About this house rental
Bryant House is situated in a well-established quiet neighborhood, tucked away just shy of downtown. The classic style of our home has been preserved, while adding tasteful updates and modern amenities.
Our home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a full basement boasting an entertainment center and room for more! We sleep eight comfortably in beds with an added queen-size foam bed.
Bryant House is truly the best gathering space for families and friends. Our back yard is an oasis with a large heated pool available April 1- Oct 1, and an automated cover for safety. We also have a hot tub and fire-pit for the cooler nights. The back patio has a covered section with comfortable seating as well as tables and chairs dispersed around the pool, so you can enjoy dinner "Al Fresco"!
We are a quick 15-20 minutes walk from the heart of downtown Walla Walla where you will find some of the finest restaurants and wineries.
We have a fully stocked chef's kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Our kitchen is also accommodating for caterers.

Great pool and patio, all in great shape. The best equipped kitchen we have ever had in a rental, all in as new condition, Instant pot, ninja cooker, blender, drip and k-cup coffee machines. Plenty of good quality towels.

Visiting Walla Walla and staying at this lovely home has become a much anticipated summer tradition. We love knowing the house will be immaculate and comfortable and that everything will be perfect.
Even though the hose is beautiful and has everything you could ever need, we come for the pool and use it throughout the day and into the evening. It has fun little nooks in the corners to lounge on, and plenty of room to swim and float around in. This year we were there during a heat wave and the pool was heaven.
We stay at a lot of vacation rentals and of them all Cherie is truly a special host. She’s fun to communicate with, very attentive and gives great recommendations. We are very appreciative of her and the care and investments she so obviously makes to maintain the home and pool.

On the hottest weekend of the year so far, we landed here and struggled to get ourselves to leave! This property was spotless, well appointed, comfortable, and the pool was so inviting we canceled dinner reservations to stay in it! Did not want to leave.

We rented Bryant House for family members who were in town for our daughter’s wedding. They had a very enjoyable stay. They appreciated the pool and hot tub, ‘corn hole’ game, as well as the variety of equipment for making coffee. The house was convenient to downtown and in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

Chérie is the ultimate host! We could tell right away that she loves owning a vacation rental. She pays attention to all of the little details. The home is stunning! The kitchen is well stocked, the pool is pristine, and the bathrooms are modern and very clean. We will be back!

This place was everything we were looking for and more. The host was extremely helpful with a couple questions we had and even sent out help when we needed it. I would highly recommended this property to anyone staying in the area. (the hot tub is also amazing!!!)

We had a family wedding in Walla Walla. This house was perfect for our group. The house is VERY well appointed. Cherie even brought over firewood for the fire pit and toasting marshmellows! Linens and towels were lovely and fluffy. Even a mint on the bed! Not sure we will make it back to WW but if we do we will seek out one of Cherie's properties.

6 of us stayed here for a girls birthday trip. House was perfect! Very clean and plenty big enough for all of us. Pool was clean, pool towels provided and there was even some floaties available! Host was very responsive with communication. We will definitely be rebooking it for next year!

This is our second visit to Bryant House and it was even more perfect than before. We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and never enjoyed one so clean, beautiful, and well appointed. There is nothing you could possibly want that isn’t already provided. The pool is the highlight and it is the gem of the lovely, private backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and it is close to everything. Cherie is a stellar host and we really enjoy communicating with her. Don’t miss Yammas Greek restaurant or Asian Fusion, our two favorites. But if you’d rather cook the kitchen is fabulous. If there is a quilter in your group, Stitches is an awesome quilt shop. We are looking forward to our next stay.

What a fantastic retreat for our family. The house and property were super clean and had every amenity imaginable. The backyard pool, playground, and space for our multiple corn hole games was so enjoyable, we spent the majority of our time outdoors. The visitor's guide provided all the information we needed and the owner was super responsive to the one question we did have. The location was very convenient for us, too. It was a pleasure to stay at the Bryant House and we would love to return for another stay.

House was fantastic. Very clean and actually a little too big for the four of us (other friends who were going to join could not make it). Chèrie was very helpful and responsive (like, almost instantly) to some basic questions we had.
Don’t make the same mistake we did - we thought the “guest book” was a signing book so didn’t look at it closely until later. In fact, it’s an extremely well put together summary of the house, it’s features, and the local area. Check it out, really helpful!
The basement area was very nice but pretty cool with the AC (was very hot the weekend we stayed, which meant we also really appreciated the pool). Nice for exercising, but my wife thought it was too cold (too hot upstairs to turn AC off which would have let it warm up a little). Really nice backyard for kids with a play structure (and the pool, though, so keep an eye on any little ones). All adults in our stay, but great place to come with kids. It cooled down a little the last night so we had a chance to enjoy the hot tub once.
Not sure if/when we’ll get back to Walla Walla, but would definitely stay here again if we came with other people. Recommend without any reservations, and Chèrie was probably the most responsive host of the 10 or so VRBOs we’ve stayed

We loved our stay here! The pool was amazing and even though it was 55 and rainy outside, the pool was heated to over 90 so we could easily swim! The kids loved it. Also the pool has an excellent safety cover which is great if you have kids! The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils. Cherie was so great and incredibly responsive! We will be coming back!! I highly recommend.

We stayed here with our three teen/adult kids and adult cousin and teens. It was a really perfect place for all us! There is so much room and everything for guests is carefully thought out. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and it would be especially wonderful in the warmer months when you can enjoy the great yard! Highly recommend!

This home is absolutely amazing ---like a 5 star resort! We would give it 10 stars if we could. It is beautiful inside and out and very tastefully decorated with EVERYTHING that you could want. It is spotlessly clean and loaded with wonderful amenities: gorgeous clean heated pool, hot tub, covered patio with comfy sofa & chairs, BBQ grill, luxurious linens, fully equipped kitchen, comfy furniture, big screen TV's with Netflix, etc., workout equipment, fire pit, things for kid fun (swing set, corn hole, games, toys, dump trucks, sticks for S'Mores, etc.), in addition to the cozy touches like blankets, candles, and even chocolate mints on the pillows! Cherie is an PHENOMINAL hostess. She was so nice and always available for any questions we had or recommendations for restaurants or things to do. She takes amazing care of this home and is very committed to ensuring a fun and relaxing time for her guests. We did not want to leave this warm, quiet and peaceful oasis and will definitely be back!

My family stayed at Cherie’s property and we had a wonderful time. We appreciated the cleanliness, attention to detail, and extra amenities, such as pool toys, sunscreen, childrens toys, dog amenities, ample kitchen supplies including children utensils! There was even a bottle of local Rose on our arrival and mints on the pillows!
Cherie took it to the next level when I contacted her after we left because I had left a nice portable speaker there on accident. She not only went out of her way to find it despite another guest already staying there, but then she mailed it back to me at no charge. We highly recommend staying here and hope that we can someday return!

So many special touches. Beautifully decorated and landscaped yard. Spent most of the time enjoying the resort level pool and hot tub. Appreciated the AC. Great comfortable outdoor furniture to relax on. Kitchen was well stocked. Only wished we had more time to enjoy it! Hope we get to come back!

Summer Vacation
Rented this beautiful home for my grandkids to enjoy the start of their summer break! I couldn't have asked for anything better. The owner was super attentive, the amenities were fantastic and the entire experience was fabulous! Kids are already asking when we're going back. Definitely re-booking soon!

The house, the host, the pool, the town - everything was perfect. We have already booked our next visit. Cherie is a fabulous host and we appreciated all her attentiveness. Awesome place for a getaway!
We originally booked the house for a friend and family trip but ended up doing just a girls vacation! The house was perfect for that and it would have been perfect for our original plan as well. Plenty of space for everyone. The house had everything we could have needed! The heated pool was the icing on the cake! Even on a cloudy, cool day, we were still in the pool! Would highly recommend to everyone and this will be our new house we rent everytime we come back!

This property is perfect for friends and family to gather and enjoy time together. The home is lovely with so many little details that made our visit comfortable and perfect.
It was raining so we didn't get to enjoy the amazing backyard, pool, or hot tub. It was so nice to have so much room for everyone to come together in the home.

The best of the best when it comes to a vacation rental property. The house was clean and filled with so much fun for our family memories. The pool was a HIT with the kids. Of course you hope nothing happens during your stay but if it does, Cherie is the most attentive and caring hostess you could hope for. Such a lovely family trip, 10 out of 10 recommend booking for a nice balance of grown up time (wine tastings) and a home base of fund for the kids.
