We are delighted to offer a great selection of privately owned homes and condos here, each designed with your vacation enjoyment in mind, and Once Upon A dream is a great example of that.

Located less than a 2 minute drive, or 5 minute walk, from the main resort clubhouse and water park, this extremely popular home is very well equipped as you will see. Once Upon A Dream sleeps 14 people comfortably, the bedrooms consisting of 2 King size Master bedrooms, with full en-suite facilities, 1 Queen size bedroom located on the first floor, 2 twin over full with twin trundle themed rooms and 1 twin themed room.
Family vacations are often memorable affairs and finding the right home is so important. Once Upon A dream takes much of the guesswork out of that because not only does it have almost everything you might be looking for, it comes at an extremely affordable price given all that if offers. The main features of this wonderful home include a spacious kitchen, open living room, a games room with pool, shuffleboard and game console station, and a very spacious second sitting area which also houses the main dining area with seating for 8. There is also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
We like our guest to feel that any home they reserve with us is actually their home too, a home away from home, and this villa certainly feels that way. The main living area boasts mahogany furniture and a 55 inch flat screen television, along with an upgraded cable service that allows you to connect effortlessly to your Netflix account if you choose to. Watching a family movie here is so easy given the 2812 sq ft of living space that the home offers.
Right next to the main living area is a Queen bedroom, and next to that is a full bathroom. This has been one of the most popular features of this floor plan especially for those guests that have difficulty negotiating stairs. The full size washer and dryer are on the first floor too, as is the second sitting area which has additional seating for up to 6 people, and the main dining area. Please note too that in the kitchen area there is an additional breakfast table that seats a further 4 people, just proving yet again the room available for the whole family.

After enjoying a memorable day at the theme parks everyone will surely appreciate the well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal on offer as well as all the hand held appliances you would expect. With all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too, and a dining area with ample seating for 6, everything is there for you to both prepare, and enjoy, a home cooked family meal.
On the second floor there are a further 5 bedrooms, including the 2 KIng Master suites, a beatifully themed twin room, and 2 bunk bed rooms, each set of bunk beds featuring a Full size lower bed. Theses bedrooms have been professionally desined and decorated, and are quite stunning to see. The twin room has a Frozen theme, while one of the bunk beds is themed with Avengers, the other one entitled 'Surfs Up'. These bedrooms are sure to be a big hit with all members of the family, and do elevate this home in to the luxury category. All the bedrooms have flat screen TV's too, and upgraded cable packages. Note too that all towels and linens are provided for your stay.
A patio door from the living area leads onto a large patio furnished with loungers, tables and chairs, and facing South East, you can enjoy the setting sun well into the late afternoon from here, perhaps even enjoy a traditional family BBQ as you plan your next adventure!. This relaxed setting also houses the pool and spa. *Please note that pool heat is available for an additional charge.
As if all that isn't enough, another great feature of this fabulous villa, and one that all guests really seem to enjoy, is the games room which is located in the garage. In here, you can enjoy the shuffleboard table, and take advantage of the pool table too, or play video games on the large wall mounted flatscreen TV.

Windsor Hills is a beautiful, family-friendly, gated resort community in Kissimmee, Florida (south of Orlando). Situated only two miles from Walt Disney World® Resort, it’s located within easy reach of most of Orlando's top attractions. The house was good. Beds were comfortable. House could use a good deep cleaning and a grill. Kitchen could use a full set of pots and pans to service 12 people. Pool and hottub motors were not working but maintenance was aware and had pool company out to check it.

Close proximity to Magic Kingdom & related parks (10 minute drive). Nice sized pool was enjoyed by all. Safety fence surrounding the the pool was a must for our two year old. The home had some minor maintenance issues and the tile floor needed a scrubbing. I would recommend and would stay again.

Absolutely loved this property. The house was large enough to keep us all from being on top of each other. And the pool was perfect to come back too after a long day at the parks!! Only recommendation would be to add some room darkening curtains to the rest of the bedrooms. That 630am sun is bright. But we will be back.

Close to a Walmart and publix grocery store not much farther. All Beds were comfy!! 30 min drive to Magic Kingdom; the other Disney Parks were closer. . Supberb public areas at Windsor Hills - splash pool- water slides. Something for everyone !!!! Highly recommend this Villa!!

When we booked it nearly 18 months ago it was getting great reviews and we watched over the last year as increasingly reviews were less favourable. We found the place adequate but getting a bit tired. Like others we note it needed better cleaning especially the tiled floors. We also note the kitchen was under equipped. That said at the price point we were happy with the overall value we got from the rental. If the owners want to continue to bill it as 5 star some attention is needed but as a decent 4 star property it is still work the money we paid. The location itself is fine and good for Disney

House was as expected, very large had lots of space for family of 9 could definitely accommodate more. Had everything we needed to start the vacation! Notified management regarding a few broken items and was fixed within 24 hours - nothing that interrupted our vacation. Would definitely return, love with location! The location was beautiful, the resort was a cute/quiet neighbourhood.
House was good, very spacious, kids loved the pool!
The cleanliness of the place could be improved, as well as some overall maintenance to make it even better.
Fridge shelf was broken on arrival, missing items from the games room, some hair found on one of the beds sheets.
Overall we had a great week, the house was plenty big for our extended family of 9, lots of great memories.

The house was big enough for all 10 of us 5 adults 5 kids. The staircase railing was broken but we contacted the rental/owners and let them know.

First, I will start with the good
1. The location of this property is pretty close to Disney. The drive is really quick and easy.
2. The neighborhood is very secure and quiet. We always felt safe.
3. The community pool was big, had a zero entry side, and a hot tub. My kids had a hard time swimming here because the water was so cold, but it was December. The community pool was clean and spacious and had a lot of seating.
4. The house is huge. This house comfortable fit our family of ten with a lot of room to spare.
5. We decided to heat the pool. The kids swam in it day and night because it was so warm. It was probably our best spent money heating the pool.
6. The garage game room is excellent. We loved playing shuffleboard and the kids liked the games.
7. The beds were so comfortable.
Now the bad
1. This house was really dirty when we got there. The floors were sticky, there was food and crumbs from other people all over the couch. The counters were visibly dirty. The fridge was the worst part. I scrubbed black sludge from the fridge before we used it.
2. The pool was constantly getting critters in the it. The surrounding netting has a ton of holes in it. Some pretty big holes too. Every morning we would wake up to a dead geckos and frogs littering the pool.
3. The pool furniture is made out of pvc pipe which is really uncomfortable and feels a little rickety and unsafe.
4. The pool deck could use a good cleaning as well. Moss and dirt was covering the back side of the hot tub and pool.
5. We ended up going out to buy disposable cutlery because we could only find 4 forks in the entire house. Not a big deal but could be for someone expecting there to be silverware there. A few more home comforts would be nice but wasn’t a make it or break it for us.
6. There aren’t enough towels for the amount of people this house can hold. We were washing towels twice a day at least.
7. This house could use a few home repairs. The railing leading up the stairs was broken off two feet from the top. The carpet was unraveling near the doors. A lot of the kick boards and trim in the family spaces had chunks missing and was really dirty.
Overall this house is really excellent for a big family and the management company is really easy to get ahold of. A good thorough cleaning would go a long way in this house. We would rent again if we go because the location and size of the house is excellent.

The only reason I didn't rate excellent is an issue with some ants and fruit flies after we arrived and, if you are a lean freak like me, you can tell that the property hasn't been deep cleaned in awhile. However, the property manager had someone out to take care of the issue within the day and I have never had a VRBO that did meet my level of expectation on overall cleanliness. Everything else was as expected and had a great week with plenty of room for my family of 10.

The check in process was easy. Finding the house in the gated property was no problem. The house was perfect for all 10 of us. The pool wasn't the cleanest but some cleaners came on Wednesday. The game room was disappointing. The shuffle board table you couldn't play on at all, the pool table was so wobbley that we didn't touch because we didn't want it falling apart. The gaming system controllers were dead and we couldn't find the chargers for them. The room setup was the best for the kids. We definitely had plenty of room! The Waterpark area is a huge bonus. It is so close to the house and the kids even the parents loved the water slides. We would definitely book this property again.

The pictures of the house had us very excited but the reality was a different story. Check in was easy with the main gate, friendly staff helped and made it easy. The Windsor Community water park, pool and facilities were very nice. Kids loved them. Also location is great, just a quick drive to any of the parks and stores.
Upon arrival the house didn't live up to expectations.
-Hairs on the towels, pillows, bed linens and bathmats. (all rooms)
-Laundry Room - had paint cans and random stuff just hanging around. Where you add the soap was disgusting with old build up and the closet in the laundry room appears to be the "catch all" room with random kids stuff, paint cans, broken blind pieces from the sliding door and other random things. All just thrown in out of sight out of mind I guess.
- The "play room" in the garage hand sand all over floor from game so obviously wasn't cleaned. The one PlayStation remote didn't work (no charging cable) so kids couldn't play.
- The pool area was a mess. Random googles thrown around, broken blow up floats on the ground and a kick board with big hole in it so tiny foam pieces everywhere. Broken outdoor chair with tables that looked like hadn't been cleaned. The child safety fence around pool was even unlatched and open. Pool was cloudy.
- In the kitchen the dishwasher metal face would come off when open and closing. And worst parts of it all were the Ants. Ants on kitchen floor and kitchen counter. There was even an ant highway in the downstairs bathroom. It was obviously a problem before because random ant traps were already in the kitchen and in the cabinets. The kitchen slider door to pool missing many of its blinds despite sign telling you that you are responsible if broken.
- The larger master bed had dead little flies in the tub, hair in the drawers and even an old Hair Brush covered in hair in one of the drawers. Oh and.... more ants. Nothing like having ants on your bathroom vanity while trying to brush your teeth .
Its important to note that I did reach out to the owner with many of these issues and he sent the cleaner back the next day to "re-clean" and most but not all of the clean issues were cleaned. An exterminator was sent twice to the house to help with the ants but that not a instant fix so dealt with ant basically entire trip.
Apologies and some compensation were given

It had everything available to make our stay comfortable. Items if not in the house were available by asking host how to book or shopping within 10 minutes drive away. Definately pay the extra for hot tub heat ahead of time and bbq order immediately. The host definately was helpful in arranging these items. The few baby items were appreciated and extra strollers, so thoughtful! Thanks we would come back on our next Disney trip.

Before checking in. The owner should let the renters know that they will have to enter the community through a different entrance in order to enter in. Process takes like 5 minutes. The house was spacious and nice. The Pool was a little dirty but overall ok. The pillows could of been changed out and the linens had some hair on it. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. The game room was fun for the teens but one of the pool sticks were broken. Overall had great time. My family liked it and we'll come back....

We stayed a week for a Disney trip and really annoyed this house. It had more than enough rooms for the whole family and grandparents. The private pool and hot tub was a plus! Location to Disney was very convenient. Gated community as well, so enjoyed that peace of mind! Would definitely return!!

Great location for Disney. It was very hot at the parks one day so we came home to swim in the afternoon before returning to the park which was great! Lots of space to move around and the kids and adults enjoyed the pool. The community pool was nice but very crowded and we couldn’t find chairs to sit. We had 8 people and someone kindly gave us 1 chair to put our stuff on after we asked—too many people saving seats. The house itself needs some maintenance. The bunk bed in the Avengers room was so loose I was afraid for my child to sleep there. We ended up purchasing an Allen wrench to tighten all the bolts. There was also a missing electrical outlet cover in the kids room. We purchased one to replace it to avoid an issue with my younger children. The PlayStation did not work— we called management because of that and the unsafe (too loose) game chairs. They fixed the chairs but not the PlayStation which was disappointing for my son. Finally, we paid for the pool heat a day or two into our stay. The hot tub gets lukewarm at best and the pool is only slightly less chilly if the hot tub is on. The hot tub jets do not work. Overall the management company needs to spend a little more time walking around and checking that things in this property are in order. The location was great and we enjoyed the house!

We have stayed at Windsor hills a few times over the years. The house was well equipped with what we needed. The kids liked the game room. The house did have a few areas that might need a little attention. One of the rooms had stained bedding. The wall the front door looks like it was hit a few times by the door. A few other very minor issues, like the sliding back door. Overall a great home that we did enjoy. The weather this time of year is beautiful in FL.

The house was perfect for our needs. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms fit our family of 11 perfectly. The pool, spa, and game room were utilized fully. The decor was beautiful, and the kids loved the themed bedrooms. We had a couple of maintenance issues (spa wasn’t working, ps4 was broken), but management responded quickly and fixed the spa. The location of the property was very convenient to Disney and Universal, as well as shopping and restaurants. My only suggestion is to think about doing a thorough house cleaning quarterly or at least every 6 months. The cleaning crew seemed to do the bare minimum. Surfaces were cleaned, but the perimeters of every room were definitely in need of cleaning. And there was evidence of a small animal’s feces in an upstairs closet, which we cleaned up.
Overall, it was a great stay and we would recommend this property! We hope to stay there again in the future.

I almost want to give a bad review just so this property will be available for us anytime going further but I can’t say enough good things about this home. Absolutely perfect for our kids and grandchildren. We had such a good time swimming and using the hot tub that the grandkids didn’t want to go to Disney for a second day because they wanted to stay home and swim and play shuffleboard in the game room . Rooms were comfortable and channels available on tvs were excellent. I cannot wait to come back in 2023! We LOVED this place .

Overall this property was good. Super close to parks and shopping/food. Getting in the community was fast and easy most of the time and staff was friendly. House could’ve been a little cleaner in my opinion. We had a great time!

We loved the house. We had 11 people with ages from 2 through 65. Plenty of room for the whole family. The people was great and the resort amenities were amazing. We will definitely be back.

This house was amazing! The themed bedrooms for the kids was what most impressed us when looking for a place to stay. During our vacation, we enjoyed being able to relax by the pool/hot tub, watch a football game together, and the kids had lots of games to play in the game room. Super close to Disney, Walmart, and golfing at Mystic Dunes.
We were a little frustrated at the miscommunication of having a grill available (or lack of). Apparently, that needs to be requested and there's an additional fee.
Also, the house could have been taken care of a little better. The sliding door got stuck every time and could be heard upstairs (not convenient when it is right below where the kids were trying to sleep). Some of the blinds were missing/came off with gentle care, and the floors need a very good cleaning. We noticed some mold issues in the upstairs master bathroom as well as the corner of the pool area.

Terrific location, lots of space. We loved the pool!! Wish we could have spent more time at the house, but we were so busy at the parks. We had a wonderful time. The Evergreen management company was incredibly responsive and friendly.

My family and I really enjoyed the home. My children loved the theme rooms as well as the swimming pool. The hot tub was an great addition for us adults. Will definitely book again.
