This large two-bedroom condo has been beautifully remodeled and comfortably accommodates eight guests. It features an open floor plan with the living, dining and kitchen areas all open to each other.

LOCATION – Ski Hill Condos are located on the corner of Ski Hill Rd. and Park Ave in Breckenridge. They sit one block from Main Street, two blocks from the gondola, and half a block from the free shuttle stop. Just a few minutes on the shuttle and you will find yourself at the slopes. Downtown does not get much closer than this with shopping, dining and nightlife only a block away.
AMENTIES – Warmly decorated with a stone fireplace and large flat screen television in the living area, you will find it the perfect place to relax with friends and family. Offering two bedrooms, the master bedroom comes complete with a king bed and private bath and the additional bedroom has a captain’s bunk. The complex also offers an on-site pool (seasonal) and outdoor hot tub, which is great way to end the day after skiing or biking.

Ski Hill 27 was a good condo overall. Walking distance to the gondola, although pretty long in ski boots. Unit was as appeared in pictures. Only recommendations are to fix the LVP threshold in the hallway that is a trip hazard, and replace the coffee pot with a newer one that has auto shut-off. That one could burn the whole building down. Longer term the carpet and linens in the bedrooms need to be replaced. They were dirty and exacerbated our allergies.

The property is in a great central location for walking downtown or going to the slopes. Once we parked our vehicle in the covered garage the day we arrived, we never drove again for the rest of the week. You can catch the Gold route bus every morning just up from the corner where the property is located. It goes to peak 7 or peak 8. If you want to go to town, you are one block From the center of town, and Eric's, which is one of the best places to go. The property was clean, well kept, and we'll furnished. They could use a frying pan or sauce pan, but that's really nothing to worry much about. And they did have a box fan, which we really needed because our bio stairs neighbor was either really heavy or the floors are thin. We could hear them walking around all night. Turned the fan on and it drowned it out for the most part. The hot tubs were well kept and used often. The pool which was full of snow at the time, appears relatively small if that sort of thing matters. The only downside was having no washer or dryer in the room. We did have a laundry room right by our room, however, it was coin operated and no change machine anywhere. Seeing as how everything on the mountain is cash free, we had no change and no way to get any. That was super annoying. They should either make them free or put a change machine on property. Or at least warn you ahead of time about the issue.

We loved the location, but experience was really hindered by having to deal with a water leak making one of the beds unusable with a hole in ceiling. Hope it’s fixed for next renter because it wasn’t for us.

This condo was perfect for our group! Walking distance to main street where there are lots of restaurants and shops. The bus stop to the base is also very close and was so simple to use. Out the door and to the base of the Colorado chair lift in minutes. Highly recommend! Also host was very responsive to any of our needs!

My two friends & I had a great time here on our ski trip. The location is amazing! It is a short walk to the gondola to ski and a short walk into town.
The hot tubs were great & the place itself is very updated and comfortable with a nice gas fireplace. Would love to stay here again!

This unit was everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need. Even a crockpot (we used to make Wassail to enjoy after we had skiied all day). The location is awesome. 4 minute walk to main street. 4 minute walk to gondola and bus stops right outside. The fireplace was exactly what we needed and the humidifiers we had on the entire time made it such a cozy spot for the week we stayed. The condo was clean and cozy. We will definitely be back!

So, if you are looking for a cute place that is well maintained and easy to walk to and from the Peak 8 lift and the Main Street, this is a perfect location. Yet it’s proximity to S. Park Ave (next to it) brings in the street traffic noise, especially should you want the windows open for that fresh mountain air. Overall, it’s a good find for those who want to be close to the action and are willing to compromise for peace and quite.

We really enjoyed this condo. Great location we could be on Main Street in 5 minutes walk time. Very clean and organized condo. There was also a bike rack in the parking garage to lock our bikes! We plan on staying here again and again!

In one word we were underwhelmed. We stayed Jan 2-8 2022. At the average price of $527 a night with all the fees, taxes, and travel insurance. This is the most I have ever paid per night. I have used three different management companies for both summer and winter vacations in Breckenridge. I never contacted them before this review because I felt they have knowingly over promised and under delivered. And for that they will get a poor review. So the good - Location to downtown, Primary bedroom bed comfortable. That's it.So the Bad - Kitchen appliances, Dishwasher cheap and noisy. Sink and disposal laughable, Stove average. Refrigerator average. Most of the glassware had to be rewashed due to grease film from the non vented microhood and poor dishwashing. Soap dispenser didn't work. Numerous electrical outlets didn't work. Parking is ridiculous. Noise from the unit above is terible. Do you like hearing the shower above come on at 5 AM? Better than any alarm clock. I think the whole ski hill condo building should be avoided. And If you own one of these units and you lease it out, shame on you. Not at the price paid. Also if you notice the cleaning fees have increased and have also added a covid cleaning fee to some. Which I am fine with, then why do I find hair in my "clean" bedding?One last note. Property states sleeps 8. Severn chairs around a walmart table. Sq. ft. is listed at 1050. Back out the 2-300 sq. ft. for halls and closets and you have some tight living. Im glad it was the 4 of us. We really enjoyed our stay here! Great location with quick access to the gondola and only a couple of blocks from Main Street. We loved having access to the hot tub as well as to a washer and dryer. Smooth check in and check out and great communication with the property manager. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Walk to gondola
The condo was just as described. The property management company was responsive and unit is entered with a code so no need to pick up keys. The gondola is roughy a 2 book walk and you can ski home with a short walk through a parking lot at the end. The shuttle also stops nearby twice per hour to peak 7/8.
My only negative would be that the bedroom with bunk beds is rather small and has no dresser or shelves, only a closet with a bar so it was a tight squeeze for my teens to share.

Really nice property in almost all respects. The lighting is dim and needs to be improved. The toaster died, as we anticipated. It should have been replaced before our arrival. But a replacement toaster was delivered the day we noted the failure. Excepting these two minor deficiencies, the place is excellent: nicely furnished, excellent location.
