Enjoyed our annual visit to Hilton Head Island with family and friends! Staying in this location put us close to beach and pools and all that Coligny offers. Pam is a great host - we didn’t want for a thing!!!

We loved our stay here. We had 2 families - 3 in each party this time. Each of the parents took a room and the girls (17 and 20) slept in the couch. It worked. The condo is well stocked, you could show up with nothing but your clothes and be set for your stay - beach and all. Walk to the beach is short and easy, rooftop pool was really nice. We hung out on the balcony a lot and that furniture was really nice. 2nd bedroom and bath need some updating (that’s where my husband and I stayed - the one bed is very loud! The shower door needs fixed) but I can tell that updates are being made through the house. We will definitely come back and rent this unit again!

This is our second time staying at this property and it’s been fantastic both times! Location can’t be beat. If you’re sharing one car like we did there are so many walkable locations including grocery store, park with playground, restaurants, a brewery, etc. The beach ( private and public entrances) are also a short walk. The beach caddy thing is very helpful for hauling chairs etc to the beach. The cleaning is top notch. Everything you need in the kitchen. The only downside for some people might be the noise from across the street. There’s live music but it is usually over by 9 or 10 pm. This didn’t bother us at all and we actually enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the music after the baby went to bed. We’ll be back again I’m sure!

We had such a wonderful stay here! It was spacious and well-stocked with all the kitchen and beach gear to get us through the week with three kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach and lots of shopping/dining. We had bikes delivered to the garage so it was convenient and easy!

Stayed at this condo before Covid and we were very pleased to return for two weeks. Everything was perfect, no complaints, location is excellent and very relaxed. Only wish the pool was heated but we were able to use the heated one at the Sea Crest across the street. Sorry to have to leave!

Great visit in Hilton Head. 1 block to the beach. Kind and responsive owner. Sadly the pool and hot tub were closed which was really disappointing. The hot tub was blocked off with tape. The pool might have been closed due to our late Feb visit but that isn't mentioned in the listing.

We loved the location and the condo! My husband did notice a lot of wasp nests under eaves of parts of the building so it might be good to have your exterminator company come out and knock them down.

We stayed 3 days for mom’s birthday. Unit is very clean, gated property and very well maintained. Pam is very responsive for any queries. Location is close to every thing. Though it was crazy hot weather we mostly stayed in the unit ( not what we planned for) as we have seniors and infants/toddler. Since it was close to lots of restaurants we had no problem in ordering and pickups. Entire family enjoyed a great vacation time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Could not ask for a better location, very short walk to beach. The beach chairs and wagon provided were very welcome. The owner is very easy to work with and responds to any question immediately. Parking was great and so nice to be covered. Many restaurants are walking distance as are many shops. Would stay again.

My husband and I enjoyed a great long weekend at 301 North Shore. We have stayed many places on HHI but this was one of the cleanest and nicest units, with great proximity to everything going on around Coligny. Pam responded quickly to any questions I had and we would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I really loved this condo! Clean, well decorated, and perfectly located. The wrap around porch is perfect for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening! Beach is a short jaunt, restaurants, and shopping super convenient also. This was our favorite spot!

This is our eighth time coming to Hilton head, but the first time staying at Northshore. The condo itself was everything it was described as very clean, beautifully decorated & a very well stocked kitchen. I I loved the wraparound porch. Great spot for my morning coffee. There was also a cart so that we could carry lawn chairs, beach umbrella, & our cooler to the beach. The beach was very easily accessible, just across the street. We could use the facilities at Seacrest. The parking was easy in the garage where we had also ordered bikes which were there when we arrived! Love the coligny area, everything you need is right there! All in all this was a great property & would stay here again! Thank you Leslie! The weather was perfect too! Wonderful week.

The condo was very clean and tidy. Everything we needed and more was available. The beach gear we used (cart and chairs) were in great shape. There was also an umbrella and pool floats that we didn’t use. Parking was very easy. It was a gated garage below the building. There were luggage carts and grocery carts available in the garage. The condo felt middle to high end in terms of amenities, finishes, and overall condition. Location was perfect especially for a family sharing one car. Very short walk to either the large public beach or beach in front of the sea crest building. I would say 5 mins or less. Coligny plaza with grocery store, restaurants, ice cream shops, clothing and beach stores was literally right next door. Street noise and noise from the restaurants didn’t bother us but it was there. The restaurant noise was done by a normal bedtime. The second bedroom was very dark and quiet so perfect for little ones! Overall it was a perfect stay and we hope to come back!

I am picky (just ask my family) but this place exceeded all my high expectations. Gated parking - big plus. Plenty of luggage carts - yes indeed. Well-maintained tastefully decorated common areas - of course. Keypad entry to building and unit - no keys to share/lose. All that was before we ever got inside the unit, where things got even better: High quality furnishings, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, everything immaculately clean. The kitchen had top-notch appliances, with plenty of china, glassware, and flatware and a huge selection of cookware. There were all kinds of thoughtful touches: A basket of throw blankets; a selection of board games; soaps and shampoo, just in case; a working hair dryer; coasters on the nightstands; plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Simply perfect. We can't wait for our next visit.

We enjoyed renting this place. Close to beach and plaza next door. We had a toilet problem and messaged the owner and someone was out in a couple hours and fixed it. The only con was that the 2nd bedrooms beds were hard. Master bedroom bed was great. Loved the wrap around porch. We didn’t have the greatest weather but we still enjoyed our stay. Hopefully will rent again.
