la atención de la mesera del restaurante

Somente da localização.

Acomodações em péssimo estado, equipamentos estragados como secador de cabelo, frigobar da choque e não gela, chuveiro somente de água fria, porta caindo, paredes e janelas sujas. Copo somente plástico. O quarto não condiz com as fotos das propagandas. Sugiro uma verificação dos órgãos que regulamentarizam hotéis, vigilância sanitária e até mesmo de segurança predial.

El desayuno frío, no tenían ni pan, las salchichas las pedimos y duraron un montón. Y tras de todo a pesar de que no había nada, agarramos dos tortas de huevo y se pusieron a hablar.

Excelente lugar.

Los espacios, el ambiente, la Atención. Hicimos una anotación de un artículo que estaba para cambiar en la habitación e inmediatamente hicieron el cambio. Bastante positivo.

Todo súper bien, muy seguro, nada para quejarse.

Gutes preiswertes Hotel mit super Lage und abwechslungsreichem Frühstück

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut gelegen, das Frühstück wird auf der Terrasse mit sehr schönem Ausblick serviert und ist vielfältig, abwechslungsreich und gut

In den Zimmern fehlt es an Schränken sowie Ablage- und Aufhängemöglichkeiten. Zudem hat es leider kein warm Wasser

Esta en una buena ubicación, cercana a mall, centros comerciales y entretenimiento. A una cuadra de la playa, para ver lo hermoso del atardecer.

Exagerado el precio para lo que ofrecen.

Pésimo el Desayuno, ofrecen bufet pero te vigilan y no puedes tomar algo de que se te antoje porque la señora que vigila el bufet te regaña. No nos ofrecieron algo extra, pese haber pagado en el precio 4 desayunos y pedido una compensación. Mal olor en las habitaciones, sino pedimos cambio, nos habían signado una habitación que no correspondía a la reservada. Pésimo servicio.

Muy buena ubicación, seguro y muy cerca de los sitios de interes

El desayuno muy bueno, la ubicación excelente, estaba muy cerca de los lugares turísticos y se podia ir caminando, existe 3 supermercados grandes cercas y un centro comercial.

La habitación que reservé para dos personas era un poco pequeña.

Grata y cómoda experiencia en ese hotel.

Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la playa, centros comerciales, cerca del centro histórico de Cartagena, hay supermercado cerca, es muy tranquilo y seguro. Las habitaciones están limpias, cama cómoda, caja fuerte, el desayuno es variado y rico, recepción 24 hrs. Tiene una vista hermosa de los atardeceres de Cartagena desde la terraza del piso 9.

Solo le falta una piscina o jacuzzi en Terraza para ser perfecto.

The value is there, but if you are not tolerant of some hardship stay at the Ritz.

Extremely convenient to the beach, restaurants, dock facilities and the walled city. The hotel was in the process of installing a new elevator which will enhance access to the rooms & roof top terrace/restaurant where breakfast is served. The bed was extremely hard which put me in mind of the children's story of the prince & the pea! The room was were clean & nicely maintained. There was a good grocery across the street & 2 others within a very short walk. The staff was very pleasant.

There were a couple of things that were sub-par: the bed was not comfortable. The mattress was more like a bare box spring with no padding. The was a top sheet & no blanket on the bed. The sheet seemed to be a twin size & the mattress was a double or queen size which led to some discomfort & annoyance. For reasons that escaped logic, there is no hot water in the rooms. It wasn't that the there was a problem with the boiler or such, but there are no pipes leading to the knows that should control the sink or shower hot water supply. So, you will be taking cold showers...there's just no hot water! This is not an easily correctable problem. The new elevator is almost ready for use, & the necessity of climbing stairs to access anything will be resolved soon.

Me gustó que haya aire acondicionado, que el televisor del cuarto tuviera Netflix y la vista desde la zona donde se toma desayuno.

No me gustó que el cuarto no tuviera una mesita donde dejar las cosas. Cuando solicité una me dijeron que coloque mis cosas dentro del armario. Tuvimos que dejar cosas básicas en el piso. ¿Cuándo se ha visto un cuarto de hotel que no tuviera una pequeña mesa básica? El ascensor y los pasadizos están un poco viejos. No habría nada de malo con eso si cobraran menos, porque por ese mismo precio encontré un mejor hotel en la zona; además, hay una construcción al lado que inhabilita accesos.

For location was good but for the price and customer service another locations definitely is better !

The location for the training business event

We don’t receive for two days a blanket requested at the first night. The customer service at the front desk was really good with all gentleman’s but the ladies was rude arrogant and very poor.

Bad. I had to look for another hotel for my stay

Even the location

The facilities, the elevator was old and dangerous, seemed to be out of maintenance. They do not have hot water in the bathroms. And OMG they do not have any blankets, just one sheet and one pillow. I was on a travel for business and I didn’t have an iron machine for my clothes. I did have to move to another hotel. The security was really bad. The door room just have one simple key to get in. Not even an electronic card or an extra lock as many other hotels. Please be careful and do not open the door to nobody before calling the front desk to ask if it is a member of the hotel.

No Hot Water

Close to the colonial area of Cartagena and the staff were both helpful and friendly. I only have good things to say about the staff and their service!

Unfortunately there is no hot water and breakfast is more like a snack.
