Conveniently located close to shops and transportation
Misleading advertisement, host made us buy our own toilet paper and towels

Un poco lejos del centro lo cual es un inconveniente para visitas turísticas a monumentos etc pero también una oportunidad de ver un poco del Londres real y no el de las tarjetas postales. A mí me pareció interesante, barrio multicultural y muy tranquilo. Precio razonable.
La cocina era demasiado escueta. No había adaptadores de enchufes y tuvimos que buscarnos la vida. La cama solo edredón así que un poco de calor. Por lo demás, para una estancia corta, está bastante bien.

Very private place. I love the interior wood. Suitable for couple travellers.

Stayed for 6 nights in July.
Property was clean on arrival. Bed was comfy and the shower was warm. There was a kettle and a good fridge. There was also a single ring hob (not used) and a microwave (not used). Although it’s a fairly compact space (imagine a caravan) there was lots of places to store and hang clothing etc and a table and chairs that you could have eaten at as well as a private balcony. It is a wooden structure along the lines of a well equipped shed rather than a house/flat but this wasn’t an issue.
Brent where it is had plenty of shops etc close by for basic shopping or eating out and at 2 miles from Wembley and 6miles from Hyde park with good access to public transport served our purpose well. You could get better accommodation without a doubt but I don’t think you’d get better at £60 (£65 with a car) per night that close to major sites of interest.
Inside felt compact. Not sure anyone over 6ft would be able to move about freely.
Car park is on a slope and if you have a large car and there are 2 guests can be a bit tight but this was a minor issue really.
I’d have preferred to have a toaster rather than a hob but again this is a fairly minor issue of personal taste not really a reason not to book.

The closeness of the local shops and transportation, the whole accommodation layout and size. The host is welcoming very friendly, if you have any questions or just want to chat she’s happy to talk answer any questions. Also loved the way I got my gym work out when I would walk from the shops back to the house up the hills worked off the ice cream I would treat my self to from the shop at the bottom of the road.
Nothing at all.

DO NOT BE CAUGHT OUT. BEWARE, this is an uninsulated wooden shack in a garden. There is no insulation and if you are taller than 5"8 you will struggle to stand up. I have tried to claim back my money as we left the property after 45 minutes because it was completely unfit for purpose. DO NOT BE CAUGHT OUT.

Booking.com have been utterly unhelpful and keep passing the buck. Watch out for Booking.com, when it goes well it is fine, but any issues and they abandon you and take your money.

As two sisters traveling together we really like the fact that the property was so secure. It required 3 sets of key codes to access the property. We also liked the fact that it was so close to a main road with shops and the bus/tube system.

Close enough to a bus route and local shops/restaurants, easy to get in to and around London. Good value, nice and private, had enough basic facilities such as kettle, fridge, kitchenette, for the period we stayed.
WiFi signal was patchy, the sink was too small to really clean your teeth/wash your face, so ended up using kitchenette sink. It was quite cramped for 2 people (anyone over 6ft struggled to shower in there)
Can't really complain as was really good value and had everything we needed.

Bed was super comfortable, so when I did fall asleep I slept like a baby. There's a smart TV so Netflix to the rescue in the evenings. There was enough heating so the cabin/ shed was very comfortable during the night. Fridge and microwave was brilliant.
Way too many key pads and codes, felt like overkill.
The bathroom, just wasn't for me, and there was a weird damp like smell everytime you went in there. I know there are limits to what you can fit because of the space but the toilet sink combo just felt unhygienic and I literally wanted to run out. One of the lights didn't work but that's not the biggest deal because the other lights did work. The mugs weren't clean, and had scratches/ cracks, it would cost a couple of quid to have them replaced. Needless to say I didn't have tea or coffee the whole time I was there. I don't know what's behind the cabin/ shed/ unit but at night (around 10/11pm) you'd hear running and laughing/ shouting. I asked the neighbour and she said she could hear the same things, so it's not just me.
Finally, mirror, there's one tiny mirror and no lighting near it so not exactly practical.

Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Patio area was pleasant first thing in morning and we enjoyed sitting out having a cup of tea.
Tube about 15 mins walk and cost to central London and back was £5.80
Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby (including a Wetherspoons).
Was quiet and secure.
Very compact and basic. However, considering the cost this was acceptable. There were no large plates just 4 smallish ones. Sink was awkward to get to. However, the biggest problem was that at 3am and 5:30am we were woken up by rats scrabbling around in the roof space and behind the walls. At 5:30 it seemed as though they were having a party with the amount of noise!
The space is not suitable for anyone over 6ft 1ins as the ceiling is quite low.

This was in an ideal area for us to get the tube into London and do some sight seeing. For the price it was ideal. It is a studio at the back of a residential house. It has a shower, toilet, microwave, one ring stove, fridge and a double bed. Ideal if your going to be out and about a lot.

The property his it’s own private entrance and easy access to the bus stop and there is some local shops just under five minute walk.
studio flat is very clean and has a lovely Terrace,And a host is very helpful and welcoming you will feel like your at home .

Host sends detailed instructions to access the property the day before arrival. This includes small details such a which way the door handles turn which matters when your carrying two heavy vases as I was so this I rate as a positive
