This condo was a hidden gem. Even better than imagined! It is superbly located 2 mins walk to the beach, with parking space outside the condo. It is beautifully decorated with everything you could think of and so much more. The snack box was a lovely surprise. Beach chairs and umbrellas were amazing extra when you can’t bring with you! The property was spotless. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay including beach towels and chairs and umbrellas. The beds were extremely comfortable!! The snack box and waters were beyond appreciated as we rolled in from the airport at 2am hungry and thirsty. We will absolutely stay again!!

Michael’s condo was one of the best places we’ve stayed on vacation. Not only was it updated and clean, but the location was amazing. We were walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Our daughters especially enjoyed the pool (which was pristine). The condo had everything we needed and more for the beach (towels, umbrella, sand toys, sunscreen). The hosts have thought of everything! We would gladly stay again!

We absolutely loved our recent stay in Naples. We were familiar with the area and this unit exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed for our stay (and more) was included in the unit. The unit itself was immaculate and perfectly decorated. The owners provided excellent linens and towels. I’m pretty picky when it comes to mattresses and the cozy king did not disappoint. We will be back next year.

This 2br, 2 bth unit is in a building with a gorgeous, warm pool that's one block from a gorgeous, white sand, teal water beach. It's imbedded in a stunning, very upscale neighborhood that's walking distance to restaurants and shops (3rd Street). The unit is newly renovated and very clean. It's also very nicely appointed with chairs, towels, sunblock, beach and pool toys, kitchen staples, a snack box and even little dishes of candy. It was just the right size for two adults (one of us working). Might be a little snug for four people, but given the location, I'd take it if I were a family, too. Location is amazing. Block from the beach, near the pier. 2 block from shops and restaurants on 3rd. About a 20 minute walk to shops and restaurants on 5th. Dedicated parking spot. Condo is newly renovated so everything is in great shape. Well designed to maximize space. It’s a cozy condo but was fine for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Host provided all sorts of amenities and items to use during the stay which made our lives easier and the trip more enjoyable. Communication was perfect all along, from pre-arrival to check-in and departure. I highly recommend this property, we’ll definitely return next time we’re in the area. Thanks!

This condo was clean, well decorated and offered everything we needed for a fun girls’ weekend for 3. It was on the small side, but the location was SO AMAZING that it was not an issue. Beach access and shops and restaurants were both minutes away by foot. Perfect and would stay again!

Wonderful location for beach access and restaurants! Everything we needed for an awesome stay in Naples. We cooked breakfast and lunch in the well furnished kitchen then walked to dinner most nights. All beach needs were provided including chairs, coolers and towels. Kristy was helpful and very responsive. Can’t wait to go back! .

My husband and I planned a last minute getaway and this location was perfect. We walked one block to the beach each day and then walked a few blocks to a different restaurant at night. We even found a wonderful personal trainer in old Naples to challenge my husband so he didn’t miss out on his training routine. No need for a car! In our haste to get to Naples Florida I forgot sunscreen and Kristen and Michael had it there readily available with beach towels, chairs, coolers and beach umbrella. One day it really stormed and they even supplied us with a great HUGE umbrella. Their extras closet was well thought out and very helpful. Lots of unexpected extras! I would book again with them. Thank you.

If you’re coming to Naples for a beach vacation, Michael and Kristen’s property is perfect. The condo is literally one block off the beach and they have thought of everything you need for a great day in the sun. They have chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach mats, toys, a cooler, ice packs, and more. The beds are so comfortable and the bath towels were nice and plentiful. The kitchen is small but well equipped. The location is not only close to the beach, but just two blocks from the heart of Old Naples and one mile from Fifth Ave. The condo is not large, but just right for four people, and their guest service was truly the best I’ve ever had for a rental, we will be back again!

We had a great time in Naples! This condo has everything you would want! Great Location! Fully stocked kitchen with plates, cups, etc. Laundry on property and super easy to use! The beds were very comfortable and the AC was super cold! This really made our stay very comfortable. The swimming pool was very clean and had noodles for guest use. There are also 5 beach chairs along with toys which made our trip to the beach even more comfortable. We really appreciated the welcome gift basket. This was such a nice, personal touch! The room was also well stocked with all cleaning and toilet necessities as well. We were also impressed with how clean the condo was! The owners did a great job communicating with us and they are super nice! We can’t wait to book this condo again!

This condo is super clean and spacious. Location is excellent. Very nice area, overall. 2 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. They had coloring books, snacks, beach toys and sweet treats for our little ones. Umbrella, cooler, beach chairs and towels available to take to the beach. Towels and linens were clean and neat.
