Pensaba que estaríamos mejor

La ubicación y que no cobran por los animales

-Por la noche refrescó un poco y pedí un calefactor para poder bañar a mi bebé de dos meses, me lo dejaron sin problema pero era un calefactor muy pequeño que sólo calentaba el baño y hacía frío en todo el apartamento, al día siguiente ( había otra chica en recepción) pregunté si era posible que encendiera la calefacción aunque fuera sólo por la noche y me dijo que no, que me pusiera una manta... le dije que tenía un bebé y me dijo que si quería otro calefactor, esos calefactores son diminutos y no calientan el apartamento, a parte que ese hacía un ruido tremendo, me parece increíble que pagando más de 115 euros por noche no pueda encender la calefacción, y tenga que pasar frío con mi bebé. -Tampoco había: escobilla,tijeras en la cocina,entraba muchísima luz porque no hay persianas y las cortinas no cierran bien. -En principio iba a ser cama doble pero me encontré con dos camas juntas y tenía que ir con cuidado que no se colara mi bebé en medio *Parezco tiquismiquis pero me hacia mucha ilusión una escapada con mi bebé y mi pareja y cuando por fin me decido para irnos por ahí lo que menos quería era estar pensando en que no se resfrie mi hijo porque no me dejan encender la calefacción por la noche (era julio pero estábamos a 10°) durante el día no se necesita calefacción, sólo de noche.

Nos gustó el apartamento, cubrió nuestras necesidades

El personal muy amable. Apartamento amplio y bien equipado. Todo muy limpio. La cama era muy comoda.

Antes de reservar en Booking me ponía claramente habitación con cama grande. Una vez hecha la reserva y el pago, cambió y me aparecía según dispnibilidad. Cuando llegamos nos dieron apartamento con dos camas. El personal amablemente nos cambió la habitación sin problemas.

El apto estaba muy bien , los colchones muy majos y las chicas de la recepción muy amables

La ubicación. El parking. La amplitud de la habitación. Las vistas.

Desperfectos de otros animales en la habitación. Sábanas sucias (se avisó y las nuevas también estaban sucias). De reformas en el aparthotel, un poco incómodo el ruido. Moho negro en la ducha. Radiadores llenos de polvo.

Very decent stay

This is a very decent accommodation in Vielha. The apartment was spacious enough for 3 people, had a large and clean bathroom, we also had parking available (paid). A big thumbs up for being dog friendly.

We only stayed for one night, but for a longer stay, I think a better equipped kitchen would be helpful.

nice staff, off-season, beautiful town. good value, and the sound of the birds singing in the morning was amazing.

rooms are basic but nice, maybe a touch of paint would up the atmosphere a bit.

Spacious apartment, kitchen well equipped . Very fast check-in. Pets permitted at no extra charge. Huge bathtub

Check-in is not available until 1600. With no option for early check-in. With reception closed between 1400 and 1600. (This was made very clear before travelling) However, you can not enter the aparthotel to sit and wait for reception to open as the key to access the hotel is the key to your room. This is not convenient at all when arriving with a pet. Perhaps the hotel can advise that it is not JUST reception that is closed but hotel access is closed.

Great time for the UTMB, location ideal and just what we needed

Great location, great accommodation, great price - we stayed for the UTMB VDA event in July 2023 and the facilities were just right to support the ultra marathon attendance. You will find a fridge and cooking area and close to laundry - perfect location in the heart of Vielha

Great location, tiny uncomfortable shower, simple and cozy otherwise

Great location

The shower is so small that just turning around shifts the water temperature from hot to cold or hot to scalding hot. Quite unpleasant. Also a little noisy from the cars passing by. Everything else was fine.

Exceptional

The aparthotel is right in the centre of the village, a clean place with all the amenities and calm, no disturbances. Parking is paid, but it's easy to find free parking spots outside the hotel which is not so far. The place is good for the price, with a small kitchenette, with all utensils required, a dining place with a living room and bedroom.

Very central and very close to everything. Right next to a supermarket, which comes in handy when lodging at an apparthotel. Has parking.

Toilet next to the room, rather than the living room. When using the sofabed, it is not truly comfortable

Amazing place, good value for money

Amazing view from the window. Very clean with daily cleaning. Nice staff. Almost in the downtown. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets nearby.

The windows do not close tightly and there was a draft in the living room from the window cracks.

Rooms clean, comfortable, great receptionist, location.

The apartment was rented as a 4-person apartment but it is only suitable for 2 people. The bathroom is connected to the bedroom so whoever is sleeping on the couch needs to go into the bedroom to access the bathroom. Hence, it is not a 4-person apartment, but a 2-person max apartment. Other than that everything was great.
