Excelente praia, piscina e alojamento

O empreendimento é muito bom, já ficámos aqui diversas vezes e continua com muita qualidade. As piscinas são muito agradáveis, tem para crianças e adultos e os jardins todos bem cuidados.

O local do levantamento das chaves fica em Lagos. Quem vem do lado de Sagres, fica fora de mão. Alguma confusão no local do levantamento, muita gente e alguma demora para entregar as chaves.

¡OJO! NO CUMPLEN CON LA RESERVA

El alojamiento estaba bien, buenas instalaciones y todo limpio.

Que no cumplieron con las condiciones de la reserva. Contraté el alojamiento con el desayuno, y al hacer el check-in nos aseguraron que lo traerían al apartamento entre las 07:00 y las 09:00 horas, cosa que nunca hicieron. Contacté con ellos escribiéndoles un mensaje pero, hasta el momento, no me han contestado, ni para dar explicaciones ni para pedir disculpas, eso sí a las 9:30 recibí un mensaje de ellos diciendo que a las 10:00 en punto tenía que estar fuera del apartamento. Me parece muy poco serio.

Top location to explore the Algarve in a great apartment

Big apartment, fantastic location.. Luz is amazing, great hikes on the cliffs, beautiful beach and top restaurants close by, car parking, great base to explore the Algarve

Was not sure how Breakfast is served.. was in front of the door in a paper bag… not really special

Good apartment for longer stays during season

Stylishly furnished apartments with all kitchen tools necessary for a longer stay

Location a bit far away from beach and no restaurants or coffee shop on premises. Breakfast was ridiculous: a bag with a few haphazard items left in front of the apartment door.

Really enjoyable week in lovely accessible surroundings

It was difficult picking key up from Lagos in next town

Well worth the money

The breakfast was a real bonus. It was outside our door each morning. The pool area was cleaned down each morning. I would highly recommend the apartments if you have children as it is very quiet at night.

The resort itself was a bit out of the way for my liking.

Disappointed - paid breakfast not provided!

The apartment was OK

The promised breakfast was not delivered to the door at 7. At 8 a breakfast was delivered to another apartment - not to ours. We left without breakfast. The local reception was not informed, that the apartment was rented out and did complain about the general missing communication of the company that rents the apartment. No staff of the rental company could be reached before 8.

lovely, relaxing break in a stylish cosy apartment. perfect!

spotless, stylish, comfortable, fantastic location, quiet yet central, great blackout blinds for a good night sleep, lovely small development, nice bar area too, direct access to pool side.

the crockery/glass ware needs checking / there was a broken glass, only one wine glass and no teaspoons - but only minor niggles for what was a great stay!

Very poor

Let us know about the location of the keys too late after reservation, was far from the original spot so we lost time. Host gave us the wrong keys, had to wait. No excuses, nothing to apologize for this, no discount. Was the worst start in Portugal for our holidays. Breakfast was really poor for that kind of properties and prices.

The pool was fantastic , plenty of sun loungers and a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The apartment was well situated within the complex and was lovely inside .

The bed was far too hard it was almost like sleeping on the floor . Personal preference I know but I think it’s the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on . Also could have done with extra pillows as we only had one each . So our sleeping experience was not good 🙁

nice Apartment but bad customer service.

Well decorated and nice accommodation, The appliance was good and new, not much use for a short stay, but new and clean. The surroundings are clean and friendly

Breakfast is useless, you get a sandwich a yogurt, and a juice, they deliver to your door, but it's a cold breakfast and worth £3 pounds, ended up going to the nearest town to have breakfast. The check-in was scheduled for 16:00, when I got to the near town, 20 min drive away from the flat, I was informed the apartment was not ready yet. And I was only able to gain access to the flat after 18:00. will definitely check this situation in the future, if there is no one to give the keys to the location, please advise you are 15 km away from the flat.
