Our cozy, second floor, studio residence - with an elevator - has all the amenities of your home away from home. The interior has been totally updated, including new windows and interior window shutters but will reflect a part of Old Naples that has passed, with hand paintings by a local artist of Gordon Pass before its development and local birds - all combined to provide a fresh coastal cottage feel. This adorable condo residence has a king bed, full kitchen and bath and a table for two! It will give the residents a feel of a cottage near the beach. There is plenty of room for your personal items with a large built-in wardrobe. Cable TV, and Internet/WiFi to ensure you are always connected to the outside world should you want to re-connect after a day of swimming in our oversized, heated pool or the beautiful Gulf of Mexico - across the street and just steps from your front door.
Coquina Cottage will have all of the Naples historic flare of the local area. Take a journey with us and relax in a comfy cottage atmosphere. The location speaks for itself. Breathtaking beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The infamous Naples Pier is in the rebuilding, planning stages and will bring this iconic Naples landmark "back better than ever." This exceptionally located residence affords you the easiest access to all the amenities that Old Naples offers. Unpack your bags and head for the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are provided. Or walk a block to Third Street South, Naples' destination venue for fine dining or casual eateries. Explore the unique boutiques and galleries for the discerning shopper or simply start exploring all the near-by attractions. The proximity to the beach was a plus. The unit is smaller than we had understood and a bit overpriced.

While the location is perfect, the hurricane left the property in a sad state. Denise communicated with me often and was completely honest, which I greatly appreciated! My biggest disappointment was the lack of heat of the pool, which is one of the best for exercise. Hopefully,all will be back in excellent shape by next seasons

The Naples Mariner was a great cozy place to stay within walking distance to the Gulf beach area and 3rd street. One of my favorites was Tony's-wonderful pastries and desserts.
My suite was super clean, comfortable and the pool was so clean and refreshing! The hosts were fabulous!

Favorite get away spot
This is our favorite spot for a quick get away. The studio is spacious with a comfortable king bed. Bathroom and kitchen are small but still very comfortable for a short stay. Always exceptionally clean and stocked with beach chairs and small beach cooler and umbrella. Everything you need! Bonus is that the beach is a short walk and the best restaurants are just as close! Love this location!

This is a great property one block from a beautiful beach on the gulf. Navy pier is 2 blocks. It’s great to be that close and not have to pay parking as it is included with the property
An umbrella, 2 beach chairs and also towels are available to use. I suggested to management that a wagon for hauling would make that perfect!!

My husband and I were looking for a reasonably priced accommodation located in “Old Naples” The Naples Mariner exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect. A short walk to both 3rd and 5th streets. Numerous restaurants and wonderful shops.
The unit was supplied with everything we needed. Beach chairs (short walk to the beach), beach towels, coffee maker, comfortable bed with nice linens.
We definitely will return if visiting Naples again!

Relaxing Getaway
This property is the former Naples Motel which has been converted into condos, which in this case is completely and nicely renovated. We prefer smaller, manageable properties and this was just that, with pool and parking.
There is easy walking access to the center of Old Naples - great restaurants, shopping, Naples Pier and beach. Even being so close to all that it was calm and quiet on the property.
We were also able to easily drive to family and friends in nearby towns.
It was a relaxing, enjoyable vacation.

Pretty little nest
This is a great complex with a location that can't be beat. As for the unit itself, it was as pictured and promised with a few lovely touches. There was a welcome basket in the fridge, a notebook with all pertinent information on the unit and suggestions for restaurants and places of interest around Naples. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Hidden Gem in Naples!
This was our first visit to Naples and this place is a hidden gem! We were so close to the beach that we were able to walk there without shoes. The beach chairs and cooler were amazing to have! 3 blocks away is Old Naples with shops and amazing restaurants. The complimentary parking space was really nice to have since we rented a car. The room was very well decorated and had all the amenities we needed inuding a fan, ice pack for the cooler, and even suncreen and aloe vera! We would have liked some fresh sheets and towels halfway through, which were actually in the room in a drawer the whole time. It would have been nice to know they were there when we checked in, instead of finding them on the last day. The only real issue we had was with the bed. The bed is actually two separate twin beds held together with a memory foam pad and sheets. This was overall fine, except the quality of the mattresses were poor. They are very springy, squishy, and loud anytime you move. We had to take one star off for this because having restful sleep on our vacation is an essential part of the experience for us. Overall, if the bed was replaced we would be back without any complaints!

Perfect place to stay
I've stayed in the apartment with my teenage daughter. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. It has everything everyone needs to enjoy a vacation, including beach towels, chairs, etc. The location is absolutely unbeatable. Steps to the amazing beach and beautiful Naples Pier, shops, and restaurants. The building is not new but is well maintained. Checking in and checking out were contactless and very easy. The host stayed in touch with us all time. The only concern that we had was the size of the TV set. We wish it was bigger. Apart from that everything was perfect.

Location was awesome, the studio room was very clean and stocked for what we needed. Will say the "patio" should be taken down - it was a chair outside the room to be shared. The complex and pool need a little updating but we were not there very often - the beach was beautiful and appreciated the chairs and cooler to take there. Very happy with our stay - can not beat the block walk to beach, pier and restaurants.

The Naples Mariner unit was a perfect location for our long weekend visit. Restaurants were close by and the Naples Pier and the beach were just a block away. The check-in process was simple. As an extra touch, there was a gift basket in the fridge including water and breakfast bars. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay right in the heart of Old Naples.

Excellent Location!
This was our first time in Naples & we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. It was very clean & exactly as advertised. It is a one block walk right to the beach access. No need to pay to park & the pier is right there! It is also within walking distance to many shops & restaurants. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Naples!
