In fairness the hotel, which was a second choice for us, was just about adequate.

Breakfast was ok with freshly cooked eggs to order and a small selection of cheese/ham,etc. Coffee from a machine. Staff were very good and efficient. Location was excellent and we were able to park directly outside the property (free). Slight downside was the traffic noise from 0630 with heavy lorries accessing a construction site nearby. A room on the carpark side would have been better. Beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel spotless throughout.

Room size and no seating area. Limited space for suitcases, bags, etc. Traffic noise which was surprising given the hotel's location. Paper cups!!!

Wonderful if not a scam

I travel a lot and this was the first time I felt scammed. The hotel assigned me a room with a lower rate even though I paid for a superior room. When asked the front desk, I was told that my understanding was incorrect, even after showing to the manager rooms and prices they have on booking. Only positive is the breakfast. Very disappointing.

The room has no mountain view although it was included in my reservation. The hotel has no free parking. You need to park at public street in a first-come/first-get basis with scarce parking spaces. The manager told me that I don't know how to pick a room. It was suggested a room in the basement with a small window if I wanted to pay less.

A gem! Great location and room quality.

Super staff! Large rooms and very clean, comfy beds. Very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Center of town but just off the main street. Tourist office nearby provided info about hikes. Parking in adjacent city lot, at least in October. Breakfast was good. Good value!

A room safe would be nice, but we felt the hotel and town was safe enough.

Excellent location and hotel! Great service and overall value!

The hotel manager was so friendly and courteous! We arrived later than expected on our motorcycles but he left his desk and walked us to our secure motorcycle parking nearby. And the restaurant staff were so good to us over dinner. The food was very good as well. The rooms were clean and spacious. Great location in town! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Nothing really. Parking is a bit of a lottery but so far we have found a spot outside the hotel at each visit.

Very good

Everything was perfect: The food (half pensión ), the beds, cleanliness and above all the personell! Very helpful giving guidance related to summer activities in Ribaeta! Highly recomendable family hotel? Good value for the money! Climbed the Montcorbison in 1hour and 5 minutes. Fantastic view from the top (2176 m). Visited also many other small towns and one of the waterfalls. Weather was good more or less all the time... A memorable stay in the Pyrineos!

A little minus for squeeking door to the bathroom. Soundproofing could be a little better. But I am always using earplugs so was not a problem....

is 4 people in a tiny 15 square meter room including the bathroom. There was no room to move, there was not even room for luggage. First floor, downstairs was a restaurant whose seating was outside and there was terrible noise until the middle of the night on a day. The mattresses sink.

Very comfy hotel with great location and breakfast.

Breakfast was amazing, lots of options and really tasty. The room was very clean and comfy. The location was amazing, just in the center where the townhall is and the restaurants.

Parking is difficult. There is a public parking and space in the street to park but you need to walk a bit to the hotel.

A little gem which might be better in Winter.

Location central in town with bars and restaurants close by. We were half board, Good value and service. Very pleasant staff. Room small but very nicely decorated.

It was a sweltering 37C and we were sorry that there was no air conditioning! I expect they are more used to keeping warm in the ski-ing season. Parking was tight close to the hotel and you were lucky if you found a place, otherwise it was the town car park.

The location is great. Mountainiew from the window is gorgeous. Parking is free.

A second enjoyable stay at Hribaeta

Great location in centre of town. Very friendly staff. Easy parking nearby. Comfortable room. Good breakfast in modern clean breakfast room.

Evening meal in hotel restaurant was average.

everything was perfect! Very charming hotel, in the nicest place of Vielha, right in the old town but still very calm, cosy… with everything you need. wonderful and very helpful stuff🥰

Would book again but maybe not half board.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and we had a good feeling about the hygiene in the restaurant. The breakfast was good although more cereal choices would have been welcomed by us.

Portion sizes for both breakfast and dinner were a little small and the restaurant area was cold. Dinner choices were limited, lacked flavour and could definitely be improved. A menu written in English would have been very useful. The bathroom needs updating.

A really nice comfortable, friendly, clean and good value hotel to stay in Vielha.

Hot water. Very good breakfast - juice, fresh fruit salad, cooked meats, cheese, many types of pastries, bread, toast, croissants. Also freshly cooked eggs with bacon. Really good. The hotel is nicely decorated and cleanliness is first class. Family owners and staff are all very friendly and extremely helpful. Very Covid aware. All staff and the family speak French as well as Spanish.

Deserves more stars!

We spent here a few nights during our ski holiday at Baqueira. The hotel deserves more than the 2 stars it holds. Perfectly located in the old part of Vielha, but on a quiet side street. Inside clean and comfortable. Good breakfasts. Very kind personnel.

English is not the best here, so knowing Spanish or French helps a lot :)
