appartement négligé (rideaux salles et déchirés, salle de bain plus que limite en vétusté et en propreté ainsi que le coin cuisine (équipements salles) TV ne marchait pas (a nécessité la venue de 3 réparateurs) la climatisation dysfonctionnait (nécessité de 2 réparateurs)

overall a great stay, amenities were clean

great location spacious rooms good security

although the owners were very good to us Booking .com rated the premises as pool access when we tried to use the pool we weee not given access unless we had fingerprint ID which was a little disappointing as the kids wanted to swim after a long day touring

Location was away from the noise and madness of district 1. More upmarket area. Easy to get Grab or taxi.

The host is great with communication, and very easily contactable. She is very helpful with local information, and helped by bringing some washing powder, hand soap and additional towels when I asked.

The apartment has the bare necessities. The food and drink in the area is much more expensive than other areas of HCMC

it’s ok for a short stay

the place is a bit more “out” of the center which is good when you do not like it so busy. Near the apartment you’ll find anything you need and getting to the city center is really easy cause you’ll always get a taxi or grab straight away. The owner is really nice and helps by any questions. The breakfast included was from the 7 eleven.

if you are not a fan of mold I wouldn’t recommend it. Also it was a different apartment as shown in the pictures. some basic utilities are missing like a broomstick and dry cloth for when you stay longer than a night.

The location of the apartment is very close to the city center, I was enthusiastically supported by the host to check in, everything went very smoothly, highly recommend to orther guest

TV not working, Wifi not working. Breakfast: some sandwishes, noddle but no coffe, tea, jus.... we need buy by ourself. Check out between 12h and 13h pm but they come to make cleaning at 12h30 (we take lunch outside) and put our luggage in one angle so without our presence. At 12h45 we are in apartment and they come to put us outside at 12h50 so didn't respect the condition.

Good location and perfect samsung TV.

The location is great. The samsung TV is perfect. But better make a phone call first, it's no use to email or send message. The owner does not get fully attention on booking.com info. Anyway, she find a new room for me.

The owner does not put attention on booking.com info. She lost my reservation on the booking.com. Anyway, she make a room for me finally. This is the first time this booking.com got problem with the owner.

Very poor

Only location, nothing else.

Location is great but i want to give overall rating low hence giving lowest score possible. Prices are high as per given facilities, so not really worth it. I stayed for 2 nights where first night i had to stay in other bigger apartment because the actual booked was not ready and next day i was asked to move to other apartment which was really inconvient for me. Also, i was not served breakfast this morning because i checked in late around 11pm and when i asked about the breakfast the host has to excuse that it is already over because i checked in late so they did not prepare for me which is very funny. Moreover, next morning i was only served one sandwich in the name of breakfast. So anyone who sees breakfast as part of the deal my advice not to reserve it because it is not BREAKFAST in real.
