But, please note that if you're looking for luxury or premium accommodations, Copper Junction is not the condo for you. The building was built in 1973 and has not changed much since. But, if you're looking for a convenient and roomy home for your fully-charged ski vacation, you'll love this unit. Most of our guests love the condo and its location - we have many repeat customers. But those of you who are happiest in upscale, luxury accommodations, then please check out the Cirque or the Cache!
Sleeping arrangements are: King bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the guest bedroom, and two twin rollaways (stored in the master closet) that work best for children.
You'll cook your favorite feasts in the freshly remodeled kitchen, complete with granite counter tops, tile back splash, and open kitchen/dining area. There is also lots of new and modern furniture, 3 flat screen TVs (2 with BluRay), new bedding AND did we mention your very own washer/dryer!
Compare the size of this condo with other 2-bedroom condos and you'll see that you get lots more space for your money. The bedrooms are bigger than most of the newer condo bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. For extra convenience, there is a third bathroom in the hallway.
Copper Junction is a great location for all seasons, with easy access to the slopes in the winter. The rest of the year, enjoy Sunsation, Copper Country, Yarmony Fest and all the impressive live music lineups. All just outside your door.

It was a great location, close to center village. Clean and spacious.

Terrific location in a spacious condo that worked great for our multi-generational visit. Lots of activities for the kids, great hiking opportunities.

Location was perfect! The condo was exactly as advertised….lots of space, 3 bathrooms was nice, and the view out the window was priceless!

We booked a last minute stay in Copper for a couple of nights over spring break, and were happy to find this reasonably priced place in an excellent location in center village. It was spacious, clean, steps to lifts, and had everything we needed, including a convenient ski locker and covered parking. It’s a mixture of updated (bathrooms) and a bit worn (carpet, paint, cabinets, woodwork). A couple of things needed maintenance (loose kitchen faucet handle and bathroom sink drained very slowly). Information from management company was very clear, helpful, and accurate.

This property was a mixed bag.
Great: Location is amazing. Can see the gondola and 'Mein Vein' out the window. We fit 5 sets of skis and poles (took boots to our room) in the ground floor locker. A 6th set would be tight. From the locker room it is just a 30 second walk to the American Eagle. The American Flyer is another minute or two further. The shuttles stop right next to Copper Junction if you want to get to East or West villages.
Good: Parking location is great, but very tight. I drove a Toyota Sequoia and required a spotter standing outside the vehicle helping me make about a 7 point turn to get in each time. Only had about 4" clearance on each side near the back tires due to building support columns. Once in, we could open all 4 doors just fine, but it definitely discouraged us from wanting to run an errand into town that required the car. The dining table seats up to 8. Having 3 bathrooms was convenient.
Poor: Mattresses were fairly worn and sag in spots. Kitchen faucet needs replaced (handle spins in circles, takes some work to get temperature to change). Unit was generally clean but we did find used tissues under one bed. Kitchen is stocked ok, but occasionally was missing something basic like anything to flip pancakes (I used a fork) Thermostats didn't seem to do anything. We used the gas fireplace, the provided mobile space heater, along with open windows to heat or cool as needed.

The location is unbeatable. The condo, spacious. It’s old and dated but served its purpose for our family! We were warm and cozy after a day of skiing. Walk right out to the lifts, store your gear, great restaurants in the center village. Thank you so so much!!

Location is ideal. Building and unit are old and show wear/tear tho parts of unit have been updated…overall it shows its age. For three adult males, it was fine as location can’t be beat. Instructions on how to operate TV would be helpful. Bedding should be updated/cleaned. E would return based on location alone.

Nice large condo that is true ski-in/ski-out.

Very convenient location, spacious and quiet. Nice place
It is an older unit but would like to return on our next ski vacation

We had our whole family stay here at Copper Mountain for a Christmas ski trip. This was the ideal location for a large family or group! Plenty of beds and with three bathrooms we had no problems at all! The host was fantastic and was very helpful when we had a few minor questions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Couldn't have picked a better place for a quick weekend getaway. Nice relaxing accommodations, but the real prize is that it is right next to the lifts. My crew enjoyed that their lunch break was an easy in and out to refuel for the afternoon runs. Perfect getaway to start the holiday season!

Great stay. Exactly what was described in the vrbo description and a step from the mountain.
4.5
Great location in the middle of Copper mountain steps from the Colorado trail, Starbucks, and parking

Our family of 5 was very comfortable with room for everyone. Host responded quickly with one minor issue and they got it taken care of quickly. Great views from both bedrooms and then living room and three baths is great with 4 gals

Great location to stay at Copper to do adult Woodward Summer camp.
4.5
Main positive is the fantastic location! In the main village and very accessible. A bit dated with heating board covers falling off, lights seizure flickering, etc. Not the end of the world or the goal of staying there. Bigger issue was we were charged for damage we did not cause and the management company didn’t respond for days after repeated messages and after charging us a random amount. Be extremely mindful of any damage present when you first arrive as you may be charged as well. We’ve stayed in countless rentals but the way this was handled seems pretty risky for other to incur random charges. Bummer as this is a great location and great for what folks are looking for in a ski rental.
4.5
Can't beat the location to the slopes. Although the unit is a bit dated, it was very comfortable and a fantastic location for a family ski trip. Well stocked, but missing a few items such as kitchen towels (had to use paper towels) and laundry detergent. Also pillows not great and bed mattresses not great but otherwise the place was perfect for us.

Seven guys stayed here. Plenty of space to sleep, eat, and relax. Super convenient to the mountain. Just a short walk to the lift. Covered parking was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo is a bit dated but super cozy, and the perfect ski condo! Location is awesome. 3 bathrooms is great as we had 6 people staying there. We would stay there to ski again.

This condo is in the perfect location and the size is amazing. The property description and other reviews are accurate. The condo is older but we are a family that comes to eat, sleep, and ski. I've stayed in Passage Point and it is more updated but I preferred staying in Copper Junction. I've historically checked my gear at Camp Hale each evening so I wouldn't need to carry it to ski lockers but I quickly realized it was closer/easier to ski nearly to the door of Copper Junction and store my own gear. Then I could wake up, gear up, and jump right on the gondola much faster that I could even walk the very short distance to Camp Hale. It was truly amazing and now I'm so spoiled I don't know how I'll go back to ever being anywhere but slopeside.
Also the size of the condo can't be beat. There are two separate large stationing areas to store coats and boots and having three bathrooms was a treat. We easily fit 8 people with all our gear, never felt cramped, and stayed organized.

Listing is as advertised. Great location for center village. Parking is tight for a full sized suv. Overall I would stay at copper junction again.

We had an enjoyable stay. Loved the location. Comfortable accommodations. Good view of slopes and half pipe. Loved the gas fireplace and recliners. But, this condo needs some TLC. The bedroom doors have knobs on only one side. If you are able to close the door, you can't get back in. Holes have been left in the door frames and they need a coat of paint. The faucet is hard to handle. Newer pots and pans would be nice. Refrigerator made lots of noise. Some lights did not work. Very dirty around bathroom door frame. Top rack of the dish washer kept getting stuck.

Excellent location! For a group of 6 a great surprise of a 3rd bathroom. Clean and spacious.

Spacious clean unit. Best Location on mountain!
We had another great stay here. Plenty of space for our family and all of our gear. 3 bathrooms are a plus with kids. Washer and dryer is a nice amenity to dry wet cold ski clothes. The building is older and it shows, but unit was clean and in good condition. Lots of supplies and stocked kitchen. It's beginning to feel a little like home and the only way it could be better is if we could have had a longer stay. And a little more snow. There's always next year! Thank you for your hospitality.

This property was perfect for our ski trip. It was in the best location on the mountain. Easy check in, condo was clean, spacious, and management was responsive when we had a few questions when we arrived. Nice large bedrooms, big living area, and nice fireplace. The building is a bit older as stated in the listing, so we knew what we signed up for. It was one of the lowest priced ski in ski out, by a long shot, so we were extremely happy. Condo was supplied with everything that we needed for a wonderful family trip. Thank you. We will be back.

I’d like to discuss a monetary refund for this stay. The unit was a dump, charged a Ritz Carlton price and got a Motel 6. I was not pleased with the place. I feel I was extremely over charged for a place that had a lot of issues. When we arrived on Thursday the wifi did not work. The heat definitely didn’t work correctly in the condo. The thermostats were not accurate. Friday evening after a full day of skiing with my two kids we got back and took showers and my son started cooking chicken in oven and boiling water on stove for pasta. Nothing else was on we were watching tv and the breaker tripped. I called and they were sending the building Maintance. In the mean time food was ruined. The management said we could order dinner and send bill, but no one was going out in below zero weather. She even offered for us to move to another condo (which was nice of her to offer) but we were showered and the kids made sandwiches dinner. And they did not want to move everything in below zero weather to another place. The cost of the unit is not what I got. The building Maintance said you can’t plug in anything else when using the kitchen because it will trip. I explained to the management also none of the plugs work in that condo they have a serious electrical problem. That is a serious issue with anyone staying in that unit and I’m sure it’s not in code compliance. The only one we could plug to charge our phones was one in master bedroom by the closet. Other issues is the trash can. Get one with a step so you don’t have to touch top of trash can not sanitary as it is. Also when you say use guest closet for ski’s and snowboard there was no room, because it had golf clubs and ski boots and buckets in there. I don’t think the place has been cleaned in a while because it was really dusty and moldy. Also get rid of feather pillows guest may have allergies.
I’d like a call back to discuss.

Picture Perfect
The space was just perfect for our family. The spacious place was clean and well organized. We never felt crowded or cramped when we had to be indoors due to the unexpected thunderstorms every day we were there. The covered parking was a plus, too. The washer and dryer in the unit meant we could just relax in the evening while also doing the laundry—a major convenience given all our morning outdoor activities. The third full bathroom meant everyone being ready more quickly, too! The place made everything easy. And the location is literally right on site. I don’t think we could have asked for either a better location or for more conveniences. We would definitely stay there again!
