This house is amazing! Perfect for large families or a group of girls like we had. With 2 bedrooms on each floor, everyone had privacy. We will be returning for sure.

Home is beautiful but showing wear and tear from all the use. Parking is constant shuffle for 4 cars, bushes limit ability to side of cars getting in and out.Electric to hot water to frst floor and elevator are inexplicably linked together so you can only use 1 option! We had no hot water to two showers for 2 days! Service time to repair was not prompt. Cleanliness of unit questionable with dirty clothes and rag left from cleaners and previous guests. Location was amazing. Third floor bedrooms are good for someone who likes to wake at dawn due to lack of window coverings.
All in all we did have an amazing family vacation!

This is not for a review but a survey to get back to management. 14 Singleton was a tremendous disappointment based upon our expectations. I've stayed at 2 other Singleton properties as guests and this was by far the worse. Upon arrival, the place was not cleaned. We wasted hours trying to bring it up to speed before other relatives arrived. Appreciated the Property Manager showing up the next day and getting someone out to do what should have already been done. Stairs were unvaccummed and all of us were sneezing. Walls were filthy. One of the beds had signs of ejaculation on the covers...2nd first floor bedroom; food wrapper on fireplace 2nd floor; cup and lighter on pool deck; food crumbs on the floor in several rooms; a shirt food on the floor partially under the dresser in the twin bedroom on 2nd floor; baby spiders on the 2nd floor; windows in the common area not clean; pool was filthy. Photographs were submitted to the property manager of much described. Some things people were embarrassed to tell us about because we had hyped up the trip so and they didn't want to hurt our feelings. Very disappointing. Do not place this publicly.

Our family and friends had a great experience. House was plenty big for 20 people and the multiple floors gave everyone some privacy. There was some damage within some of the bathrooms that existed before we arrived. Would be nice if those things were corrected first but they did not cause issues for us. The rental phone app came in very handy.

Wonderful! We had an amazing time. Vacation Homes of Hilton Head could not have been more accomodating and we absolutley loved the house. We went down with a group of 16 for The Heritage. The house is HUGE! The pool was great, definitley recommend heating it. The views were amazing and we could not have asked for a better stay. We went to Salt for lunch one day - beach bar by The Marriott, and to Coco's on the beach the next for hamburgers/hotdogs and fun drinks. LOVED everything about our trip, have already been talking about next year!

Overall the stay was good. There were a few issues,but considering that the area was still in recovery from the hurricane, we overlooked them. The security system had to be reset every 12 hours, or it would continue to beep. Alarm company said they would come fix it but never did. We had a handicap person in our group so thank goodness for the elevator. There is a lot of stair climbing in this home! I wish the kitchen was on the first floor where the large patio is, and the wet bar was on the second floor. Kind of a strange set up, having the main gathering area on a separate floor from the kitchen. Very nice home, but it is set up strange..

We lived in the beautiful home for the weekend. The second day we started to notice the neighbors starting to continue to stalk us, and start to take pictures everyday. The stalking continue until the last morning we were there. Racism is real! If you are African American, I don’t advise you to rent. Also, we basically stayed in the home the whole time because it was nice. We cooked, and ate in everyday. We bought around $800 worth of groceries. We had so much unopened food to where we wanted to bless the person(s) who was coming to get the place back together, because we didn’t want to throw the food away. These role are charging me for leaving brand new food on the counter stocked up like it was at a grocery store. There was no food left in the refrigerators because you have two. Overall we feel that we were discriminated from day two, but the home was nice and spacious.

Great getaways for friends
The property was beautiful and well designed for a big group. We are “older” and appreciated the convenience of the elevator. The dual living spaces, pool and spa were perfect for multiple activity interests. The sunrise and sunset views from the balconies were stunning. Great kitchen with amenities. Close to restaurants and shopping! We had a wonderful long weekend!

Mold in the showers. Buy lots of drain cleaner if you stay as clogging is persistent throughout the house. Buy lots of light bulbs as ones we didn't replace will need replacement soon. The living room furniture is not worthy of goodwill. Most of the outdoor furniture is rusted and unusable. The kitchen although functional is very small. Construction going on under the pool which I understand is going to be renovated.The home recently came under contract, it was for sale during our stay so we dealt with the showings. Difficult to tell what changes, assuming deal goes to closure, the new owners might make. There may not be better view on HHI but there are far better homes.

Looking forward to a repeat visit
This house exceeded our expectations and it was great to have all our extended family (10 adults & 10 children) together in one place. The layout with 2 bedrooms each on 3 different floors worked well and we never felt crowded. The grandchildren loved the pool each day after our morning and afternoon beach excursions, and being close to the marsh made for some fun crab and clam hunting expeditions to go along with our beach time every day. Fantastic place and trip !!

Our family 9 adults and 7 Grandkids ( ages 10 down to one) loved the house. Plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful ocean and marsh views from several locations. Very comfortable beds in all rooms. Kitchen very functional. Only thing that we’d appreciate next year is a microwave on 2nd floor sink and bar area. That would save a trip to the microwave in kitchen on 3rd floor. Already made reservations for next year.

We are two families that travel together and have stayed at Singleton Beach many times. We love it! We usually stay beachfront, but decided to stay at 14 Singleton Shores. My first impression upon walking upstairs was the amazing view over the marsh out to the ocean! We would wake up to the sunrise every morning over that marsh. The two upstairs masters were very spacious, and we loved the huge walk-in master shower. The other rooms were fine for all of our kids. A short bike ride to the beach was no problem (I recommend bikes for everyone in your party). The walk is not bad, but can get a little hot in the midday sun. The pool seemed bigger than other homes that we have stayed in before. There were a few details that needed attention—one of the microwaves was not working, the fridge had some broken pieces/shelves, but nothing was major enough to downgrade the five-star rating. The washer broke while we were there. But they were quick to attend to it. I find the staff at Vacation Homes of Hilton Head to be top notch with customer service. All-in-all, a fabulous time was had by all. FYI—there are no window coverings in the Master facing the ocean. It is beautiful, but if you need darkness for sleeping and wanted to sleep in, choose another bedroom.
