Il miglior hotel dove sia mai stato

Mi è piaciuto tutto. Dalla vista incredibile sulla città, alla colazione ricca e ben rifornita. Dalla sala pesi, piccola ma ben equipaggiata, al letto morbidissimo in stanza. Veramente un posto incredibile e accogliente.

Mi sforzo ma non riesco a trovare niente. Ecco, forse la posizione, ma pure quella, assolutamente rimediabile con Grab e i taxi.

Rất không hài lòng và sẽ không bao giờ quay lại.

Vị trí thuận tiện

Điều hòa quá lạnh mặc dù đã để ở mức cao nhất là 32 độ, nhưng nhiệt độ phòng vẫn báo ở mức 20. Hành lang có mùi. Phòng cũng có mùi. Phòng tắm kính: các chân kính và zoăng bị ố vàng… nói chung chấm 1* cho vệ sinh. Nếu có 0* chắc cũng chấm. Đã trải nghiệm nhiều khách sạn nhưng chưa bao giờ chấm 1*😢

It was nice but for the price I could of stayed somewhere better

The property was nice but I didn’t like the customer service. During my stay I had to deal with window cleaners cleaning making noise and disturbing my peace. The view was the only thing that I liked about this place. Will I come back, no.

Poor service and kampong attitude

Beautiful panorama from my room

The swimming pool has a laughable bar service and the guy will chase you for more drinks like I am an ATM. Plus he will try to chase you out even before you finished your last drink. I forgot some personal belongings there (very light stuff that you can put in a single envelope and complimentary post it out for a few bucks) but instead I was asked 75 USD to get it shipped to a nearby country. Is this the treatment that you expect from the best hotel in town and when you shell out 300 USD per night in Vietnam?

Мы остановились на одну ночь, просто посмотреть, что это за такой легендарный отель и не пожалели, все понравилось))

Потрясающий вид, хороший сервис, невероятно удобная кровать и потрясающие подушки!!! Даже захотели купить себе такие же, но не поняли как и где😅 🙈

Довольно дорогая цена, особенно если надолго останавливаться.

I felt that the hotel was far from a five-star hotel in terms of attention to detail.

Views and large bathtub.

No cup and saucer. The previous guest's alarm clock setting was still on and woke me up in the middle of the night with a loud alarm beeping. I wish they would reset it when setting up the room.

Incredible views from a beautifully designed, clean and modern luxury hotel

Beautiful luxury hotel, great pool and incredible views! Excellent breakfast in the main restaurant.

overall we had a wonderful stay but we found the restaurant and bars in the evening a bit sterile and they were super quiet. we ate in the main restaurant one evening and it was only us and one other table yet the service wasn’t great and my husbands main came out at least 15 minutes before mine. the staff were also loudly cleaning up around us. we felt a bit like we’d snuck into a closed restaurant. We also didn’t have a great experience in the bars with slow service and inattentive, not so friendly staff. It wasn’t terrible but considering its a luxury hotel and a luxury price point I think the restaurants and bars need to up general up their game in the standard of the food, ambience and service.

Gorgeous view and wonderful experience

Really beautiful panoramic view of HCM. Services were good. Sauna, steam and jacuzzi facilities are free to guests. Very professional staff despite half looking like theyre in training. We enjoyed our room and our bed were very comfortable. We appreciated that they ler us check in early and also prepare a cake for my partner birthday.

The Jacuzzi had some issues. It was flooding everywhere when turned on. The coffee and tea could have been filled with more. We could only have one coffee before having to call room service. In-room dining was a bit too pricy but there are lots of dining choices around so not a big deal for us.

Fantastic

To me since the hotel is one of the best in HCM, Its a must try once in a lifetime issue. The hotel is right in the middle of the top neighbourhood where u can get all types of amenities within few min walking distance. Will be very good for frequent biz traveller.

If the price is a little cheaper, it wouldbhave been better.

I can honestly not find a single fault with my stay. I have stayed in many hotels and this is one of the best ever. Wish I could afford it more often!

It can be the best in world if work on small things

The Huge Tower, Club Lounge.

The check in. No proper bell desk is available at the porch level to take care of guests. This is a total let down. Housekeeping is a total let down Staff cribs for small small things. No Vegan options at Breakfast
