This was our second time at this property. We went during the week as the lake beaches are less crowded. We enjoyed our stay and used the recreation center access to enjoy the pool and arcade for the kids.

We enjoy ski trails condos very much ! No need to drive after you arrive ! Slopes are a 1minute walk! This place is so big and beautiful! We only had 2 people but you could easily have your family or a few friends! All of the convenience of home! Love it!!

Very nice condo. Great location, plenty of parking. A short walk to the run to the lifts. There were only two of us but there are enough beds for 6. This would be great for a small family. Probably the nicest snow is on the run back to the condo. Skiing back to the condo is easy for even for a beginner. There is a green run which we took to the chairlift, but if you take that one back you hae a slight uphill walk. The other access is a very nice blue run. Then the walk is all downhill. We loved our time here.

A great location for skiing on Northstar. Place was clean, updated, and a nice amount of room for our family of 4. Host provided clear instructions with good communication. We’d defiantly stay here again for our next ski trip.

This is our second time staying in Christina's condo. The location is wonderful and the condo is perfect for a family!

The property is in a great location for skiing and getting to the village. The condo was well stocked and with a good internet connection and even a VHS player our kids were fascinated with. Most importantly, Christina was an awesome host and super helpful with getting us through the massive snow storm. Would rent this condo again for sure!

Beautiful condo, close to Northstar Village. Check-in was easy and Christina made sure we had all the information we needed so that we had no problems. Clean and nicely appointed with plenty of space for our family of 4 (two teenagers). Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We will stay again!

Great location, great unit.

The condo was just as shown in the pictures -- very clean and well appointed. The host sent some helpful details before the trip and was very responsive during our stay. Our kids enjoyed spreading out in the upstairs bedroom and loft, and got a kick out of playing some of the vintage video games. I'd stay here again.

Great place. Nice kitchen with all necessary utensils/equipment. Even spices! Plenty of paper towels, TP, shampoo/conditioner, etc. Small walk to slopes and village. Easy to jump on chairlift in the morning and avoid crowds!

We had a great time and the condo was the perfect size and setup. The kids had places to go to get away when they needed to and we were able to spend quality time together. The snow was not great but this is very close to all activities. Wonderful home away from home.

Great upstairs unit! Property owner is very nice to work with!
There were a few small concerns with overall cleanliness when we arrived. After making the poperty owner aware everything was resolved quickly and efficiently and we enjoyed our stay. Great location for those who want to be close, but right outside the noise. Quick 10 minute walk to the village. Home has everything you would need from kitchen and bathrooom supplies to books, board games, video games, movies etc. Upstairs has second bedroom and loft area both set up with dvd, vhs, game cube and xbox 360, great for the kids!

The location of the property is almost impossible to beat. The house is clean, modern, cozy ,and easily accommodated our family. The proximity to the village and all its amenities was spectacular. Christina was very responsive and went out of her way to communicate with us. Check in/out was smooth and well defined. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishware. The beds are comfortable we had plenary of fresh towels. We’re looking forward to our next stay, and plan on booking again.

Very responsive property owner.

Great Northstar Condo very close to the village. 5-7 min walk. Clean and stocked well. We enjoyed our stay.

Owners are thoughtful and supply their guests with many amenities such as books, movies, games and kitchen staples.
Unfortunately the master bedroom’s bed is so old and worn out I could not sleep. And it and the bedding had an awful smell of febreze. I was not able to sleep in that room. I could not find one pillow on the whole unit that was usable.
I ended up going home 2 days early due to poor sleep.
If the owners were to update their beds it would be practically perfect. :)
Thank you,

Christina is a wonderful host and her condominium is absolutely amazing! Very clean, easy to access, and has every modern convenience one could ask for.

I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. The condo is on the end of a quiet street. Kids loved the loft room with books, movies, and blocks to play with. Everything was clean, tidy and well stocked with cooking supplies and extra supplies if needed. The fans in each room were a plus. We visited the recreation center for tennis, swimming and arcades. Summer is perfect if you don’t like crowds. We spent time in the village for dinner and roller skating. All easy to get too from the condo. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for a great time!

This was a great property! My kids loved the game machine and the bunk beds. The kitchen was so well stocked and had everything we needed to have homemade meals. It was an easy walk or very short drive to the Rec center. We will definitely stay at this property again.

We had a lovely stay at this ski condo. It had enough room for our family, fun board games and an Atari my kids loved. The ski locker and washer/dryer were really handy. Overall a great stay.

This was a perfect spot for a family ski vacation. For a ski-in location it was very affordable. The kids loved the selection of games. Highly recommended.

This is our third time staying at this property, and it's still in great shape. Our kids love the arcade cabinet upstairs, and we even made use of the loft bunks this time. All the appliances are working well, and we could ski down to the village from the other end of the lot. If the season extends this year, we'll be back!

We did not stay at this property because of a severe storm. National Weather Service warned travelers to avoid travel to the area, that travel may be "difficult to impossible" and travelers should be prepared to carry an emergency kit with food, clothing and supplies if they were to attempt to gain access to the area. We messaged the owner several days prior to the storm to let her know about the lack of access, she stated that our payment would only be returned in the case of extensive road closure. She did offer to try to move the reservation to a different date that we were unable to take. In any case, be prepared for Christina to be fairly inflexible if you have severe weather conditions or unusual circumstances impacting your travel. I've worked with other VRBO owners who were more understanding and eager to find a solution that worked for both parties.

As a family of 3, we stayed in the condo for 4 days in February. We had not stayed at Northstar before so it was nice to stay close to the Village. The kitchen was very well stocked, allowing us to make breakfast most mornings. We liked little touches like the old fashioned games and extra beds (in case we had more kids to join the trip). The owner was great in answering questions quickly; and we enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing week at Christina's place. The home is absolutely beautiful with every, possible amenity you could ask for. And rhe location was unbeatable for a week of skiing!
Christina was super responsive and helpful with every question. I can't say enough about how at-home we felt.
I will definitely be back soon. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Great location close to the slopes. The condo had everything we needed for a great stay.

Great ski-in / ski-out location from Village Run, or ski-in from top of Mountain via Home Run (blue) and Coyote Fork (blue).
Modern, upgraded, counters in the kitchen, new stainless steel sink, faucet, large gas stove. Everything clean and orderly. Owner was responsive to questions.

We had a great experience staying at this cozy ski in, ski out condo. The condo was clean and as advertised, and the owner was very accommodating to make sure we could avoid driving through a big storm. There was tons of board games, an old school video arcade game that entertained my 8 and 9 year old boys, and delightfully old school vhs movies for my daughter. We could ski right to Condo Run from the parking lot the first day. The second day it dumped multiple feet and getting to and from the condo was more problematic, but we figured it out and that’s the mountains. Typically, there’s a shuttle that will take you the condo from the base of Northstar. All in all, a great stay. We’d love to visit again!

This was perfect for 3 of us for an off-season weekend: plenty of space, well appointed, convenient for the Truckee/north Tahoe spots we were visiting.

Great access to Northstar's village and gondolas. Clean and well equipped, this is a great place to stay if taking advantage of all that Northstar has to offer.

This is one of the most equipped places we've stated through VRBO or the other one. We've rented through VRBO since it was actually owners renting out their vacation homes and they were always well stocked with everything you need. As this became a business and not actual used vacation homes, we've run into issues where we've had to buy the most basic things. Not here!! They had salt and oil and every baking or cooking utensil or pan you could need. Tons of dishes and bowls. Hand soap at every sink (yes, we've had to buy this some places) and cute little shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower. Huge amounts of extra bedding and towels, and beach towels for taking to the lake. They even had a fully stocked laundry area with Tide pods to use in the laundry room just outside the main door. Everything is labeled well (thank you for the multiple laundry codes and door codes as you leave). TV service and wifi worked well. This feels like you are actually staying in your friend's vacation home (in a good way).
My kids LOVED the video games upstairs. Beds were all comfortable. The Northstar resort was a great place to stay for a Tahoe trip. We're from out of state and had only stayed in South Lake Tahoe. We love this so much more. There is a movie theater walking distance, a few restaurants, Starbucks. The pools and hot tubs available to guests of this condo were nice, and my kids met other kids there to play with. They gym is really nice too (this is all $8/person/a day now though). Super easy and beautiful drive to Kings Beach.
The only negatives are we stayed in July and it got up into the high 80's and there is no AC. We opened every window to try to keep it cool, but upstairs was pretty uncomfortable by late afternoon. It just doesn't get air flow. A small portable AC unit for upstairs would make a huge difference in the summer! Also, because we had windows open all night for air, people were smoking outside at various times at night and that smoke would drift into our house. Laying in bed at 11pm with the window open and cigarette smoke coming in was not awesome. That is not the owner's fault obviously, but we wouldn't rent a place without AC in Tahoe in the summer again due to these 2 things. In winter, we'd rent this place again. Also, be aware that in the summer, most of the Northstar activities and stores and restaurants aren't open during the week. Everything opens up over the weekend though. HTH, thanks for the stay!

Great stay
Have been staying here in the summer for several years. Great location, good layout for a family, always clean and the owner is super helpful. You also get access to the rec center which is awesome in the summer.

Updated, comfortable, convenient condo
This condo was perfect for our family. While not overly spacious, the spaces were so well laid out, it accommodated our family of 4 (plus 1 for a couple nights) perfectly! Beautifully updated and very functional (lots of hooks to hang out ski clothing). Our 11 year old loved the bunk beds and video games in the loft. Late season low snow coverage did not allow ski-in ski-out, but the friendly shuttle service made getting to/from the lifts easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo, excellent location!
This property could not have been better for us! The location within walking distance to the village and gondola was perfect. The condo was super clean, organized and had everything we needed. The beds were warm and comfortable, the shower was great, and the kitchen well equipped. The loft was perfect for our two teenagers who had their own spaces and the retro video game was a bit hit! Christina was wonderful to work with as communication was quick and easy. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future. 5 stars all around!!

Perfect ski location
This was a great location for a week of skiing. The condo was clean and well-stocked. Communications with the owner were fantastic. Our young children loved the loft area with video games and movies. It’s a short walk to ski to Village Run but the ski-In option off of Home Run is as good as it gets. We normally stay in the Northstar Village but would definitely stay in this condo again.
