to my questions. Thanks so much for helping us have a great time in Breckenridge.

We had two families with 4 adults and 4 children stay for a week. It had plenty of space for us to all spread out and be away from the baby while he napped but still have plenty of loud fun without waking him. There was a high chair which was super helpful and fun games to play. We had many great hikes right out of the back door. We will definitely be back.

This lovely mountain home was the perfect setup for our family and significant others. The location was great- an easy drive to Main Street and short walks to the shuttle and top of the gondola. We used the shuttle a few times, but driving and parking near Main Street was super easy. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The home is beautiful and well laid out for a group of friends with kids. It was great that each couple got a master suite. Communication with property managers was easy and we had no issues with check in. The kitchens are well stocked with essentials, some spices and oil. Although the pots and pans could use an upgrade. Be sure to bring extra paper products and kitchen trash bags if you have a group. While there are some to get you started, our group burned through them quickly. We loved the location and being at the end of the street was great for the kids to rollerblade in the driveway. We would stay again!!

This rental lives up to the reviews. Great location on the mountain close to downtown. The kitchen is the most equipped kitchen we have ever had in a rental, which was a bonus. One minor issue and was responded to by the owners with in hours, would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We were disappointed with the hot tub. It tripped the breaker twice. It was murky and foamy from the beginning of our stay. My daughter-n-law got an itchy rash from it. I finally reached out and they came the next morning which was our last day. It was drained and refilled.And when we wanted to use it that evening, the temp was only 65 degrees.

We had a fabulous stay at this location! The walk to town was a bit further than anticipated but the free ride shuttle was great for our 5 teenagers to ride to town! House was clean, minus a few fans needing dusting. The space for all of us was perfect! The amenities in the house and kitchen were above any we have encountered in a VRBO. There was no additional needs. Having the hot tub was an added plus after biking and hiking. Communication with property manager was prompt. Overall this was a great house and location for our activities.

The property was wonderful! The owners had all the little extras that make it easy to travel via VRBO. The rooms were large, the beds were comfortable and we all had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked, there were games, books, and entertainment with the tvs, pool table, and hot tub. The location is perfect to visit Breckenridge Resort and it was easy to go into town or ride the gondola. I couldn’t recommend this house enough! It was perfect for our 2 families of 5.

This property was absolutely perfect! It was even better than it appeared in photos. We traveled with a group of friends and we had more than enough space. The location was perfect! Convenient to the mountain and the village with easy travel even in the snow. We would definitely stay again and hope to do so in the future!!

This house was perfect for a family with 3 adult children and "significant others." Everyone had a great bedroom with bath for privacy. The fifth smaller bedroom was just right for a cousin to stay a few nights as well. The common areas fostered time together: upstairs for meals and relaxing by fireplace, downstairs for games and playing pool. The hot tub right outside is so convenient and welcome after ski days. The shuttle stop is very close. Even just walking up to Peak 8 base was easy. Quick run up to 8 base was a doable 2 min drive as well. Everything for a great stay was provided: from basics, to laundry detergent, to good selection of spices, etc for meal prep. A wonderful place to celebrate family and spend time together (and ski/board!). Thank you!

The location was very close to Peak 8, the market and other desirable destinations. It was wonderful to have 4 king beds for our multi-family visitors to choose from… plus the hot tub. Owner was super responsive too!

Lots of room. Well appointed. Great location. The only thing that could be considered a negative is that the house is at the end of a could-de-sac and part of the driveway is a little steep - We did not have an AWD or 4WD vehicle and I spent a lot of time shoveling the driveway in order to get the car from the house out to the street. To be fair the instructions strongly advised bringing an AWD or 4WD vehicle.

Great property — perfect for our large family! (12 adults + 4 children under 8) 3 of our 5 adult children are married — so having 5 bedrooms + plenty of room to spread out, relax + hang out. Easy walk to Peak 8 — w/Gondola to Downton Breck. Close enough to town so it’s easy to get to Main Street, grocery store, etc. Breck’s our annual family vacation spot + have stayed all over at various properties + this one’s a keeper for our growing Fam. Couches are a bit worn + needing some new cushions but all in all — this place is fantastic! We’ll be back next summer! BTW - Cheryl is amazing to work with 👏🏽👏🏽

This place is amazing

This property is amazing, well stocked and ready for a large gathering. The layout with the 5 BR and Baths was perfect for us. There was just enough privacy for each. Everyone having there owns bathrooms was a huge perk! The rooms are all large and beds were soooo comfy! The commute into own is less than 5 min and was a beautiful drive. The hot tub was amazing, but has a broken lid/lift so careful when opening as it drops to the ground! The door locks were all coded so we didn't have to worry about keys for everyone as we came and went. Super helpful. The kitchens were both so well organized and stocked with everything you would ever need. The Electronics/TV are VERY out of date and didn't work in 3 of the rooms, however the important one for the AVS cup playoffs in the basement worked just fine :) There was so much beauty and fun here, the TVs were not missed. Just be aware They are out of date/not working. We would not hesitate to rebook and come visit again. It is well worth every dollar they charge. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. We were 2 families with adult children meeting us. The house is laid out really well and we all had our own space. Kitchen is well equipped even though we ate out most meals. The snow boarders in the group walked to the mtn and the skiers usually got dropped by our friend who didn’t ski. House is in great location. All in all it was a fabulous trip. Thank you for sharing your home💜
