*Updates for the 2023 rental season- new floors throughout, wall paper removed, new slider door, covered outdoor shower and new storm door! This three bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is located in the quiet residential community of Bethany West. There is a community pool and it is in walking distance to restaurants and shops in downtown Bethany Beach. Less than 1 mile to the beach. Bethany Beach Trolley stop right in neighborhood (25 cents per person per trip). Large patio overlooking beautiful wooded area for extra outdoor living. Sleeps 6.

The Villas of Bethany West has a large community swimming pool with children’s pool, tennis courts, swing set and basketball hoop. (No resort fees) It is also conveniently located to area golf courses, grocery stores, shopping and public library. The Bethany Beach Board Walk and Band Stand provides weekly activities and entertainment.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is in a nice location, though not super walkable to the beach if you have a lot of things to bring with you. The host was very communicative, and the house was comfortable. It was in a nice neighborhood to walk around in the mornings.

Convenient location and access to beach, trolley, nature center, and restaurants. Lovely pool! My family and friends enjoyed a wonderful week, and the communication with Christina the host was prompt, easy, and friendly. Would stay again!

Nice property in a great location (quiet neighborhood 1 mile from the beach). Pool/tennis courts were an added bonus. Property owner was very responsive to any/all questions.

The property was perfect for our family of five. It was as described, close to the beach, and the heated pool was one of the nicest community pools we’ve been to. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy! Would definitely stay here again.

This was our 3rd year at the Villas. Of the 3, this one gets 3rd place. Windows that didn't work, could not get into shed (we had to bring outdoor furniture cushions into living room when it rained), cleaning crew could have done a better job. We will be back, but would not choose this unit again.

The townhome is located within walking distance to several restaurants and convenience stores, and you can catch the trolley to the beach and downtown shops/restaurants. The community pool was a wonderful and quiet place to hang out. The back deck on the property was lovely.

My family enjoyed the comfortable home while visiting for the week. The house is great for a family of 6, and we couldn't be happier. The trolly picked us up in front of the town homes and took us to the beach. No fighting for parking, only a quarter each way! This home is minutes from the beach, and walking distance to restaurants, quick marts, church, and the beer store! The community pool is also nice and never crowded. This is our second stay in the neighborhood and highly recommend this home over any others!

Clean! It smelled so good when we arrived. Easily accessible to everything in Bethany. Comfortable bed in master (only room we used)! Highly recommend staying here! This was also our first time using Vrbo. Host was very helpful and kind!

This is a comfortable place with beautiful woods around it. It’s a short bike ride to the beach which is nice for the tricky parking situation there. Beautiful living room space lots of bathrooms and convenient laundry. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We love this neighborhood in general for its prime location. The house was in great shape when we arrived, was exactly as advertised, and perfect for our group of adults and teens to enjoy a relaxing few days away from home. We like to bring bikes and/or use the trolley to get to and from the beach to avoid traffic and parking. Thanks!

This was a great Condo, a short walk to the beach or you can catch the Trolley. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was there. The furniture was comfortable too, which made for a comfy movie night while it rained. The outside sitting area was very comfortable and relaxing. We even saw a deer twice!

This is a great place to stay. Everything was very clean. Beach chairs were provided for us to use. The only thing that was wrong was that the outdoor seat cushions were left outside from the previous renter and were soaking wet our whole trip so we were unable to sit outside. I would stay here again!

Had a great long weekend getaway in Bethany, and choosing Christina's place to stay was a wonderful choice! The villas are lovely -- close to town, with ponds and small canals within less than 5 mins walking distance. Be prepared to bring your own toiletries, hand soap, dish soap, towels, kitchen/hand towels, and sheets (which the host informs you beforehand to prepare). Would definitely book this house again!

My husband and I loved our stay in Bethany Beach! We traveled there for a relaxing vacation with our one-year-old daughter. The condo was close to everything, but still in a quiet complex. Our favorite place to hang out was on the back deck under the shade of the trees. The condo had every amenity we could possibly ask for, and the beds were super comfortable. Christina, the owner, was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again, no question!

My friend and I decided to get out of the city for a few days and were looking for a place that was spacious and close to the water. This was it! The condo is about a mile from the beach and is tucked away in a lovely, quiet subdivision. There’s also a good-sized deck with a grill. Would definitely come back again!

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious and comfortable townhouse very much. The house is in a perfect location - it's about a 15-20 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach, yet tucked away in a quiet, wooded area surrounded by nature. We traveled with our college-aged kids, but this seems to be a house that would be ideal for young families as well. Even better, the hosts were extremely gracious and communicative. I would give the hosts a 5-star+ rating!

This home is great for quiet relaxing or family fun. Last year we had college age daughter and grandkids and they loved it; this year due to coronavirus it was just husband and I and in both cases it met our needs. Beautiful outdoor patio setting, and an easy bike ride to downtown Bethany (Where masks must now be worn!) great neighborhood for running or just strolling.

Great spot for a few days beach getaway! The owner is very nice and responsive, and cares about whether or not guests are happy. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the furnishings are a little tired, which can be the norm in rentals.

This was well maintained, lovely back deck, a little dark inside, but a comfortable house. The woodsy surroundings were relaxing. The community pool and trolley car would make it great ( which are not open right now). The owners were very easy to communicate with & shared beach chairs & boogie boards.

The house is a 5 min drive to Bethany Beach. Community was quiet and the pool was not as crowded. Check in process was a breeze. The only problem was the house is a little old, meaning not renovated. The blinds to the back porch were broken so we were not able to open them. The carpet was dirty. Overall the place is close to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach.

There is a deck that backs onto a woods. Very relaxing. The people in the neighborhood are nice. Some plumbing needs to be done in the master bath. I adored the sofa - it was big, and had an ottoman that was basically an extension of the large sofa, so I was wonderful for watching TV without hurting your neck, or taking a nap. I really liked this rental!
