We stayed in the condo for three nights, and overall found it to be a good value. It's a close walk to Dollar Point and nice hiking trails. The kitchen is well stocked and appointed, beds relatively comfortable. The one flag is how close the condo is situated to others--something like four condos' decks all back up immediately adjacent (not noticeable from photos) and sounds travels easily into the master bedroom. Not great for light sleepers, but it's probably a minor complaint overall.

There's extra parking for your boat and its very convenient to boat launching ramp and downtown Tahoe City. Highly recommend.

My family and I really enjoyed the condo. Everything you needed for the kitchen or snow stuff, it was there. I most definitely recommend this condo for your vacation needs. It is so close to town but far enough to be quiet! As we were leaving the kids asked when we could come back to this condo again!!! Thank you for a beautiful home to share!!

Great and cozy lake Tahoe place
The place was well equipped, great kitchen with everything needed to cook breakfast and dinner, outside bbq, all the necessities.
It accommodated 4 people comfortably, my parents were visiting from abroad and were surprised with everything that was offered, they had not so great airbnb experiences in europe and this place will definitely change their perception of it!

we were in town for the big Spartan Race weekend at Squaw. It was a very comfortable condo and located close enough to the resort that we got there very easily each day.
It was very nice to come back and relax there after each race. Would stay there again!

We had a wonderful time at this property in Tahoe. You can't beat the location. We hopped on our bikes every day and hit the bike trail to Tahoe City, Tahoma etc. The condo was very clean and had all of the amenities that one would need. My husband and I went up there with our two young boys and it was the perfect place for our little family. The unit is also conveniently located to the play structure and kids pool.

We really enjoyed the condo for the last 5 days. The unit was beautifully furnished and I really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. We were in Tahoe City during a real heat wave and the swimming pools at the complex were really nice and refreshing. The location was also very convenient with only a short drive to the shops and grocery stores downtown. The outdoor patio with a gas grill was great for our evening meals and just relaxing when the sun went down. I had never seen double width bunk beds which easily slept two persons on each level. Six persons could easily sleep with comfort and makes the condo a bargain. We hope to come back here next summer.

My wife and I, along with a couple of friends we've known for years, stayed and found the accommodations to be top notch. Very comfortable, easy to find, with everything that you would think you would need. Things are very clean and updated nicely.

We had a great time this week! We biked all day on the trails and played tennis. King's Beach fireworks were on the 3rd, so we were able to make it down to the beach to watch the display. Thanks to the owner for making everything easy and letting us book last minute! We will definitely look at renting this place again soon.

One of the best appointed vacation rentals ever! The family pool and the play structure were great! We really loved the place and definitely will be back for a longer stay. I may bring a baby gate for the stairs next time, but that's only because we have a little one. Thank you!

We had a wonderful family trip. The property is clean and cozy. All the appliances are in good conditions and all the beds are comfortable. The only thing we don't like is the bathtub faucet on the second floor which is a bit hard to adjust water temperature. The bathroom in the first floor is great. The best of this property is its location. Just a short drive to downtown Tahoe City is definitely super.

My wife and I spent five nights in mid-May at this terrific condo in the Tahoe City area of the Lake Tahoe area. The condo itself is very homey and has everything one would need for a relaxing visit: including comfortable beds, a kitchen with all the utensils, appliances etc. necessary, a great patio and BBQ and a good DVD collection if watching movies is your thing. The complex was quiet and well kept, and is conveniently located near the lake and also just a few minute drive into town. I highly recommend this condo for a Lake Tahoe vacation!

If staying with friends or a larger group then we would miss having an en suite but we knew this and I guess the size of the place is reflected in the price.
