This is the perfect home for that beach vacation you've been dreaming of! Listen to soothing ocean waves and enjoy stunning sunset happy hours from this incredible 4-level private home located in Mission Beach.
The beach is everywhere you look; with balconies, patios, and a roof deck facing the ocean, this home is the perfect place for families and friends to gather. Just steps to the sand and easy walking distance to Sail Bay, restaurants and shopping, this location is hard to beat.
This home is only one property off the boardwalk/ocean (which means you get almost all the view but none of the boardwalk noise!). But what makes this home especially unique is its amazing balconies and outdoor seating areas. "Sunset cocktails" were coined with this location in mind. Mix your favorite drinks and listen to your best tunes from any of the 6 outdoor balconies/patios. There is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy! The airy, open living area is located on the 2nd floor with luxurious bedrooms on the first and third floors.
It has 4 private bedrooms, 2 with en suite bathrooms and 2 with a private "Jack and Jill" bathroom. The main living room area has a comfortable full size pull down murphy bed.
PARKING:
The garage can fit 2 standard cars, though it has a very low clearance. Please be advised SUV's of any kind are not recommended for the garage. However, there is a 3rd parking spot on the north side of the garage that has a higher clearance and can fit a substantially-sized Chevy Tahoe. Garage dimensions: 5'7" high/ 15 ' wide/15'10"deep. Carport dimensions: 6'9" high/8'wide/17'deep

NOISE/NO PARTIES: Quiet hours are strictly enforced, 10 pm – 8 am per city ordinance. This property has ZERO TOLERANCE for noise, parties or loud music which includes any excessive daytime noise, cursing, yelling or screaming. Fines will be applied for complaints. Drinking games of any kind ie: beer die, pong, funnels etc. and music that is audible past the property line are strictly prohibited. Immediate eviction can result if these rules are broken.
San Diego Municipal Code 59.5.0502 states that at all times; any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from the rented residence is prohibited. Between 10 PM and 8 AM, even normal conversation must be moved inside the rented residence. Per SDMC 51.1004 and California Penal Code 415.2 noise violations can result in fines (Up to $1,000) for property owners and Renters if there are repeated calls for noise violations to one address. Renters will be liable for any and ALL noise violation fines charged to the property owner. Excessive Noise disruptions can result in immediate eviction without the right to a refund of rental fees or security deposits.
Drugs/ Alcohol: Use of illegal/illicit drugs by any Renter, Guest, Occupant or Visitor in or on the grounds is strictly prohibited. Consumption of alcoholic beverages by a minor under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.
No Smoking of ANY kind: This is a non-smoking property, both in and on the property. A fee of $1,000.00 will be charged for violation of this rule, plus any costs incurred to remove smoke odor or damage. Smoking includes but is not limited to: cigarette, cigar, marajuana, cocaine, incense, or vaping. While Marajuana is legal in the state of California it is NOT allowed on this property.
Properties are subject to exterior patrol by our staff and homeowner. If Renters are causing a nuisance, having a party, acting detrimentally toward the property, breaking the noise curfew or any stated rules and regulations we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement, without refund, and immediately remove Renters and guests from the property. Absolutely no disturbances are allowed within this home or anywhere on the property premises. We also reserve the right to refuse occupancy if a house party is suspected.
Our neighbors are very, very sensitive to vacation rentals as it affects their right to live in a peaceful environment therefore we will enforce these policies in exchange for the privilege of renting this home as a vacation rental. The City of San Diego has adopted stricter guidelines for vacation properties and bad operators will not be allowed to rent their homes. If the actions of the Renter and their guests are detrimental to our right to rent as a vacation rental we reserve the right to evict and retain any rental fees and/or security deposits and will report abuse to the rental platforms and will take legal action against Renter if their behavior results in loss of permits.
Guest Occupancy:
Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for this Rental Agreement shall not exceed the number stated on the reservation. Only primary Renter and guests accounted for on the reservation are allowed to be on the property.

This property was just as described. Great Ocean views from almost every room. Steps from the beach. Great location. We would definitely stay again!

Great beach location for families. Easy beach access. Great kitchen with lots of pots and pans. Some issues with the house. Screen door hard to. WiFi kept crashing. The house only sleeps 12 if you have two people in each bed. Indoor stairs are very narrow and dangerous. Outdoor furniture has to be locked up every night. Washer and dryer take forever to complete a load.

Perfect location for fun at beach and the bay. We could walk to both. We really appreciated all the beach chairs, toys, even a wet suit which fit our grandchildren.

We spent a week and had a wonderful time. We walked daily along the beach and bay, played in the ocean and enjoyed the views on the rooftop deck. We really appreciated the amenities which included towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards. We'll be back!

We had 10 women stay in this house (which was a little tight) but it is absolutely stunning. Perfect roof for watching sunsets, one house away from the beach, so perfect to walk along the beach.

Our children and grandchildren joined us for Spring Break in San Diego. The location of our property was very convenient for the tourist activities we enjoyed as we explored the area. And access to the beach was amazing! The property was well set up for the beach and the kids used wet suits and boards to enjoy the surf, even though the weather was rather cool. We had quick and helpful responses to the two questions that we had.

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it! It is so spacious, clean and a quick walk to the beach. The inside is beautiful, each bedroom is comfortable and both patio spaces are so relaxing. Last but not least, communication with management is fantastic.

This place was truly incredible. One house away from the ocean, on a great strip between Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. The house itself is a quintessential San Diego beach house, open airy, etc. It also had a great roof deck with great views and a fire pit!
There were some small critiques, the AC in the bedroom across from the master did not work so my two guests in that room definitely were sweating while trying to get some sleep. There were also A LOT of rules... I understand you have to cover your bases but it seemed excessive. These things, though, did not take away from our experience and we had a great time.
Cindy was great and responsive to all of my questions/needs, and clearly does a great job of running this property. I would absolutely stay here again!

Just a couple suggestions, have some paper and pens available and some more hooks for towels. Other than that it was an amazing property and scenery. Kitchen table was a bit wobbly also. We loved our stay. Thanks

Great property but don't expect to get anything into the garage but a car. Our Jeep Grand Cherokee was too tall by an inch. The garage ended up working well as a staging and secure beach stuff storage area though, and there was parking on the close by yacht club parking pier.

The location is exceptional, its quiet, less crowded, the beach is enjoyable bec of the privacy and accessibility of the location. The house is clean and inviting. Thank you for having the spices and the toiletries. The beds are too soft it doesnt provide support thats why i can only give 4stars.

Perfect house for a stay in San Diego.
The property was better than expected and perfect for a group of 8 women because there are 4 full bathrooms and an open concept kitchen! The location near the beach is perfect, and it is walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The rooftop proved to be a great place to gather and relax in the evening. I would absolutely return with a group in the future.

Girls weekend
There were 10 of us celebrating our girlfriend. Check in was smooth and the house worked great for us. Convenient location. Everyone had such a great time. Enjoyed cocktails on the rooftop as the sun set. It was great to use the garage because we would be out of luck otherwise! It was hard to get all the towels done before checkout.

Perfect Pandemic Getaway
This was a perfect Pandemic Getaway, and 80th Birthday celebration for my mother. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. We had 8 people sleeping over and there was room for more. There are a lot of stairs, which is difficult for my mother, but she stayed in the first floor guestroom which has its own in suite bathroom. She also had direct access to the courtyard in front of the house, where she enjoyed sitting during the day. I did manage to get her to the beautiful beach on our last day, which is steps away. It was so easy to walk back to the house to use the restroom or grab a quick snack. Being on somewhat of a busy street corner, we felt very safe, and with the windows open you hear the ocean more than the traffic. Amazing
This property was amazing. Great views of the ocean, really clean and well stocked, plenty of beach gear and toys and communication with the owner was perfect. Would definitely stay here again and will be referring this place to our friends!
