Un’oasi nella giungla

L’hotel è bellissimo, immerso nella natura, la piscina per bere un cocktail bar è riscaldata! Cocktail e cibo sono strepitosi, Joele e Antonio super gentili! È un posto per giovani, ci sono tanti ragazzi e l’ambiente è super piacevole! Abbiamo preso il motorino un giorno per 800 pesos, si trova a 20 min circa a piedi dal pueblo, la zona per raggiungerlo, usciti da Aldea Zama può sembrare pericolosa ma non lo è! La prima sera abbiamo cenato qui ed era tutto buonissimo! Avevamo una vasca in terrazza con acqua calda che abbiamo usato due volte, molto suggestiva. La camera è il bagno pulitissimi e spaziosi, la doccia con vista giungla è indimenticabile. Raccomando tantissimo.

Niente! A volte qualche asciugamano sporco ma c’è lo cambiavano subito!

we waited 1 hour in the front desk. then they told us room is not clean you will wait one more hour. it was bot good. if you have a role that customer only chekin 3 pm they can not promise early chek in or if they promise they should give us room. but we waited

the decoration, the woman working at the bar! she is super kind

this is not a 5* hotel… (3*!) if you booked the bedroom with pool be prepared for being in the dark… no natural light at all. the amount they took from the credit card does not correspond to the amount of the reservation (booking). the location is not good as well.

Beautiful accommodation with friendly staff

The room was brilliant. Clean. Large bed. Everything you needed. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We found a great cafe and restaurants just 10 mins walk away and felt perfectly safe walking there and back.

There was no where to open a big suitcase up so had to keep closing it daily. Not a massive problem

Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay and would not recommend returning to this location.

The ceiling kitchen was leaking water and not sure for how long. I woke up in the morning to make breakfast and realized the floor was super wet, but didn’t know where it was coming from until I felt drops on my head. I looked up and the ceiling with leaking water in a rectangle shape. Also, ALL the bedrooms bedsheets, comforter, pillow, pillow cases, and towels were dirty. They all had stains on them. Requested clean sheets, and it was changed to another set with stains. The furnitures were stained, outdated, the kitchen did not have all the amenities to cook. The kitchen appliances were outdated (pans, no kitchen knife, large serving/salad bowls or paper towel). There were no sponge or kitchen towels until we asked for it. Furthermore, one of the bedroom bathroom door was hard to close all the way and there were ants/water coming in the bedroom window/sliding door. The bedroom downstairs had water enter the window from the pool water

Nice hotel, dispointing staff and restaurant

Excellent facilities, very clean, with pool in the hotel and access to the beach club. The room had an outside private tub which we really enjoyed.

Although the hotel is pretty affordable, the restaurant and bar are very pricey for what they offer. The beach club is very far from the hotel, so you have to either take a taxi or rent a scooter, which we tried one day and both available where broken. Worth mentioning the staff is not very helpful. I requested some balloons in the room for my wife birthday as a surprise, and the receptionist mentioned the surprise and its price in front of my wife, and came with us to the room (to show how things work), ruining the whole surprise.

Absolutely a dream

From the moment you step in the door you feel like you are in a jungle Euphoria. Each and every staff member was incredible and did their best to make sure you had a pleasant experience. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be returning.

Friendly Staff

There was zero hot water and I was unable to wash my hair for multiple days. I reached out to staff about it on multiple occasions. Everything was in USD and the same price as San Francisco food and drinks. Things kept falling from our roof throughout the night and waking us. construction going on right next door to us the whole time in the hotel.

Nice staff, room, terrace, food, exotic environment.

It's jungle style hotel, not the beach style. So you will have to take taxi to some beach, if you like sunbathing. It's possible to reach the Tulum center by feet, but you'll have to pass a poor neighbourhood. I even made some four leg friends there as I've had treats with me, but for highly sensitive people may be challenging to pass that path and maybe it's better to take taxi in that case.

The hotel was amazing, everything just how we had expected it, the staff were so friendly and helpful and will go out of your way to make you feel comfortable. Really big spacious room, and really recommend having a dinner up in their nest, it was absolutely amazing, dinner and the views!

The only possible downside is that the shower took a little long to warm up.

Exellent!!!

We loved the site. The filling is that you are in a gungel and each room has a diferrent decoration. Ours was a cave with a balcony. The pool is very nerow, it is mostly to get wet, but with a bar attached to it. They give you eccese to the beach club, 5 km away and beach towels. A great place to spend more one day and relax.

The beds were very high. It was hard to get on them.

If you are from Canada I will advice you NOT TO BOOK THIS HOTEL ISNT WORTH IT. They are more fancier hotels for more rea

Not like the photos, is more old looking the floors need to be renovated. The taps are rusted and is way too overpriced.The staff only cared about the money & literally overcharged for everything like why charge people in US dollars when your currency is Pesos. And paying 2,000cad for 7days these people can’t even give you free bottle of water even just two and that coat like .50cents is just ridiculous. When we got there we realized the rooms were too small, I was scared for the we tried to get our money back they said they will take two days to process and even lied to booking.com they read the email but deliberately didn’t. Later the manger came said he will give us the money after two days and later said a completely different thing. Like these people are deliberately stealing from tourists. Even the 100$ per person dinner was trash and then tried adding extra fees. We made arrangements for a particular price but when we got there these people were trying to scam us by increasing the actual arranged price like common they just care about money can’t even go above and beyond.

beautiful property, very clean and well kept, gorgeous bright and natural light. Just far out enough from downtown to have a lot pf quiet, but close enough for a long walk or quick bike/car ride. great local food in the area, close enough to walk

Great people, gorgeous grounds, and expensive, but amazing.

Jose, Miguel, Ari, and Danny were amazing. I wish we stayed longer. But even after our short stay, their staff felt like family. Amazing people and beautiful hotel!

The price of everything. But unfortunately Tulum is far too expensive as a whole.

There are bugs everywhere the pictures do not match and it’s too expensive for the accommodation this is a 2 start hotel at BEST. Also never use booking.com they are horrible

I LOVED the decor so much. I felt like I was in tropical Oasis.
