Thanks for inquiring about our Condo #1107 at Grand Panama... I thought you might like to have the links to ALL of my units. All prices include cleaning fees. Please contact me personally, if you have any questions. And, please reference the vrbo calendars, to verify current openings, prices, or book Online.
That being said...Let me tell you more about my Condos. When looking at each Unit, it will say in the "description" the Condo number...if it says 208, then it is on the second floor... #107, #101, and #109 are on the first floor with gated patio access direct to the pool or beach...No waiting on elevators! What I think is cool (and I'm a mother of 3 teenage boys, with rafts and boogie boards), is that the first-floor Units, ALL have a patio with a gate, that goes directly to the pool or beach, so they can just throw their gear on the patio on the way into the Unit. AND No waiting on elevators either! In Unit 101, the patio opens to the end of the pool, by the BBQ grills, while Unit 109 is on the opposite end, by the Tiki Bar... Units are super convenient, especially if making food or beverages to take to the beach, heehee...
Of course, if you are looking for a View, you might want #1107 (Tiled floors throughout AND a large balcony). Keeping in mind that #208 or #304 is low enough to holler at your kids, from the balcony and call them for dinner, lol....while being up, high enough for a Great View too.
Something else to keep in mind is that I treat each of my Units, as I would my own home. I try to outfit each with Crockpots, Rachel Ray (or similar) Knives, Blender, Pizza Pans, Cookie sheets, Spices, Keurig (K-cup) Coffee Makers, etc...(yes, I like to cook, haha) I want you to have the same comfort, that you would in your own home. I have also installed cable, and free Internet access, in each of my units. Pet's are allowed, 20 lbs or less, PER PET, limit 2.

Parking: There is a one-time Resort fee of $50 which includes your first parking pass. an additional pass may be obtained for $30. You can register online and pay up front at Grandpanamacoa.com.
Age Restriction
To reserve a room at Grand Panama Beach Resort, our policy requires guests to be at least 22 years of age. Individual situations, however, will be addressed by request.
Check-in Checkout
Checkout time is 10:00 a.m. A $150 fee per room per hour will be charged for all departures after 10:00 a.m. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Guarantee and Cancellation Policy
To guarantee your reservation, your credit card will be charged an advance deposit plus the VRBO service fee, should you choose to go through them with a Credit Card. If for any reason, you cancel your reservation, you will forfeit the full Deposit.
Hurricane Policy
Grand Panama Beach Resort will provide a full refund to guests if a mandatory evacuation for the Panama City Beach area is ordered by the Bay County Emergency Operations Center.

A. You do not need to bring a bed, bath, or kitchen linens. We provide a full set of sheets, pillows, and blankets for each bed, as well as linens for the sleeper sofa. Your unit will also have enough bath towels to accommodate the maximum number of guests per room type, along with hand and dish towels for the kitchen. BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED, SO PLEASE BRING THEM!

Had a wonderful stay. Condo was a little crowded but accommodation was overall good. Might need to go behind cleaning crew. Found papers and dirty socks under guest bedroom bed.

The property was well kept there was no riffraff around the complex. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only complaint parking.

I stayed here this past May and the condo as well as the entire Grand Panama complex was outstanding! I loved everything about it and Lynn is an excellent host. She is very helpful and always available if something comes up. I hope to go back this August and I will book with Lynn again!

If you are okay with spending your time on the balcony looking at the ocean then reserve this place, but if you enjoy having space then don’t reserve this unit. The view was great, but that is all this property have going for it. The rooms are tiny, only one person can fit in the master bathroom at a time. The host basically lied to us about the parking situation. Check-in was a nightmare. I had to call the host once we got there to find out which tower and unit. The place was congested and the elevator wait took forever. If you plan on staying longer than two days make sure you bring your own toilet paper. The whole thing was just unwelcoming. We didn’t sit in the tiny space of a living room or dining area. When we weren’t out and about we were on the balcony because it was so narrow on the inside. I am just so disappointed that I paid almost so much money per night for just a view of the ocean.

property was wonderful spectacular view bigger than normal balcony where you will want to stay it was just as listed with modern furnishings and super comfortable beds it was very clean and had plenty of cooking utensils and dishes.Cant say enough about Lynn she is a wonderful host if you need anything all you have to do is call she goes above and beyond love love love her and the rental lord willing I will definitely be back!!!!

My husband and I, along with our two little dogs, needed to get away before the holiday season. This Grand Panama unit was perfect for our needs! Dog friendly, fully stocked, very clean and comfortable, beautiful view, close to amenities, fast elevators, and easy to get to local eateries. We appreciate the personal touches Lynn included, like the doggie water bowl. We could see amazing huge schools of devil rays in the water from our balcony. (Don’t worry, they don’t have barbs to sting with!) We also enjoyed the hot tubs at the beachside pool and the rooftop pool both. We would definitely stay here again!
A heads up to other pet owners! Some of the plants in the dog potty area produce burrs/hitchhikers that got stuck in our dog's fur very easily. Be sure to bring your grooming tools just in case! I’m glad I did!

We rented the 11th floor property and loved it! The oversized patio had a great view of the pool, beach and beautiful sunsets! The kitchen is well stocked and it's a great location for family fun!

This condo is exactly as shown. The kitchen is well equipped for those who cook. The patio is large, with a great view. We really appreciated the small mesh at the bottom of the railing to keep our furry family member safe! The little details really added up to a great stay.

What an amazing place. From reservation to checking out...flawless. i really appreciated the extra little touches. Kitchen with air fryer, crock pot, instapot, even an indoor grill. There were beach chairs, umbrellas even kids toys provided with the unit. The unit is exceptional.
Clean from every angle. View was amazing. Pools and hot tubs wonderful. There were absolutely no negatives!!!!!

Our pet settled in and acclimated well to this condo. There were no pet smells or any strong chemical smells (to cover up pet smells). Whatever they are doing between guests in reguards to pet odors is definitely working. We have stayed places in the past that use strong chemicals to mask the pet odor. This condo just smelled clean no extra perfume smells which was nice.
Lynn was very helpful and made us feel very secure in bringing our pet and answered any questions or concerns we had prior to our arrival no matter how big or small such as pet safe chemicals used on property etc….
We had no major issues during our stay but Lynn let us know she was available if anything did arise. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

We booked this home for a quick birthday weekend getaway and we were not disappointed! We can’t say enough good things about this property! Excellent location, near great food places, Walmart and entertainment. The home was very clean. Exactly like the pictures! The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Lynn was a great host! She was nice enough to accommodate our request for an early check in, provided detailed instructions on how to access the unit, and recommended some good places around town. I was highly impressed that the listing description was so accurate to the unit. This stay was my first VRBO booking (usually book direct or other platforms) and I have to admit, this experience was a great first impression. My family and I enjoyed our stay! When we visit PCB again, we will definitely search to see if this unit is available.

This property was absolutely wonderful. Everything was as described in the listing and Lynn was very easy to get in contact with. It had Everything we needed to enjoy the beautiful property. Super easy check in and check out. Also loved being able to bring our dog with us and Lynn had supplied the cutest dog bed, water bowl, puppy pads and a chew bone for him. There was 4 of us(17, 17, 20 & 46) and had plenty of room. Would definitely rent again on our next trip.

We had a good trip and enjoyed staying at Grand Panama. Small issues with the condo. The refrigerator didn’t get as cold as it should. The living room needed more spaces to sit. The dryer vent had a small whole in it. The comforter in big bedroom looked to have had a stain on it. The drawers in the kitchen were a little dirty. The mirror in the living room looked as if it had been smeared Lynn was very nice to work with and on the spot when the lock stopped working. I think some of the small cleanliness issues could have been from asking for a early check in which we paid for. I don’t think she was aware of some of the issues with the cleaning. We enjoyed the balcony super nice.

The mattress cover had pee stains and blood stains and was just all together nasty. Inside the cabinets had old food and dirt. Pest control came and sprayed while we were there even we requested for them to wait for another day. Balcony had no light whatsoever. Showers were not that clean.
