Beautifully rustic, Summit 1 bedroom/1 bath condo plus alcove. This roomy, 925 square foot space is walking distance to Eagle Lodge and Eagle Express Chairlift, Sierra Star Golf Course and right on the bus line. Pets are welcome with prior approval/security deposit.

This luxury Condo has been completely remodeled from top to bottom with new granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, new slate & laminate flooring throughout.
Sleeps 6 comfortably (4 adults max); master bedroom has King bed with king-sized pillow top mattress, cozy down comforter, wireless remote controlled ceiling fan and light combo, a 37-inch flat panel HDTV complete with HD programming/cable box. The master bedroom also contains a beautiful granite and wood vanity & sink combo to help reduce over-crowding at the main bathroom during busy times. There is also a full sized matching dresser with night-stands and a closet with full length mirrored doors.
The Alcove space is perfect for two or three kids or a second couple willing to share a bathroom. There is a wonderful twin over full wooden bunk bed with a secure ladder, a matching dresser with large, deep drawers for even the thickest sweaters and a 32-inch flat panel HDTV complete with DVD player for the kids. The Alcove space has a folding accordion-style door that fully closes for privacy.
The bathroom has been completely remodeled and fitted with custom travertine and slate tiled shower with a beautiful oil-rubbed bronze, full massage wand showerhead. A new vanity/sink and mirror combo, along with a new high-efficiency toilet complete the bathroom and turn it into a relaxing spa-inspired environment designed to help you relax and regenerate your soul.
The Family room has a large comfy sofa-sleeper that converts into a queen sleeper complete with all linens, comfy soft blankets and extra pillows. There is a 46-inch Smart HDTV with HD programming for entertainment allowing you to stream Netflix, Hulu and other pay-accounts in full 1080HD. Complementary high-speed wireless internet access is also available and is included for the duration of your stay.

Upon entering our condo for you stay it may be cold, please be aware that the condo can take a full 24 hours to 'heat up' to roughly 65-70 degrees. This time can be significantly shortened by keeping a good fire burning.

Very comfortable stay and had everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner! The condo is in a great location with a short walk to Eagle Lodge and short drive to everywhere else. Pamela and Rick were great hosts and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. They even had housekeeping turn on the heat for us since we were driving in so late at night, so we didn’t walk into a cold condo. Parking space is a nice size and wasn’t worried about our big truck getting door dinged.

We really enjoyed our stay and the layout/space was perfect for our family and dog. Hosts were super easy to work with and available for questions/issues. Definitely a great location and cozy place to be for a long snowy ski weekend. Thanks for having us.

Overall great place and hosts were fast with communication to my questions. It is about a 6 min walk to the eagle slopes. If you are booking request the heat to be turned on advance so your are not cold. All wood floors and then slate in kitchen and bathroom which are very cold. Brings slippers to stay warm. Place was upgraded and nice. Fire is wood burning so need fire starters to get it going. They are provided and need to be requested. It is very convenient to have covered parking when there is a storm. Overall rating is great and would stay again or pick building closer to eagle parking.

This home is well maintained and so clean. Well appointed kitchen. The most comfortable fleece blankets for warming up after a day skiing! Wonderful communication and directions for parking and checking out. Thank you for making it easy!

It was great. Condo was clean and the Description was accurate. My F250 Tremor short bed fit in the garage. We will book this again for another trip. Host was great!

We had a nice stay and the property owners were really responsive! The living room was huge and the bed in the master was gigantic. The recliner in the living room was unbelievable! My only thing was that the place was cold and hard to heat due to a draft from the door to the balcony (maybe it needs to be sealed better). Also the 2nd bedroom was really small but we managed! Property was clean and neighbors were considerate and not loud too!

We stayed monday - Friday with our 2 golden retrievers, the condo was great, lots of room, we didnt need the extra bedroom so just closed that room off. Our dogs loved the balcony, so they could see whats up, very private also, even with the balcony door open. The entryway has a lot of room for your gear too, whatever that may be. The neighborhood was quiet too. The kitchen had everything we needed, appliances were good. We had an issue with the coffeemaker, Pamela was quick to help/respond, unfortunately the coffeemaker was a bust, but im sure she has already taken care of that. The bathroom was nice & it was helpful to have the extra sink area across from the bathroom. The bedroom was cozy, bed is high (I'm short 5'2"), also more on the firm side so if thats your jam you'll love it. Overall we enjoyed the condo, its location and amenities. Would recommend!

This condo is absolutely perfect for pets and small families. We truly enjoyed the condo, which is updated and cozy. It is on the bottom floor, and being an older building, we could hear everything above us. From walking to toilets flushing to running and jumping in the middle of the night. It can be incredibly loud and if you are a light sleeper or don’t want to be woken up super earlier, I would hesitate renting. If you are going to be loud and noise doesn’t bother you—it’s perfect! For us, it was too loud.
I was a bit taken back by the lack of amenities left in the condo, as we have stayed in Mammoth for the last 30+ years. We had 1 extra roll of paper towels, and 2 toilet paper rolls for nine days. The cleaning crew added water to the hand soaps in kitchen (which squirted everywhere) and bathroom, so I went and purchased soap for each room. We purchased our own trash bags, there were none in the condo. We have stayed at numerous places and when you pay over $2000 for a stay, these things are very minimal to keep stocked. But, whatever. We left the trash bags and soaps for the next guests.
Overall, it wasn’t my favorite place to stay and wouldn’t stay again, but maybe I am just too picky. I was a bit disappointed but it is a really nice condo in great condition.

Pamela was very attentive to get right back to us when we had questions prior to arrival and contacting us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Having a covered parking spot was a great added benefit to this property. Also, it was about .3 tenths of a mile from the Eagle Lodge, which is walking distance for us, and was a second great benefit. I would recommend heavy socks or slippers in the winter as the floors get really cold. Also, the second bedroom is basically the size of the bed and a dresser, but functional enough for us. Overall, I would recommend, but not for more than 4 people at one time.

My boyfriend and I and our two dogs really enjoyed our stay here. We had issues with the keypad upon entering the unit but Pamela was quick to respond and helped us unlock the unit.
Throughout the duration of our stay, she stayed in contact with us to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Overall great communication with the hosts and the unit was cutely decorated with more than enough supplies during our stay. It's also walking distance to Eagle Lodge which was super convenient.
As mentioned in the description, the unit takes a long while to heat up using the thermostat during winter months. The floors get really cold. I highly recommend getting the fireplace started first thing to warm up the unit faster. But otherwise, extra blankets were provided.
We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

Nice place in a great location
This is a lovely place to stay. My family and our dog had a lovely time here. Although there were a few hiccups outside of anyone's control, the owners were very kind and responsive.

Overall, the condo was clean and had comfortable furniture and the owner's check in on us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. I would recommend this condo. The only set back we had was the the hairdryer does not work and they only provided 2 trash bags, and we could have used 1-2 more rolls of toilet paper. Other than that, the condo was well supplied.
