About this house rental

The location provides easy access to everything Ouray/Ridgway/Telluride have to offer. Ouray has many shops, galleries, and restaurants. Don't miss the Ouray Hot Springs Pool!

Three en suite bedrooms are set up perfectly for you to unpack and enjoy your own private space.

Master bedroom: king bed located upstairs.

Bedroom #2: 2 sets of bunkbeds located upstairs

Bedroom #3: Queen bed located on the first floor walk-in level

Sleeper sofa: Queen sleeper sofa located in the main living area on the second floor.

The living/dining/kitchen is appointed perfectly for you and your friends to gather during your stay. The modern kitchen is finished with stainless steel appliances and equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. Light the fireplace and gather around the dining room table that easily fits 8-10 people. There is also a large TV located in the living room area. Cable and WIFI are provided for your convenience.

Unfortunately we do not allow pets. Any evidence of animals will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee.

Guest will have access to the one car attached garage.

We loved our trip to Ouray and this house was perfect! It was clean, cozy and had all the amenities our family needed. Just a short distance into downtown Ouray and the kids loved the convenience store across the street! Online description was 100% accurate, highly recommend!!

We’re so happy we rented this condo! We drove in from Tucson, AZ to spend a few days in Colorado and celebrate our anniversary. Location was perfect…right off Main Street, only 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to the heart of Ouray, but just far enough from the (sometimes) congested downtown area to give you a peaceful, private, and secluded experience. AND the condo came with a one car garage! How convenient is that? The house was uber cleen! I mean not a speck of dust, grime, or dirt ANYWHERE. The linens were just as clean, super soft, and not the least bit worn. Trust me when I say that I’m a bit of a germaphobe. Because of this, we’ve passed on or checked out of many hotels (and restaurants) early if they didn’t feel, smell, or look clean. Did not apply here! The condo felt like home. Super comfy, cozy, and well equipped. During our 4 night stay we had planned to prepare a couple meals at home, so having a kitchen equipped with most of the tools, pots and, pans you would have in your own home was ideal. Sara offered nice touches, such as ground coffee, bottled water, some dry goods, and plenty of paper goods. 100% happy with our host and the property & will be back! I’m telling you, it was hard to leave! 1 item worth commenting, the living room could benefit from more low lighting. You have plenty ceiling mounted down lights; I would just add a table lamp to both of the side table. Table lamps can help create ambience & can lights can be hard on the eyes!

This was a good home base for our visit. Every room has its own bathroom so we had our own little space but then we could all be together in the main room and kitchen. It was very comfortable and perfect for our trip.

The house was nice, it would have been nice to know it was three stories. One of the showers didn’t work however but it is a 3.5 bath so there was plenty of showers. Some of the trim work was loose in the bathroom doorframe and the banister on the lower set of stairs was detached from the wall, but the overall house was nice for a stay. I did wish the listing let us know there wasn’t air conditioning. Not a deal breaker but it was a little hot in the house during the evenings.

Great location close to town. Well equipped however would be nice to have had fans in the bedrooms to drown out the highway noise. The grill was not clean and almost caused a fire. We had messaged ahead of time to ask specifically about grilling and we’re told the condo had a grill available for us to use. We ended up not being able to use some of the food we brought because the grill was so dirty and unable to be used. Overall we enjoyed our stay and with a few adjustments we would stay again.

Property was very clean! We loved the large space to spread out after several hotel nights. It was nice and quiet. I also appreciated that the blinds were dark enough to block the morning sun. Nice property in a beautiful town!

This townhome worked wonderfully for our family. There was plenty of room. The property was clean and well maintained. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom plus there was a main floor powder room. The master suite is on the third floor with the “kids” room and the laundry. The biggest drawback for us was the bedrooms were warmer than we would like and hard to cool.

We had a great stay. The house was close to downtown. It is easily walkable to town without going down the busy highway if you take the river front trail that you can access behind the gas station across the street. The property worked well for our group of 9- 4 adults and 5 young kids. We were able to fit our truck in the garage and still park an SUV in the unit driveway. We would stay here again.

Great location for enjoying Ouray and Telluride. There is a private full bath for each bedroom in addition to a main level powder room, which was very helpful for our party of 8. The kitchen has everything you might need. We were very pleased with our choice to stay here.

Very well stocked. Kitchen has every gadget you'll ever need. Plenty of extra towels and pillows. Lots of room to entertain or relax. Nice location. There were even toys and board games for the kids.

This cute little town house is in the perfect location. With the mountains behind us and the main road in front we were able to see deer in the morning and then hope on Main St to our outdoor adventures. Very clean and super cute! Highly recommend this vrbo!!

This was a great house with plenty of room. It does have three floors with the main living area on the 2nd floor so plenty of climbing stairs. We would have appreciated more specific directions as we had a little trouble finding the exact location with GPS. Once we figured out the correct street to turn down, we were good. Otherwise the accommodations are nice, clean and comfortable.

Very clean and having 3.5 bathrooms was awesome for our large group of 9. Easily accessible to all the OHV trails in Ouray and Telluride. Parking for 4 vehicles was tough but having access to the garage made it possible with the additional parking at entrance to development.

The place was clean and central to many attractions in Ouray. Plenty of parking out from and easy to pull in with a trailer with side by sides. We had our adult married children there for a get away. It was great. Having 4 adults in the bunch bed room got hot and uncomfortable, our only complaint

We had a wonderful experience and the host was very kind. The house was in a great location and accommodated the guests well. I would recommend bringing your own cookware unless you don’t teflon. The only issue we had was with the garage being a little fragrant from the garbage being piled up from previous guests? Great stay over all.

We enjoyed the property! It was a good location. Though if you stay in the winter, you’ll want a car that does well in snow to be able to park and get to the garage. It fit my group well, and made everyone feel like they had space. The one frustrating thing was that there were a lot of dishes put away that still had food residue on them. So we had to clean everything before we used it.

This 3 story (3 bed/3.5 bath) had plenty of space for my family of six. It was super comfortable and clean. We loved the open concept of the main level where we could all be together. The temperature in the house was perfect. I didn’t have to adjust it once. The parking was a little tricky, especially when the snow started to melt. We had to park on the road at one point, but the owners told us this may be the case. Overall, we were extremely happy with the rental and would love to go back again!

The condo was great for the needs Of two senior couples! It had everything we needed. A couple of problems. The downstairs tub was almost completely clogged and if you showered too long the water was past our ankles and full of hair and crud from the drain. The furnishings were very nice but the condo could use a deep clean. Everything was very dusty! Checking was quick and only had to strip beds and wash dishes and put garbage out when we left. Would definitely book again!
