Enjoy the sea breezes, listen to the waves crash and watch dolphins frolic in the surf as you sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail on one of three oceanfront decks. Just a short walk down the walkway and you're in the sand!
'Stars' is the south unit of this single owner duplex. The spacious driveway offers plenty of parking - there's even room for you to park your boat. Enter from the carport on the ground level. This entry level houses 'The Alcove' with a comfortable queen bed and 32in 'smart' TV with Netflix. Especially popular with teenagers but comfortable enough for adults!
One story up is the main living area including a living room with 60in flat screen 'smart' TV (cable + Netflix) and plenty of comfortable seating. The dining area has a table with seating for 8 and the well-stocked kitchen has granite counter tops & a bar with 3 bar stools. There is a half bath on this floor and, most importantly, an oceanfront deck off the living room with a dining table for 6 and the walkway to the beach! A short walk down the walkway and you are in the sand!
The top floor has an oceanfront master suite with a king bed, flat screen 'smart' TV (cable + Netflix) and private bath with shower. A door from the hallway leads to the 2nd story covered deck and on up to the rooftop deck for the best views of the ocean by day, stars by night. This is a great spot to catch the sunset and for stargazing at night!
The other two bedrooms are also found on this level. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and flat screen 'smart' TV (cable + Netflix). The 3rd bedroom, or 'Bunk Room', is perfect for the kids with two sets of bunk beds and a flat screen 'smart' TV (cable + Netflix). There is a full bath in the hallway serving these two bedrooms with a tub/shower.
Other great features include a gas grill (located in carport) for grilling fresh local seafood or steaks. There is an enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower in the carport - always fun to shower outdoors! There is also a hose at the end of the beach walkway for rinsing off the sand on your way in from a day relaxing and playing on the beach. There are games, books and recent magazines for your enjoyment as well.

'Crowded' is not part of our vocabulary on this part of North Topsail Beach. There is plenty of room for your family to spread out chairs and blankets, play corn hole, bocci ball or paddle ball, throw the football or Frisbee and play your favorite beach tunes, without disturbing, or being disturbed, by others. Rest easy as the kids play in the surf, protected by a sand bar about 30-40 feet out, or in the tidal pools that may appear late in the day. Enjoy great surf fishing around the posts of a former pier north of the house or surf and boogie board the waves. All in all, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the long days of summer. And by summer, we mean May through October, at least!

The property was as advertised. The multiple decks made for some great morning and evening spots. We were VERY happy with the accommodations and would be happy to stay here again.

We have been coming to Topsail Island since 2014 , this is our 6th visit and hands down this was the best rental we have ever had...house was very up to date and the rooftop deck was excellent with new furniture and decking..
They advertised starter supplies and they meant it, unlike all the other properties that we habe rented..
The owners are very kind and quick to respond if needed..theirs sons stopped by too see if we needed anything AND gave our kids tips on how and what to fish for..
Easily, the rent rate an 11 out of 10!!!!

Really enjoyed one long weekend. My only complaint is the number of stairs my 73 year old arthritic body had to endure. Other than that, we had everything we needed and the view from the three decks was spectacular.

God’s Grace is perfect if you are looking to be right on the beach. We had a wonderful stay. The owner went out of her way to accommodate our last minute reservation getting us into a rental a night early. We will be back if life takes us to Topsail again!

Everything was as it was portrayed in the listing. Very nicely updated home and very comfortable. We love that section of North Topsail Beach and have vacationed there every year for 18 years. This was easily one of our favorite beach houses we’ve stayed in. Our family enjoyed the house and had a great stay!

We enjoyed five days at the beach in late December. The weather was wonderful - sunny and warmer than we expected. The property was as described - clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. It was a plus being able to include our dog in the stay - she loved the beach as well. The decks were gated which made it very easy to enjoy visiting outdoors with the dog as well. Communicating with Amy was easy and she was very responsive to our needs. Thank you!

Wonderful, long weekend at Stars. Property was clean and well organized. Plenty of cookware and kitchen aids. Beds were comfortable. Covered decks were great for early mornings and evenings. Would definitely stay there again.

This place was beautiful! Highly recommend. Great location. Views as advertised. Very clean, well appointed and lots of space. Just be mindful that my partner and I are 60+ and in pretty good shape otherwise the stairs would have been a deterrent. Also the neighbors on the other side of the duplex were pleasant and quiet which helped as well. I can see how a large family would really love staying there.

Not quite sure how to sum up such a perfect vacation week! We could not have ordered better weather. It was our first big vacation to the beach in years due to COVID. We couldn’t have chosen better. The house description in regards to location, cleanliness, amenities was spot on. There were no surprises.
The owner, Amy, was just simply lovely to deal with! There were a couple minor things that we pointed out to her and everything was dealt with promptly, efficiently, and professionally! The check in process was seamless. We even were notified that we could have gotten in a couple hours early but were traveling from out of state so that didn’t work out for us, but cool that it was a possibility. The house was well stocked. We used her suggestions on the check in information for what needed to be brought in and felt we had everything we needed. The food lion in Sneads Ferry was very convenient.
The beach was gorgeous. Only people there were people in the neighboring properties. Did not feel crowded or cramped. We got to enjoy the tide pools. I have 3 small kids that thoroughly loved the beach and ocean and that added a bit of safety to allow them to explore the ocean without needing to hover on top of them. We even got a visit from the dolphins our last morning!! Just an absolutely amazing slice of paradise.
We could not have been more thrilled with our stay. We absolutely plan to return. Do not hesitate to book with Amy!! You will not be disappointed. Happy vacationing!!!

You can't beat this house and it's location! This part of North Topsail only has one row of houses so you are basically by yourself! The view is amazing and you can hear the ocean as soon as you open the door.

Great house for a quiet week at Topsail
We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the large, well-equipped kitchen that opened up to the living area. There was plenty of outdoor furniture on the back porch and seating in the deck area.
The master shower was great - super big and nicely tiled.
The a/c was great! Separate unit for the top floor which made for great sleeping temperatures after a long day at the beach.
We had one small issue where we reached out to the property manager and she was on it within minutes!
We’d definitely stay here again!
