Nice place overall.

Clean. Friendly staff. Good Parking - I was allowed to leave car there early. Garden nice chill out space. Good booking experience. Nice shower room.

The noise the plumbing makes when someone else is using shower! Quite loud The mattress wasn’t comfortable I didn’t expect the shared kitchen… maybe I didn’t read the property description properly. Even though close to Wembley stadium, not so easy to get back here from a concert, this was purpose of our stay.

Good basic stay. Expensive for the price.

Easy to find. Breakfast was simple but functional. Beds comfortable. Tea and coffee in rooms. All basic amenities present.

Other guests were very noisy at 0830 on a Sunday morning.Not the host's fault but definitely irritating. Bathroom was not as clean as I would have expected. Hair in shower. The shower screen was strange and ineffective. Had a gap down the middle where water could escape onto the floor. The toilet in the second room didn't flush.

Lovely room well equipped , clean bed was amazingly comfortable close to tube station easy access to Wembley perfect for a concert stop over

The room was very clean.

At check-in I did not receive the WIFI details or information on breakfast in the morning. They only responded to my messages after I had checked-out. The heating was turned off in the room so when I came back later, it was quite cold. There was no duvet on the bed, just a thin bedspread/throw. The shower head was blocked so when the shower was on, the water sprayed all over the bathroom floor.

Would have no hesitation in recommending The Goldbeaters House to anyone.

Self service breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choices of cereals and pastries. Really clean in all areas. The shower and room were good. The staff were friendly and provided a great service. Would definitely stop there again.

It may have helped, in the shower area, if there was a shelf to place shampoo etc for older people. Although that may be a safety issue.

Good location with good access to tube stations just a 15 minute walk away clean and tidy accommodat

Plenty of choice for breakfast

On arrival all the windows was open, to air the room because someone had smoked in the room and it smelt of weed, but that is the previous guest fault as they have a no smoking policy

shower was a little weird with doors that had a gap down the middle, meaning water went everywhere but only stayed one night so wet floor wasn’t an issue

Excellent Value for Money, hotels should learn from them

Hot water, good water pressure, warm room, double blinds, hidden lights with dimmer for normal lights, good size bed, comfortable bed, clean bed, clean room, we wiped few surfaces and didn't find any dust, no noise, free parking, good mobile signal, excellent value for money, TV works, Modern, hair dryer, iron, ironing board Recommended, I would stay again

Bathroom Fan is not powerful enough to suck out the shower steam and it stays humid for a long time. Small kettle in the room (although there is a big one down stairs in the kitchen accessible 24/7) Kitchen is shared (seems to be different than the advert) Some facilities like bidet (non-essential) was not included in our room (may be it is included in other rooms) Slippery steps (although it had a warning sign) They could do better in guest check ins We arrived 8 minutes early and no one picked up the phone or answered the door until it was exactly 14:00 (not ideal when it's raining) and I had informed them earlier about our time of arrival Parking is available but it's bit busy There were only two hangers They could include an HDMI cable for the TV, in case you wanna watch a movie

Place was very clean and new, close to mill hill Broadway station and not far from the northern line underground (which runs 24h on weekends). I enjoyed my stay there.

Friendly host, comfortable stay, good price + parking is a huge plus.

The host was very welcoming and friendly. A great first impression. The parking was a definite bonus and one of the key reasons I stayed. The room was comfortable and clean.

Noise can be a slight issue, understandably there are other people staying which could be heard from the room.
