We stayed at this condo in Tacoma the week of Thanksgiving and just loved everything about it! Ron was the perfect host! From finding the property, to knowing exactly where to park, and gaining access to the condo. The condo was in a wonderful neighborhood and we enjoyed walking the sidewalks and enjoying the beautiful scenery of fall trees in the cool weather. We live in Florida ,
so we do not really have a change of seasons. The condo was cute, clean, and comfortable and the jet tub was a bonus! It was close to everywhere we wanted to be. My husband was stationed at Ft. Lewis in the 80’s and we have been back several times to Seattle/Tacoma area. This was our second year coming to Tacoma area for Thanksgiving and this condo will be our go to from here on out. We took in two Seattle Kraken games, ran in the Tacoma Turkey Trot, ate at The Lobster Shop, and walked the sidewalks and piers at Commencement Bay. We absolutely fell in love with this little condo in Old Town Tacoma.

The Property was great. It’s also in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Nice property. Overall very good. I would recommend undercutting the master suit bathroom door and the door to the coat closet by the entry as the both stick on the floor finishes.

Terrific property
We booked this property for our parents, who are in their 80s. The Property Manager, Ron Tines, was awesome right from the start. He moved us from the unit we booked to a better unit with no stairs to navigate. If accessibility is an issue, talk to Ron and he will take care of you. The rooms are beautiful, the view is outstanding, and the neighborhood is the best in Tacoma. Five stars!

Great condo in a great location!
I was a little lwary of this condo since it was renting for a lot cheaper than others. But after seeing the 5 star rating, decided to take my chance. Boy did it pay off. This is a great condo in a fantastic neighborhood. You even have views of the ocean! We could not have been happier with our stay and the service that we got!

Nice condo in quaint neighborhood
The Veranda was a nice home away from home for six nights. It is on a quiet street in a quaint and beautifully kept neighborhood. From the condo, I ran from the neighborhood through Puget Creek Natural Area and down to the waterway each morning, a nice dose of nature before the business of the day. The Ruston Way Waterfront trail offered up fantastic views of the Sound and Mt. Ranier.
The condo was clean and had everything needed for our stay. There were no worries about access or parking. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms were just right for us to spread out and live comfortably for the week. The kitchen was small, but modern and fully equipped for us to eat breakfast before the adventures of the day. The Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods was a welcome sight each morning.
Located in the Stadium District, access to the condo was easy with several routes from three directions. From here we visited the LeMay Car Museum, Point Defiance Park, Downtown Seattle, Olympia as well as further out to Shelton and Bremerton. Downtown Tacoma was also only a short drive from the condo. I wish that I could share some of the pictures from this beautiful place.
Ron provided a list of restaurants before we arrived. We didn't get to all of them, but found the Parkway Tavern the first night and loved the bustling little bar. Larger venues could be found on the Waterfront that were also very good.
I highly recommend this condo with a great location in a quaint, well kept neighborhood. Thanks for the stay!

Perfectly located in Tacoma with a water view
We came to Tacoma for my son's UPS graduation. The condo was a perfect location for this visit. Close to a lot of nice restaurants and campus. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Comfortable beds and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to come visit again in the future.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Tacoma. It's located in a quiet, historic neighborhood. The condo is well stocked and is exactly how it appears in the photos. Ron is a very kind host. Big thumbs up!
2.5
The condo was wonderful and better than expected! The area is breathtaking, and this condo is located perfectly. We ran by the waters and through the parks everyday, and walked to Starbucks and the local coffee shops and restaurants. The area was quiet and the surrounding houses were magnificent. The two area parks were a welcome surprise - point defiance had a great rose/flower garden and the local park had a playground and lots of Pokemon!
The condo was furnished tastefully, the beds were comfortable, and much more was provided than typical - coffee, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The fuzzy blankets were our favorite for the cool nights.
We hope to return to Tacoma soon!

My daughter and I spent 11 days in Condo 1. Ron was very accomodating and flexible and extended our stay two times. We were grateful for the flexibility. I like to cook and the typical condo does not meet those needs. The condo was close to great markets and Ron said "buy what you need and I will reimburse you". Great response! Thanks Ron for a good restful rental during a stressful time. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who needs a good location in downtown Tacoma. DAR
2.0
The property was clean and comfortable for our short stay in Tacoma. It was super nice to have two bathrooms, as well as a washer and dryer. This location was conveniently located near Point Defiance Zoo, and just a short drive from downtown Seattle. Best of all, if was very affordable. Overall, a great place to stay!
2.5
This condo had everything we needed for a week's stay in the area. It was spotlessly cleaned & well maintained with tasteful decorations. The condo had items available for us that are often required purchases at other properties that you then wind up leaving most behind - garbage bags, dish soap, laundry soap, hand soaps, shampoos, body washes, paper towels, and most importantly....coffee! The neighborhood was quiet & seemed safe and was close to drive or walk to many local establishments or attractions. Ron answered all our questions promptly and assisted us with whatever we needed. If you need a good place to eat, try Dukes Chowderhouse on the waterfront - great food & views. Would stay here again.
2.5
This condo was the perfect location for my 2 1/2 week stay in Tacoma. Great neighborhood, comfy accommodations, and beautiful view. Couldn't have asked for anything more!
2.5
We needed a place for family to stay while in town for UPS graduation. We were able to rent to apartments that fit the bill perfectly. The place is exactly as described. Ron was very attentive and answered questions promptly. The grounds were tidy. Location is about a mile to UPS. Groceries(Stadium Thriftway) also less than a mile. Wright Park, the waterfront path, and a lovely old neighborhood made for great walking/running. We would definitely rent from Ron again.
