Du potentiel mais pas mal de choses à revoir

- Le lieu est calme, sécurisé et agreable, l'espace piscine et transat spacieux, la plage et le centre à 20 min à pied. - Belle terrasse - La machine à laver, un vrai plus - Le parking aussi

- Dommage que l'appartement soit vieillissant, ça ne va pas avec l'extérieur très agréable. - Pas assez de prises, certaines ont dû mal à marcher, mon chargeur Samsung ne passait pas, pas compris pourquoi.. - Compte tenu du prix payé et du lieu ravissant, laisser un peu plus de dosettes de café (2) de papier WC (1 pour 1 semaine) de sacs poubelles (2), ferait un peu plus "classe" et moins grippe-sou. - J'ai dû tuer une dizaine de gros cafards qui venaient jusque dans la chambre, il faudrait vraiment remédier à çà. Pas sécurisant avec un enfant en bas âge qui passe le plus clair de son temps par terre.

Everything was perfect: comfortable and very clean apartment, beatiful garden with swimming pools - great for kids - they liked it a lot, very good location - 15 min walking to the beach and Luz town centre. Luz itself is also very good place for holiday with kids and friends, comparing to other Algarve locations. We are very happy that we have chosen Casas do Ramalhete and we would gladly come back as our experience was really good, especially because of beatiful place - also very quiet - perfect for relax.

Good stay, overall

The apartment is quite spacious and with a nice pool in the common area. The garden is lush and well-kept. The location is very quiet and ideal if you have a car.

The furniture could be updated and humidity issues fixed. The bed is not very comfortable. The sofa-bed is noisy. Walls are thin and not soundproofed. Only one TP roll was provided for 3 people and no basics are present in the kitchen (salt, sugar, coffee), which doesn't make it ideal for shorter stays or people with no car. You have to bring out the waste at the end of the stay but the containers are not very close to the property.

Very good

Really peaceful in a very quiet residential location.lovely pool area . if you just want a total holiday of relaxation by the pool and don't mind the hilly accent from the beach / town then this will be ideal

According to the information rooms were meant to be cleaned twice a week, ours was never cleaned in our entire stay.we stayed in room 7 which had a very small and awkward to use kitchen area we never had any intention of cooking but if you do it would be a struggle

Views, pool. Quiet location.

No oven, dishwasher, small microwave at 2 meters above floor level. No instructions on any equipment, no guide on wi-fi code, very loose toilet seat (maintenance man promised to free rusted bolt with WD 40 then tighten. Not done. Inadequate reading lights. We sought double beds. The 2 singles we had to push together when we had been told this would be done before we came. We reported lack of oven. One was supplied after 48 hours after we complained. A lack of regular inspection for faults was evident. Most guests do not report faults. We were there 16 nights but the above matters were reported straight away.

The place is just perfect for holiday! Close to the beach, swimming pool available, nice terrace to spend evenings, clean and spacious apartament - we really recommend this place! And very responsive Owner - you can easily get the answer for all your questions!

Cooling down after some hot days

Very nice large private pool in a beautiful garden. Good airco and simpele kitchen. Nice beach and boulevard at 10 min walk.
