Hanalei Plantation Villa features an expansive, flowing floor plan in which the upper-level living spaces open to bring the outdoors in, emphasizing the breathtaking mountain and waterfall views. The home also includes an additional living space on the lower level, a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating and a steam room. Each of the three sumptuous bedrooms offers access to a lanai, enabling guests to enjoy cool trade winds as they blow through the villa. The bathrooms provide spa-like amenities such as soaking tubs, a walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and an open-air shower. The fourth bedroom is an ideal room for yoga and meditation lovers, with ample natural light and ventilation. Includes a dedicated yoga space and note that there are no window coverings or air conditioning.

Celebrated my husband's birthday with our daughters and family. The house and location are beautiful. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, nice bedrooms, lovely pool area and surrounding greenery. North shore Kauai is a favorite place and it was nice to share it with family. Yen, the property manager, is great. She is very nice and very responsive to any questions or requests. Nearby Hanalei is pretty and laid back and what we imagine Hawaii should be. It has great restaurants, the best being BarAcuda.

Paradise Delivered
Our family of four spent a relaxing peaceful week at this home. We desired privacy and got it- the only building seen from inside the home was a small portion of a house through the tree tops. There was plenty of space for the four of us to have alone time and togetherness. The air conditioning in the bed rooms was perfect at night, with trade winds keeping the main parts of the home cooled off most of the day. House manager Yen was lovely and helped orient us to the home with texted and printed instructions. She was very responsive to questions during our stay. We would return!

Incredible Vacation!
It was perfect. The house was amazing. Perfect size house for 3 couples. We went with our adult children and their friends. Pool and grill area were ideal places to hang out after checking out Hanalei or waiting out some rain. Lots of privacy. Incredible views throughout home. High end furnishings. Fully stocked kitchen. Our property manager Yen was super helpful and on top of everything. She was even able to get us a reservation at a nice restaurant during Christmas week on short notice. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this house and vacation. Best house we have ever rented. We Hope to come back soon!

Magical Week in Kauai
This property was amazing-actually better than the photographs depicted and I thought the photographs were amazing. Rental process was easy, check in was very efficient and we greatly appreciated being able to check in a little earlier- Diana was great introducing us to the property. The home condition was exceptional. Each bedroom had its own unique features. The decking around the house in the back overlooked a gorgeous jungle canopy with the Napali peaks and ocean beyond. Only one house visible in the vista. Everything functioned well in the house. The pool and hot tub and outdoor grilling area with adjacent sauna was a favorite spot! Very quiet neighborhood except for the occasional roosters! Amazing and ever-changing views both inland and toward the coast depending on cloud cover. Very close to grocery store and restaurants. The Andy Irons surfing memorabilia was an awesome touch to the decor of the entranceway. Can’t say enough good things about this place. The only suggestion I could make would be to increase the number of drinking glasses and stemware- there wasn’t enough for six people.
The group consisted of me and my wife and our two adult sons and their girlfriends. Because of the pandemic and the fact that our sons live far away from us, we had not gotten together in quite a while. The week was magical-stunning hiking,beach, kayaking and local experiences every day followed by returning to this exceptional house. A memory that we will never forget -every day was a grand experience.

Would Stay Here Again
If my family ever returns to Kauai, I'm sure they will want to come back to this property. The pool/spa were pristine and extremely well-maintained. Even though it is a chlorine pool, I never smelled the chemicals - perfect balance. The cleaning team went above and beyond. On our last day we finished an extremely difficult jigsaw puzzle - only to find that the last piece was missing! The cleaning team found the missing piece and sent it to us. In the process of searching for the piece, we realized how clean the property was.

Breathtaking Home on a Breathtaking Island
My wife and I took 10 family members on "the trip of a lifetime" to Kauai, and because of our number, we had to stay in two different homes for the first four nights of our stay. Both houses that we booked were wonderful properties, but we gave our adult children and oldest grandson the "better house."
We got to walk through it when we checked them into the house, and although we expected to see a stunning property (based on the pictures of it on this site), we were still blown away by its magnificence! There were many "oohs" and "aahs" as we all walked around, being shown the property by the Property Manager, Yen Upson (more on her in a bit).
Spacious, modern, comfortable, secure (gated entry) and amazingly beautiful (with stunning views to match!), this incredible house offers visitors to the Garden Island everything that one could ever hope for, in making a visit here a memorable one. It checks off ALL of the boxes!
And although my wife and I didn't sleep here, our children and grandson assured us that they all slept in peaceful tranquility, on super comfy beds, with windows open, overlooking the scenic landscape......never hearing a sound from any neighboring property.
Adding to its allure, you are greeted and made welcome by one of the sweetest ladies that I have ever met: Yen Upson. Kind, gracious, informative and extremely helpful, Yen is not your typical Property Manager. She is, indeed, on a par with the house, itself! She was not only attentive to all of our needs, but even went so far as to secure a reservation at the leading restaurant in Hanalei for all 10 of us! And was able to do so on very short notice! I didn't even have to ask! All that I had to do was make mention of my failure to obtain reservations, even though I had tried a month in advance, and she told me that she knew the owner and would arrange everything! Wow! It sure does help to know people who have connections! Lol!
We had managed to secure a house that could handle all 10 of us after our first four nights on the island, and although it was a very nice house in its own right, it really paled in comparison to Laulea Kailani Villa. Our children and grandson couldn't stop talking about it for the remainder of our vacation, and had my wife and I hoping and praying that we might be able to visit Kauai one last time, just so that WE might be able to stay here, one day! :-)

Ready for our week. It was clean and well supplied, including beach chairs, cooler and sand toys to wonderfully complete supplies for the kitchen or to enjoy grilling by the wonderful pool and spa! The only disappointment Was the challenges of the road to Hanalei being under construction and you needed to plan around that, not ideal but workable. This is a dream home and hope to come back one day

Restort Style Luxury w/Amazing Views
This home is so well designed that it felt like we were staying at a 5 star resort. The property is gorgeous both inside and out. The views were gorgeous and the neighborhood private, quiet & peaceful. We absolutely enjoyed the steam room, hot tub, and pool and made sure to take advantage of it every day during our stay. The outdoor dining/grill area easily accommodated our family and the mini fridge made it easy to stay at the pool all day long. We'd love to stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking to relax and unwind.

Wonderful home and location
We loved this house and the views! Yen, the property manager, was a pleasure to work with and responded promptly to all of our questions and needs. When we arrived we were told the dryer had just stopped working and needed to be replaced. Yen offered to pick up our laundry and have it cleaned for us, which we didn’t need but was a very nice gesture. Lots of space to spread out and a fully equipped kitchen. Pool and hot tub were a great bonus. We enjoyed being close to Hanalei and Princeville and the beauty of the north side.
The only improvement we’d suggest is updating some of the furnishings and keeping the windows clean for enjoying those incredible views. The house is beautiful but showing its age just a bit. Overall this didn’t hinder our enjoyment of the place. Highly recommend!

What a great vacation! Perfect for our family. We used the pool almost everyday before starting our adventures and even after to cool off! Not far from the grocery store, Hanalei,farmers market, botanical gardens & loads of options for beaches. Trygve and Yen were very responsive with questions about the property. For all you ☕️coffee ❤️lovers there is a Keurig with pods or a coffee bean grinder if you bring some of your own favorite whole bean roast from home or find some different ones to try at Foodland like we did. Amazing selection of pots, platters and tools to cook and serve family style for all the chefs of the family. Thank you for the welcome treats! Amazing!

Amazing House
Simply put; this house is special. We had a wonderful stay exploring Kauai, then returning to the house to relax by the pool and watch the sunsets. It's a short drive to Hanalei to enjoy the beach or grab a meal, and the mornings on the lanai with a cup of coffee were the perfect way to start each day. It was very interesting learning about Bruce's career and the history of the Irons family in Kauai. The house is perfect for a family of 4 and we could not have enjoyed it more. It's even better than the pictures!

Simply amazing! This house was stunning and included everything you could possibly think of. Pictures don't do this house justice! And THAT POOL! Seamless check-in and prompt responses not to mention the house was immaculate. The perfect place to stay for our first visit to Kauai - our paradise in paradise for a week.

Shangri-la on Kauai!!
I cannot begin to adequately describe in words how amazing this property was. From the minute we arrived until the time we left (sadly having to leave), the experience was phenomenal. The home is spectacular and the setting/views are beyond description! We could not have been more satisfied with our choice of properties on Kauai. The home is extremely well equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful stay. From the well supplied kitchen to the pool and spa, we wanted for nothing.
Our contact on the island, Tryg, was a pleasure to deal with. He met us at the house and gave us the grand tour. During our stay the garbage disposal stopped working, and Tryg was there within a few hours to fix the problem. He was a wealth of information about the island, with suggestions of things to do and places to eat. We could not have asked for a better representative!
Overall, our experience was all we could have wished for and we would happily return to the property on our next trip to Kauai.

Excellent
The location of this house is superior. Last time we were in Kauai, we were constantly commuting to Princeville and Hanalei. This house is VERY close to both, which open up many easy shopping and eating options. We came pretty soon after the flooding happened, but the house was in good shape and it did not impact us going to Hanalei.
The house itself is beautiful. The view off the porch is just over the top of the trees and you can see all the way to the ocean. While the views out the front face a nearby mountain. All the appliances are top of line, large rooms, and big common spaces to gather. The outdoor grill is new and we found ourselves making most meals there. The pool is small, but adequate and the view off the edge is one of a kind.
While we did not get the best weather on our trip, the house made it a memorable experience and we definitely enjoyed our vacation there.

Vacation Like a Rockstar....
If you want to live like a rock star, this is the home to rent!! Every detail about this home was amazing, from the Eddie Aikau surf trophy in the entry to the orientation of the spa looking out over the ocean sunset. With lanais on each floor, every view was perfect. Even the view from the shower was awesome!! There were 6 adults in our party and the large open floor plan provided plenty of space for everyone. The home is just a few minutes drive from Hanalei Bay and just down the street from the Princeville shopping center so easy to get to everything. It was very clean and well-maintained. Yen, the property manager, was extremely helpful and kind introducing us to the property and answering our questions about things to do in the area. I would highly recommend this property and am ready to book our trip back for next year!!

My husband and I rented this beautiful home with another couple. We travel quite a bit and enjoy renting different homes around the world. We all agreed that this rental was one of the best we had experienced - both with the home itself and the services provided by Elite Vacation Rentals - always helpful and available if we had any questions etc. The home is very private but close to beach and restaurants etc. Also, the amenities of the home are excellent re: bedding, cleanliness, pool/spa/outdoor showers and beautiful views over the tree line. It felt like we were staying in a world-class tree house!

We stayed here for a couple days at the beginning of December but I wish we could have stayed longer! This house was so super classy and we loved all the modern styling. The infinity pool and hot tub was cooler than any resort I've stayed at and we loved the outdoor BBQ area. The bathrooms were huge and bigger than my entire house! If you are looking for a beautiful property with stunning views and privacy, then this is it. Honestly, staying here was the highlight of our trip haha...it is that amazing! The layout is perfect with each room having their own privacy. The views from the pool and jacuzzi, and actually from the entire home are to die for. There is even a steam room! I have stayed at many properties on Kauai and this is by far my favorite. The rental manager far exceeded our expectations with anything we needed and the property was spotless. We loved being in the secluded area of Princeville with just a short drive to the beach. Great property for a family or group of friends looking to enjoy luxury at its finest. Thank you so much! Stunning View!
A beautiful home in paradise! The view from the upper lanai and master bedroom is magnificent, overlooking the verdant canopy, framed by the mountains with the ocean in the distance. The house was impeccably clean and well equipped. The management company was very responsive and helpful. My wife and I had a very serene and relaxing vacation here. My only suggestion would be that the bathroom windows have blinds as they lack privacy. You can see into them from the lanais and kitchen window.

If I could, I would always stay in this property every single time I come to Kauai. It's so private, comfortable, the views are amazing and you just feel like you're on vacation the second you walk through the doors. Love the modern and sleek design and it was very hard to leave the fabulous pool area. Hanalei is just a short drive away, making this home the perfect spot for exploring the North Shore! Oh and for any yoghis out there, this place even has its own private yoga studio!

Words can't explain the beauty that this home beholds. What a treat to stay somewhere that allows you to feel all the outdoor beauty while being inside... this is what it feels like to be at your own private 5 star resort. The property manager was beyond incredible and professiona! The home was presented to us perfectly. The best trip of my life! Not only did I see the sunset in the evening from the master bed.... I also woke to rainbows above the valley. Thanks to this epic rental property, Kauai will never be the same!
