About this house rental
You are cordially invited to stay at our 'around the world' showcase home. This 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom 2,800 square foot non-smoking private vacation home is in the conveniently located Windsor Hills Resort. Our home is only a 2 mile drive from the Disney theme parks and is even closer to a variety of shopping and restaurants.
This beautiful home features all the conveniences of your home with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and comfortable spacious living areas. The bedrooms and living areas are decorated to capture the essence of countries 'around the world'. So after an exciting day at the many attractions in and around Orlando you can continue the fun playing Wii or billiards in the homes game room. Or, if you so decide, you can kick back and relax in the subtly decorated African Safari living room or Tuscan family room. After you are done unwinding you will look forward to your retreat to either Paris, the Orient, Morocco or England bedrooms. The kids are not to be forgotten, they can enjoy their stay in either a Sports or Disney Fairies themed bedroom. Each room features a flat screen TV with DVD player to further your entertainment. The home also features high speed wireless internet if you want to stay 'connected' on your vacation.

Everything was great about our stay here. Anytime that we needed any assistance(which was mainly on our end lol) the owner was quick to respond and help resolve. Would definitely come here again. Very close to park and the house was super clean. Community area was nice for all ages too. Can’t say enough great things. Will be back again in the future!

I booked Around the World, for 5 of us, my husband and I and our three children (13),(11) & (7) for our trip to Disney World. We didn't need something so big, particularly as the bedrooms are spacious but I liked the look of it online and wanted a large pool so booked. Dave & Julie were in contact before we even arrived to ensure all was in order. Check in was easy and the entry instructions well explained. We loved the place, it was welcoming, very clean, well set out, every room had a different theme & TV. The children went straight for the princess & ball themed rooms and settled in quickly. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment, and there are clear instructions as a guide which I really liked. The games room was a hit with all of us. The pool was clean and once heated was a added bonus. Dave & Julie were in contact when needed, and their attentiveness was well appreciated. Will definitely be back, thanks so much :)

The house was very clean and supplied well. Everything was great. The only issue was directions to the overflow lot for parking as the person at the gate did not give very good directions. The house itself was great and communication with the manager was great.

The house is in a great location and was very well equipped, including a dish drain, cutting board, a pitcher, and sharp knives, all of which we typically do not find at rental houses. The problem was that there were so many rules we were expected to follow that it drove us and the kids nuts. We were asked to use only white towels in the pool area, but they weren’t enough to go around. We were asked not to put hot or wet things on the kitchen and dining room table, and not to put anything hot on the tile table in the pool area which kept us constantly moving trivets. And we were asked to be very careful with the brand new, light colored carpet. We would have much preferred less expensive but hardier furnishings so we could be more relaxed.

We have stayed at many VRBO’s within Windsor Hills and this property is hands down our favorite. The attention to providing “homey” comforts was above and beyond! Property Manager is very attentive. We will try and stay here again!

This is a wonderful property. The pool and hot tub were clean and a great asset which, as a family group with young children, we really enjoyed. The unit was clean and spacious. The young children loved the game room. The adults really enjoyed the kitchen and family room. Everything was wonderful and we would definitely rent this unit again.

The property was wonderful the owner, very responsive and prompt. We enjoyed our stay immensely. They were 14 of us as a family and we had an additional 11 for dinner on Friday night. Everything went without a hitch. The only problem exists within the complex where no cars are allowed on the streets and limited parking in the driveways. We had to go pick visitors up offsite or in the parking lot and at Walmart in order to bring them to the house. This was a major inconvenience. Never spoke to the property manager only the owner who was amazing!

We had a fantastic time at this location. Very clean home and bathrooms, even though our large group of 13 had to wait in line for bathrooms a few times. That just comes with a big family! We were nearby to Universal and other main attractions, with lots of restaurant choices close by. The clubhouse was excellent and provided our adults a day of respite by the club pool while our kids got to swim, slide, and snack. We will be considering booking here again in the future as it fit all of our family’s needs!

Wonderful home. Communication with the owner was fast and pleasant. Very nicely laid out and in a very safe and inviting community. Walmart just up the street and plenty of great restaurants within several minutes. Highly recommended!

This home is in excellent shape and is pristine. The owners are very responsive and contacted us the day we arrived to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms are spacious and it was a 10 minute drive to Disney World entrance and close to groceries and restaurants. We will definitely stay again in the future.

This property was hands down the most spectacular vacation home for our stay in central Florida. There were 6 of us (4 adults, 2 toddlers) and the house and neighborhood had something for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked for anything you could ever dream of making, and more. Plenty of towels, the game room is spectacular and my son loved playing air hockey. The kids bedrooms are adorably designed, the bathrooms are large and very nice. The pool area is phenomenal and my kids loved spending days in the pool. The playgrounds and water parks are right around the corner, and just outside the neighborhood you have Walmart, restaurants, Publix grocery stores and anything you could need.
We honestly felt like we were home, my kids absolutely loved the house and felt comfortable from the moment you step in, being able to cook our meals when we wanted went a long way towards that. The digital board with hours and wait times or various things at each park and the weather was extremely helpful.

Lots of sleeping space and the beds are comfortable. Very clean!!!!! The pool area is very nice. The house is in a good location. Close to shopping and Disney. There is a nice kids park right around the corner and it is close to the community pool, water park, and club house. The owner was very easy to work with and he responded to questions very quickly.

We had a terrific stay for a family golf trip with 7 adults. The house is very clean, well appointed, everything worked well and the pool and hot tub we great to jump into after a long day out. The owner does a super job with communication, to include detailed instructions on how to use things. We'd definitely stay here again. Also, when I needed to make some adjustments on my end, Dave was very responsive and helpful. Thanks so much, this helped make our trip easy and hassle free!

The owner was very attentive. Responded to my inquiries within minutes. That was clean and well-kept. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The kids spent hours in there each day. We already thinking of our next trip to Orlando in the next 2 to 3 years and I will be booking this house again no question.

Wonderful property very close to everything. I have honestly never stayed in a home this well stocked. We had an amazing time and truly appreciated all the extras. There is even a wait times screen by the front door that lets you see how busy the parks are and opening times among other things. The kids loved the pool and I loved that we could let them swim every day when we got back.

The location of this property is great relative to the parks, and it's a nice, comfortable home with many amenities. The best part of our experience, however, was how attentive the owner was. We had to adjust our vacation plans due to the hurricane, and Dave reached out before I even had the chance to do so. He was quick to communicate and worked with us through every step of the process. If and when I return to Orlando, I will DEFINITELY look here first, as everything was top notch.

First, my family does this trip 3-4 times a year and almost always stays in Windsor Hills. If you're going to Disney you can not beat the location. Second, this may have been the best house we have ever stayed at. Most important, it was very clean. The beds were in decent shape, the bedding was a much better quality than is normally found in these places and it was stocked with everything you could need. Paper towels, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, coffee, coffee filters, just lots of little things that make it so you don't have to run out the moment you get there. Plus the a/c was great. You might assume that any place you would stay in Central Florida would have great a/c, but alas that is not the case. The furniture is not new, the tables have obvious use, but that is to be expected and compared to other places we've stayed it was a step up. Entry into the property was well explained and easy to execute. There is a grill there with no extra charge to use (we didn't because it pretty much rained all the time, but at most places you have to ask for one and there is an upcharge). The kitchen has Granite countertops and an upgraded sink. The showers have good heads and good pressure. The game room is converted garage, and it was wonderful too. There was full table air hockey and billiards tables and most important, the room did not smell musty or moldy. We don't always need a 6 bedroom, but next time we do we will try to stay here again. It was great.

Amazing property!
The house was definitely a home away from home! Our family absolutely loved it and felt like there was ample space for everyone. The kids loved the game room in the garage, especially the air hockey table!
We felt the display screen by the front door was an asset to our trip and believe it was helpful in so many ways.
We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay, especially if going to Disney!

Just what we needed — for everyone in our family
Very close to Disney and close to Universal. Quiet community. Our group was eight people — grandparents, kids, spouses, college student and five year old. There was more than enough room for everyone and the walls were thick enough that you couldn’t hear anyone else when you were in your bedroom. The house was well equipped, attractive and immaculate. The screened in patio and pool were the highlight— so much fun but very safe. There were layers of gates and locks so we didn’t have to worry about our little one. The grandparents really appreciated the hot tub after long days at the parks!! I had a few small questions which were answered immediately by the property manager. Really a great experience.

Excellent stay!
Our family had such a wonderful stay at this property! The house is just as described, very comfortable and extremely clean. It's clear that the owners take wonderful care of this property and they are so easy to work with. The house has many nice touches that most rentals don't, including baby gates, highchair, stroller, and house supplies like dishwasher soap/detergent, toilet paper, etc. The owner, Dave, was amazing to work with and answered my (many) questions quickly and with a lot of helpful detail. We had a party of 9 and we had plenty of space to spread out after a busy day at the parks. Our kids loved having a private pool, and we were glad we had added the pool heat as it was cool on some evenings. The game room was also a big hit! Windsor Hills is a great resort - it's a short drive to the parks, the neighborhood is quiet, it has a beautiful pool and water slide area, and the prices are so much more affordable than on site for large groups. We could easily walk over to the main pool and the kids loved the water slides. The water was amazingly warm! There's a small shop that has all the basic necessities, plus they serve food and ice cream at reasonable prices. We've booked many VRBO rentals and this is by far the best equipped house we've stayed in. We'd absolutely rent again!

Great Place
This house was very clean. They provided you with extra items such as toiletries, washing detergent, etc. The only issue I had was not with the host, it was with Windsor Hill itself. I rented a 6 bedroom home and was only allowed 3 vehicles to enter. Therefore it was an inconvenience for me to find alternative parking. Don't park at the Wal-Mart up the street, because your vehicle will be towed.

Great Disney Accomodations
The home was absolutely spotless and had so much space to stretch out. The pool heat was great and the pool area was super clean. It was very chilly on a couple of nights and the spa was very toasty. If you're interested in the resort, it's just a very short walk. Dave was very responsive and even worked with the management company to help return two items that were left behind by my daughter. There was plenty of coffee, soap and paper goods so no need to run to Walmart (which is literally 3 minutes away). You may find a home in WH a little cheaper but I doubt your stay will be as pleasant!
