Relaxation playground with incredibly helpful concierge.

The Green House is 100% magical. You can submerge yourself in the jungle by sitting in a comfy chair or refresh yourself in the pool as monkeys search for their lunch 5 meters away. You can also take a break from the jungle weather inside to get some work done or share a meal with an amazing view and more than adequate AC. I just left, but I'm already trying to figure out when I will come back to this relaxation playground.

I wish I knew how awesome this place was, I would have booked a longer stay.

The stay at the unique villas of the green house will turn your fantastic holiday into a special one.

Spacious, super clean and beautiful villas above santa teresa. The sight over the jungle and the pacific are astonishing. We could even observe a couple od parrots in the morning. The private pool is perfect to cool down as it is hot and humid in santa teresa. It is not a hotel, but our personal concierge service Sereen replied always prompt and helped us with everything we asked for. The kitchen is small but goodly equipped. If you stay in santa teresa, this will turn your fantastic holiday into a special one.

To street to reach the villa and the parking lot are steep and need a bit of skill, but after a few times one is getting used to it. We would have appreciated a coffee refill.

Amazing stay in this jungle paradise for the beginning of our honeymoon and we couldn’t have asked for a more private, i

the kitchen was fully stocked with the appliances and dishes we needed for a comfortable cooking situation (only missing salt and pepper!). furniture on the deck was enough to have various lounge spots. security and privacy were good.

the property is very difficult to get to on foot. we are thankful the concierge messaged ahead of time to mention needing a quad vehicle, but it wasn’t written strongly enough in the hotel listing.

We loved this place so much! It’s such a beautiful property, the views are amazing, waking up with nature everywhere. Spotlessly clean and such lovely decor. Sereen went above and beyond to help me organise this for my boyfriends birthday, thank you!!!

The road to the property is pretty grim but work was being done on it when we were there

Magical place, Santa Teresa!

The Green House property is a wonderful piece of paradise! Tucked up in the hills off of the main stretch of Santa Teresa, it was the perfect escape for our honeymoon. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing - we spent every morning sipping coffee on the terrace and enjoying the view. the unit is equipped well with focus on sustainability and being green. It’s close to many delicious restaurants and Sereen helped arrange an amazing couples massage in our villa upon arrival - very welcome after the drive from Arenal and up the steep hill to the GH. We rented a 4x4 during our stay and it helped immensely navigating the whole area and beach hopping, also arranged by Sereen - cannot recommended this place and hospitality enough, we most certainly will stay again! Pura Vida!!

A beautiful retreat in nature

The property was as beautiful in real life as it is in the pictures. So serene, well-designed, and relaxing. The openness and proximity to nature gave the most up-close views to hummingbirds and howler monkeys. It was such a retreat and joy to be here.

The property sits at the top of a very steep, broken dirt/paved road. Even on ATVs it’s a climb over high bumps and deep holes. There are 4x4s, ATVs and pedestrians climbing up and down it all day (especially at night), so navigating it was always stressful.

Morning coffee and howler monkeys from a tree canopy oasis.

Beautiful house on the hill overlooking Santa Teresa. We stayed for 5 days and it was a great trip. You absolutely need a 4wd to get around anywhere in the Nicoya Peninsula, and especially here. The road to the house is just off the main street but it's quite steep and so you'll need to take a car or ATV if you're planning on exploring the neighboring towns/beaches. It's worth being removed from the main downtown area of shops where it's quite loud. We saw Howler monkeys in the trees with our morning coffee. We visited during the rainy season but enjoyed sunny early mornings out and exploring and napped in the rainy afternoons. Valentina was extremely helpful in getting us set up and recommending activities. She also helped me book surf lessons with Junior in town.

It’s set way up on the hill so you’re tucked away and very private,yet, still so Close to everything! The place was spotless. The service was top notch. Very cool, sexy vibe!

The road coming up the hill Is very rugged and washed out in spots.

NO comfort at all

looks very stylish and new

NO comfort at all. No privacy - you can hear the Neigbours talking all the time and their music - no peaceful place. Also their light shines in all night in your bedroom. The parking is way too small for 3 cars so I had to park outside or scratch my car. On top the administration asked me at 8 AM when I would checkout just pushing you to leave and it wasn´t even booked the next day. Very Unfriendly way! Noisy cleaning woman from early morning. No moskito net so all bugs can come in or you need to close all windows.

The location and views were beautiful. The decoration and set up of the villa was amazing and definitely exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the service was exceptional.

The Green House was an amazing place, very beautiful and quiet.

The staff was very kind and helpful especially Valentina! They helped us with everything we needed right away. The apartment was extremely clean, all the facilities were new and clean.

The apartment is on the mountain so you need a quad/car to go to the beach or to restaurants

A private paradise in the jungle canopy with concierge-level service

Valentina was there to meet us on arrival and had organised everything from our airport shuttle to our ATV. I can't recommend her service more highly!

A wardrobe, more storage and some hooks to hang towels.

Exceptional

The Green House in Santa Teresa was everything we expected. Very private and safe. We made good use of the two ATV's we rented during our week stay. It was so nice to come home to the Green House and cool off in the private pool with a cocktail and watch the beautiful sunsets every evening. Highly recommend a stay at the Green House for couples.

I have been in a lot of luxury accommodations around the world and this place is on the top of my list. The space is detailed and made with high end finishes. You can tell they care and the best an pillows are a good find for Costa Rica!!

Unique and Luxurious

Sitting on top of the jungle in a luxurious surrounding. Comfortable bed, a/c, quality linens, daily housekeeping, well equipped kitchen and an outdoor space with a private plunge pool

Travel up the hill is daunting, it’s on top of the jungle so expect bugs at night. Santa Teresa is noisy because of the ATVs, it does fade up at The Green House but you still hear travel from passer by.
