If you are looking for a peaceful getaway to Tahoe, this is the place. 3-Story Townhome in a small lakeside complex (52 units) in Dollar Point. Five minute drive to Tahoe City and ten minute drive to Kings Beach. Located "up the hill" from the lake, a short walk or drive to the private beach. 15-20 min. drive to Northstar and Palisades.

The location of this property in summer month is perfect. The private beach is perfect. It is also close to town and the marina for boat rentals etc. I would stay again.

We had a wonderful time, the house was perfect for our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 teenagers). Ryan was very helpful and checked-in with us multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed. The house is very clean and cozy, the beds are super comfortable, the kitchen has everything for cooking, we really enjoyed our stay. The house is very close to the ski resorts and Tahoe city restaurants and shops. So everything was perfect, we will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay. House was as described, clean and worked great for us. Really appreciate the private beach with chairs and the pool. Made things much easier with our 4 kids as all we needed to bring was towels and sand toys. Would definitely recommend! Communication with Ryan was simple and easy.

The place was spotless. I'm pretty picky about cleanliness, and this home passed my test. The necessities needed in the kitchen were properly supplied, as well as sheets, pillows and bath towels. It was a wonderful get away! The only "but" I have, and I think it is with VRBO and not the owners of this property, is that when I pulled up lakefront listings, this home was shown. The pictures supplied also gave the impression the home was lakefront. The home is actually the 3rd row back. But, there was an amazing view of the lake from the family room and the master bedroom. I have zero complaints about this rental. Would definitely use them again. Tahoe City is amazing! A must see if you've never been!

The townhouse is in a nice location, really close to downtown Tahoe City and near the resorts. The townhome itself is well appointed, clean, quiet and everything worked. It was perfect for a few days for us and our two sons.

Had a great weekend. This property is so well appointed and clean. Everything we could need was available. An amazing view of the lake from the upper floor, spacious balcony with BBQ for entertaining, and the cozy living room/dining area, were highlights. The communication about the property was clear and easy to follow. The management was accommodating and very responsive. I have no complaints and will definitely stay again.

The location is fantastic and the condo is very well maintained, nicely appointed and very clean. The private beach for the development is fantastic and really a benefit in the summer. Great for both summer and winter getaways. Will come back!

This place is awesome, being able to go to the beach in the morning and use the pool in the afternoon when the wind picked up was great. It is a great set up at the pool with Pickle ball , tennis, bocce and horseshoes. Very nice and clean place. Will definitely stay again

We booked a last minute trip and found this lovely condo. Both Lyle and Mary were fantastic....accommodations were great...quiet, beautiful, and family friendly....a little peace of Tahoe paradise. Easy access to Tahoe City...awesome beach and BTW....Sugar Pine Cakery down the road was delicious!

The condo was clean, surprisingly spacious, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay in Tahoe. Check in was easy and the landlords were very nice and helpful if we needed anything. The unit is quiet and the location was great-perfectly close to Squad valley and even closer to downtown restaurants and stores.

Great for a ski trip with easy access to Tahoe City for dinner, groceries and ski shops. It's an easy drive to Squaw/Alpine in one direction and another towards Northstar. We wished there was a hot tub to soak our bodies after the slopes but the fireplace and TV in their living room with comfy couches did the trick. The balconies offer great views of the lake through the trees. Mary and Lyle were pretty accessible via text and email but everything was self-explanatory so we didn't need them much for anything. The 10am check-out worked out for us as we were headed for Squaw early in the morning but it might be rather early for those who are not there to ski.

Plenty of bedding and a well-stocked kitchen--all sizes and kinds of pots and pans, lots of tableware. Space heaters for the downstairs bedrooms a nice accommodation. We never used the heaters in the bedrooms, but heated the bath tub area for the baby's bath. Landlords very responsive to requests for information and even bought a pack-n-play for the Condo when they realized we had a baby. Lots of stairs but four of us were seniors (62 to 75) and had no problems. Skiing close by for our 30 - 40 year olds; beautiful view of the lake.

We had an excellent stay. We were some moms with our newly graduated Senior Girls. The moms had some great hikes and the girls hung out at the beach. The beach was private and very convenient. Mary and Lyle are so helpful with details and getting back to you immediately with any questions and or concerns. There was plenty of space for us to spread out so the girls never felt we were in their space. I would most defiantly come back to this condo in the future.

Stayed here with 3 adults and 3 teenagers and had plenty of room. The townhouse was very close to the lake, so 3 of us hiked, while 3 of us skied at Alpine. It was spacious, had comfortable beds and was very clean. I would stay here again if I am ever up in this neck of the woods in the future.

We had a great time staying at Lyle and Mary's townhouse over the Memorial Weekend. After a day's hiking around the lake, this is a great place to come back to, rest, and relax. The condo itself is spacious, clean, well-kept, and comfortable, with a great view of the lake from the master bedroom. There is plenty of cooking supplies and spices, making it super convenient for people like us with a young child to prepare food for the little one as well as for adults. The community is quiet, with a nice private beach and a tennis court, which we managed to use. The location is perfect, with easy access to a Safeway, several restaurants in Tahoe city, and a golf course. All in all, great value. Additionally, Mary and Lyle are very nice and patient with us, which helped make the whole experience even more pleasant. We'd love to come back soon.

We just came back from 2 nights at Lyle and Mary's condo. Thank you. Everything was comfortable and clean. There was a good supply of cooking equipment and spices. There weren't a lot of people at the condos but the next door neighbors were there. They were very friendly. We walked to the beach for the condo and we would consider coming back to stay both for skiing and summer beach activities. We rented videos from Video Stop next to Safeway and they were very helpful lockout videos. Local Safeway was well stocked, well staffed and helpful.
