Within the home itself you will have a fully stocked kitchen travertine floors and stainless steel appliances to prepare any meals you have in mind and your own private Sauna to relax in after a day at the Beach.] There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a Queen in the 2nd bedroom and a Queen Bed in the 3rd Bedroom with a flat screen TV in the living room and downstairs bedroom, and additional T.V.in sitting area. We liked the location, you just need to be able to handle stairs getting to the beach. Host Tim is very available and responsive. House was very roomy and kept up.

We had seven adults for a surprise birthday party. The location was spot on. the home is close to the Amtrak. You can walk to a lot of the necessities. I love the homes layout, everyone had their independence. The home was adequately supplied for all our needs. Would recommend this home.

Host was a good communicator. We did have problems with the water heater, contacted Tim and he had the issue fixed within 30 mins. Would of been nice to use the elevator and not have to carry all the luggage to the 2nd and 3rd floor. Overall, pretty house in a great area. House was well furnished and spacious. Walking distance to stores/restaurants and of course the beach. Would definitely like to come back.

Our family had a great week in this home! Only a 2 minute walk to a great beach (includes a long flight of stairs) which accommodated everyone well (surfing, boogie boarding, body surfing, or just playing in the sand). Many restaurants within walking distance. Property manager made the check in process easy and worked with us to allow for early check-in. Highly recommend!

Perfect beach getaway for families
This is about as good as it gets for an Oceanside property (and I have stayed at several over the years). This place is perfect for families or large groups - we had three couples, each with their own bedroom and bathroom. Large, open living room/dining room/kitchen - great for hanging out together. And the view from the third-floor patio was fantastic.
First, the check-in was easy - Tim was there right when we arrived and he walked us through everything. Nice two-car garage fit our two cars, and there were two remote garage door/gate controls.
The location really couldn't be much better. Only one block from the beach (3-4 minute walk), but also easy walking distance to LOTS of restaurants and the Oceanside Sunset Market, which had a great selection of ethnic food. We ended up getting takeout for the whole trip and just walked to the restaurants to pick it up.
So when I say "perfect", I mean it. I really couldn't think of anything that could have been better.

This is my 2nd time to California and my 2 Nd time with Vrbo! Both times were awesome- but this house is awesome- 3 floors 3bathrooms! Rooftop deck which we used all of the time! So close to a beautiful beach and within walking to the pier and harbor! So much to do without driving! Property manager took care of every need or issue we had! Easy check in and out! Highly recommend it

This is my 2nd time to California and my 2 Nd time with Vrbo! Both times were awesome- but this house is awesome- 3 floors 3bathrooms! Rooftop deck which we used all of the time! Oceanside Vacation
We had a great week here! Lots of good food, the beach is fabulous, and only a block to beautiful sand! The train whistle is pretty loud hear , but most can get used to it as it’s only a short distance away. It is minimalist in kitchen spices etc. as stated by others— just bring your own as we did if you want to cook. Very clean, big rooms with interesting decor and nice deck to look at ocean on third floor. Overall, very fun week!

We had a great time at this property for our vacation. The property is a short walk to the beach which is what we loved so much about it. The owner was nice enough to meet and go through everything with us when we arrived. There are 3 levels with rooms on each level, great for multiple families/couples with plenty of room. Overall, we had a wonderful time - highly recommend!

Amazing people amazing property it’s very close to the strand. The photos don’t do it justice it looks better in person:)the only negative things I can think of is that if you have 4+ cars it’s hard to find parking once you fill all 3 spots and one neighbor is cool and the other just complains, but other then that I highly recommend anyone to stay here:)

Great location and ample space
This is a beautiful property just a few hundred yards from the beach. The home is walking distance to both downtown Oceanside and the harbor where you can find many restaurants and shops. The kitchen was well stocked. The deck is amazing with the ocean view. Plenty of space for our party of 6 to spread out. Renters should know the property is less than one block from the train tracks and the schedule varies throughout the week. Some nights the train whistle can be heard throughout the night.
