Sehr cool im österreichisch/bayrischen Stil. Große Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
Etwas hellhörig. Konnten die Nachbarn nachts streiten hören.
Ein Lokal im selben Stil wäre super!

Great location. Room was clean and staff was friendly.
The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable, we couldn’t sleep both nights we stayed there, which made for a much less enjoyable trip. There is also no air conditioner other than a portable oscillating fan, and it got too warm at night, even with the windows open.

location and room was great
they closed the hot tub early for ‘cleaning’. why could they not do that prior to the posted hours of 4-9pm??
2.5
Its convenience of how it’s close to other restaurants.
Run down. Staff not the most polite.

Great location near Village Gondola: Never had to use the car.
Hotel had a nice European (Austrian) flair.
Hotel located near a variety of restaurants.
Hidden gem was the Clocktower Cellar: Great food at very affordable prices.
The indoor hot tub was an extra bonus after a hard day of skiing!
Cannot think of anything I did not like.

Exceptionally friendly staff. When I was checking out, they kindly offered for me to leave my car in their parking lot, even though my stay had concluded, so I wouldn't need to deal with parking hassles at the ski lodge. They even offered me to use their shower and restroom to freshen up before my long drive home. Friendly and welcoming staff like this make a huge difference in terms of the overall experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, and housekeeping did a fantastic job. The convenience of being able to walk to the village gondola to go up to Canyon Lodge, a lovely restaurant within walking distance, and a fantastic dive bar downstairs all just added to the experience. I would book a stay here again in a heartbeat, and plan to return.

Great location to the Village and the gondola to Canyon Lodge. We didn’t have to use our car the entire time we stayed, as we could walk to restaurants in the Village. Not having to drive to park to ski was a huge bonus. It’s not fancy, but a great value and excellent location for skiing.
4.0
close location to village, restaurants, shops, and ski gondola located across the street. bar and restaurant downstairs, indoor hot tub and sauna.
2.5
Location very good for skiing as it is at a walking distance from the main Gondola and also from the village
Noise very annoying as there must be a restaurant under the bedroom with the hood on until 1:30 or 2 am that is very noisy and if you open windows bring food smell in the room.
No breakfast provided

Location to the "village"
the first room we were assigned smelled horrible. Not sure if it was the air freshener or cleaning supplies. When we asked to change rooms the person at the front desk rolled their eyes.

You can’t beat the location. Right across the village and gondola can’t be beat. All at a reasonable price.
A bit disappointed that no breakfast was offered. They used to have a great b fast. Still using Covid as an excuse doesn’t hold water
4.5
The hotel itself was more charming in person than the photos show. It looks like an Alpine dwelling, hence the name. Room are pretty, clean, and updated, with nice beds. Due to Covid, breakfast is still not being offered but this was disclosed in advance of booking. Pool and outdoor spa are non-winter only (just an FYI). The staff were all exceptionally nice and helpful. Really. They knew the roads, scenic spots to check out, etc. The gondola to one of the primary ski lodges is very, very close to the hotel (a short walk), so you can completely avoid parking at the mountain itself. (Note: This gondola is free. The separate gondola up the mountain to the summit you have to pay for w/ your lift tix.) Good restaurants are just opposite the hotel at "The Village" shopping area. We will definitely stay here again.
I wish that the outdoor pool and spa had been open/heated in the winter. It would have been wonderful to look up at the stars and chill at the end of the day.
