Great location, very clean and spacious. Kitchen serves 4 people. Walkable to everything. Note that washer and dryer are community in the garage and unit doesn’t include parking which wasn’t clear in the description. I would stay here again.

Squeaky clean, effortless no-contact check in and check out, immediate responses to questions. Would deserve 5 stars, but took off one because the description did not clearly state that this particular unit unlike most of the others in the building had no ocean view.

We loved this little beach house! It had everything we needed to stay in and cook, walk just a few steps to the beach and enjoy the closeness of Pismo ! I'd highly recommend this stay! It was very clean , and comfortable!

This little apartment is in the absolute perfect location and is so roomy. We enjoyed lots of long walks on the beach during the day and listening to the waves from the apartment night. I loved self-check in and not having to remember a key each time we left. Parking wasnt bad at all for us because we walked everywhere once we checked in. The only con is so minor and probably very personal but I will share that whatever cleaning solution they used left a very strong scent on the first day of check-in that was a bit bothersome, but we opened all the windows and it mostly cleared by the next day. If you're sensitive to smells, you may want to plan to spend a few hours out right after you first check in.

Location wise this was a perfect place. Steps away from the beach. Two blocks from the pier, restaurants, and shops. The main bed was comfortable. Kitchen had supplies like toaster and other small appliances. There is a shared grill outside, which we didn't use. They had beach chairs and beach towels, which was nice. It would have been nice to have shampoo for the shower and maybe a few beach toys for kids. I'm not sure if all of the units are owned by the same company, but maybe having a shared storage box with some beach toys (with a sign above that says please rinse toys before returning). We had lots of fun and enjoyed our stay!

We decided to do a staycation for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Living in Paso we just wanted to get away from the Summer heat, this place was perfect! Close to everything and steps from the beach! We would return every weekend if we could!

If you want to be right on Pismo Beach you don’t get much closer than this. This place is great for kids and going to the beach. If the little ones need a restroom break while at the beach, just make the 2 minute walk back to your room. Having a garage to park in is really nice!

This rental is right next to the beach and super handy to drag chairs & kids toys over to. The house itself met our needs and was exactly how it was listed. The house is a short walk to the main drag in Pismo. I would definitely recommend staying here. We will for sure again too.

The condo was at the perfect spot for us. It is on the beach between the pier and the surf lessons on Addie Street. Great information by Jenny & Kim kept everything simple and helped us with the activities we were interested in enjoying. The rooms are beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the privacy of our room and the company of some of the other guests. We definately want to come again.

Perfect location right on the beach

Couldn’t be closer to the beach and was an excellent location for the event we were in town for. Owners were very swift to respond to our request to extend our reservation by an extra day. Sadly the electronic lock code was not extended so our last day we had to organize someone being present all day but we managed. Could have done with a few extra towels and an additional blanket but otherwise we had a great stay and would book this place again next time we’re in the area.

Pismo is one of our favorite spots to hide. The wife and I needed a desperate recharge from our daily lives. This was the perfect place. Walk to anything you need right next to the beach. We’ll be back. 😎👍

Loved everything with the exception of parking. It was a bit of a struggle, I loved that the property owners contacted me to say we could check in early. Loved that there were beach chairs, a fan (in case it was warm) the location!!!! Amazing. Thank you Jenny, for an amazing stay! We loved your beautiful condo!

We had a lovely time. The location was perfect with two little kids who need snacks, naps and baths. Makes multiple trips to the beach easy. The place was comfortable, well-stocked and clean. The units above and next to us were extremely loud but I read that in a review before arrival and it was expected. :) A hot water leak was fixed immediately. We will be back.

This place is a hidden gem it was easy to book, check in and check out. The condo #3 is amazing having your own kitchen for a three day stay was perfect we brought our 7 year old niece who wanted to stay “10 more days” we will definitely be back

But it was a safe area literally steps from the beach and about a five minute walk to the pier. The only complaint was thay the mattresses for the pullouts were not comfortable at all. My daughters opted to just sleep on the sofas instead. But the bed was super comfy.Definitely will book this place again if given the chance.

If you are looking for a beach getaway this is a great property. It's only steps from the beach as well as the town of Pismo Beach. The apartment is clean and comfortable and the landlord provides everything you need. The underground garage was also great since parking in this beach town is very limited.

We had an amazing 4 day stay!! The best part was the location, walking distance from everything. Parking can be a challenge so appreciated being able to walk everyone once we found a good parking space.

We walked to all the local shops and eateries. The best sunset views were outside our door. The property was very clean and well maintained. We recommend the short 2 mile drive to the reserve for the most beautiful hiking trails! Enjoyed our time here.

We was on a fun vacation with friend n family,when we find out we was been stalk by the owner of the property they told us that We have to many people in the condo, but first we already confirm with them that the reason for the stay at this condo was our daughter birthday. So friend n family came over just to blow a cake n they told us that we having to much people stay there that So ridiculous So they charge us 3 more hundred dollar on top of the 8 hundred rental for just having family to come in there condo n blow the cake. I’m starting to think that It a hate just becuz we re ASIAN !!!!! There is no privacy during the stay , Owner of the property were spying on us through the window all day .I’m starting to freak out becuz I have my 6 year old daughter in her swim suit I don’t know what is going on in that case . So to be honest this was the worst birthday for my daughter we well never rent from this place ever again.
