Here it's endless summer. Slow your pace, indulge your dreams and float in crystal-clear Caribbean waters. You've discovered a piece of paradise fronted by one of the world's most pristine beaches -- Grace Bay Beach.
Set amongst seven acres of native tropical gardens and with 350 feet of beachfront, Villa Camilla is seven of the largest and last remaining private beachfront properties along this world famous, 12-mile stretch of beach. There is plenty of space for social distancing on the beach; in fact, you may be the only sunbathers in front of the villa!
Just across the dunes, you'll find fine, sugar white sand and water so turquoise it doesn't seem real. And the coral reef that begins nearby just off shore teems with colorful tropical fish. Don your mask and snorkel in glorious Princess Alexandra Marine Park. Or enjoy any of the island's many activities, nightlife, restaurants, and other adventures, all nearby to Villa Camilla.
Villa Camilla is a sun-filled beach residence with a handsome, two-story gate leading into a soaring atrium that connects all rooms.
The Villa has been designed to provide maximum air circulation with its screened, two-story atrium, abundance of windows, and ceiling fans in each room.
A graceful spiral staircase leads to the spacious second story living room, dining room, kitchen and decks. As you reach the top of the staircase, you cannot help but gasp at the beautiful view...khaki sea grasses dotting low rolling dunes and a wide, brilliantly white beach that slips softly into a turquoise bay so serene you can hardly tell where it meets the sky.
On Villa Camilla's east deck, you can enjoy morning coffee in the sun or read in the shade in the afternoon. The large deck on the west just off the living room is ideal for dining and lounging and watching Provo's magnificent sunsets with rum punch in hand.
For restful nights or afternoon naps, Villa Camilla offers three spacious air-conditioned bedrooms each with its own bath and secluded deck. For your comfort, the master bedroom is equipped with a king bed and the other two bedrooms may be configured as either kings or twins. There is also a queen sofabed in the living room.

This home is amazing and has a beautiful beach. I loved how I could sit on the beach and not even hear the people at the close by resort. The only thing disappointing was the construction next door. We weren’t told about the construction until the day before our trip. Construction started every morning at 7 am and continued most of the day. Everything else about this property is paradise.

Hotel construction next door but was compensated for it. Still a little bit annoying.

My partner Sue and I stayed at the Main House for nine days in early December, Having just a wonderful time of it! The pool, nearby beach, and Somewhere Bar & Grill around the corner gave us a real tropical treat. We shall return!

This property is in a great location along Grace Bay. We had 3 couples and the 3 bedroom setup was perfect for us with 3 King size beds. Being the Summer it was hot in T&C but the AC in the bedrooms was great at night and the breeze coming through the house was super helpful. Quick walk down to the beach and snorkling was better than advertised. Having a pool in the shade to come back to was nice and refreshing. Property staff was very helpful and kept the place clean during our visit. Would highly recommend this property

Welcoming.

We absolutely loved this property! The location was on a quiet area of grace bay yet still close to several bars and restaurants- with snorkeling at Coral Bay and endless stretches of the best part of the beach! The house was charming and don’t let the fact that there’s only AC in bedrooms scare you off. There’s a breeze throughout bc of superb screens and cross ventilation. AC in bedroom’s makes them very cool. The views are amazing- the property is unbelievable. Owners and managers responded immediately to our every request. We will return!

Our third stay at this lovely villa on the beach at Grace Bay. Great ocean view and sunsets, great private pool, great location to everything. Grounds beautifully maintained. Weekly cleaning included. Thanks so much for another grand holiday!

Villa Camilla Providencials
Mostly as advertised, beautiful location on Grace Bay, walking distance to a lovely restaurant and a very easy five minute drive anywhere you want to go. Very private, but like you had your own little tropical getaway. There is no air-conditioning on the property unless you choose to pay for air conditioning in the bedrooms. As advertised this is optional, but in truth it is an absolute necessity. Otherwise you will be extraordinarily hot and bothered and sticky all day. Lots of bugs in the sand got a lot of bites even with bugspray. But ultimately this is a beautiful destination, beautiful house with an unbeatable location, incredible views, direct access to Grace Beach, and the check-in and checkout were easy and we had a wonderful trip.

A++ Vacation
Villa Camilla is exactly as pictured. The grounds are private, beautiful and surrounded by lush greenery. The location is a big plus - very close to the supermarket and other stores. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The villa is clean and equipped with the essential amenities and each bedroom has its own ensuite. The indoor/outdoor feature of the villa really makes it feel like a tropical escape. We used the deck off the kitchen/living area all the time and this is where we ate all of our meals, overlooking our pool and the ocean. The view of the ocean doesn’t get much better than this. Access to the beautiful beach is easy and convenient, with loungers for our use right at the beach’s edge. We so enjoyed our time at Villa Camilla and look forward to a return visit in the future.

Great location and great beach vacation house
Overall the property is great for a laid back beach vacation, with stunning views, great access to the beach and snorkeling, a pool to lounge around, spacious areas upstairs to hang out including 2 decks so you can sit in shade or sun as you prefer. The appliances are a little outdated but work, as with the bathrooms, but that is reflected in the price for a house on one of the best beaches in the world.
If you want a laid back beach vacation this is a great place.

Private and Relaxing
Very nice property in a private setting. There is no AC in the main area of the house but, there is AC in the bedrooms. The house was comfortable without the air conditioning and our stay was the end of July. I can't say enough about property manager Rose. She is very attentive to the neeeds of the guests.

A private paradise on Grace Bay
Villa Camilla is a unique property on Provo! You are nestled in several acres of private tropical gardens, yet only a short walk down your sandy path to the beautiful, endless Grace Bay beach. Or just relax poolside, right outside your bedroom! We loved the well-designed house. Wonderful breezes, open spaces, well-stocked kitchen. The owners and caretakers were all very responsive. Having stayed on Taylor Bay in previous visits, we were a bit wary of staying on the “developed” northern shore. But Villa Camilla made it a pleasure. So beautiful and private, yet near all amenities. But don’t miss the south end - Omar’s Beach restaurant is a great new addition, and the newly rebuilt Las Brisas is gorgeous, friendly, and delicious! Lots to enjoy on Provo!

Long Overdue Family Getaway
Villa Camilla exceeded our expectations. We loved the open air concept. And the grounds and landscaping are lush and naturally beautiful. Such a private space with a short walk from the house on a pretty path to the beach. And that lap pool was spectacular, especially after a long day on the beach. Go, you won’t regret it!

Villa Camilla is on the most beautiful and quiet beach but yet just steps away from fun bars and great places to eat! The pool and grounds were private and gorgeous. The villa itself was delightful!

Loved it!
The property is very beautiful & private! Three couples stayed for 5 nights and had a blast! The views from the upper deck were tremendous. The pool was well enjoyed. The landscaping around the property was very well maintained & beautiful. Loved the short walk to our "private" beach where we lounged, swam and walked to awesome snorkeling at Coral Gardens (100 yards) to the east and Smith's Reef (approx. 1 mile) to the west. We cooked breakfasts and a few lunches and dinners at the property and found the kitchen was accessorized with everything we needed. We ran into some logistics issues with our air travel to the island; Beth was very accommodating to our plight which was very much appreciated! This property is a real gem & we cant wait to return!

Pros - location, helpful staff, check-in was easy and simple , pool was great, located right on a gorgeous beach, felt safe due to the advanced alarm system. Cons: we had critters in our kitchen (critter poo on the counter each morning), fridge leaked a bit (had to clean up water each day(fridge did keep food and freezer items cool - just to be clear) , not a fan of the washer and dryer being outside the house - personal choice (the washer dryer worked great but I just prefer them inside the house i stay at so prefer that be clear when booking), open air concept was not for us but I could see this being something many love (basically the entire house is screened in porch - best way to describe - again property is beautiful, I just prefer less as far as personal taste) we had a few days with storms that passed through and leaked into the upstairs which required us to clean up water. Maybe this could have been resolved by us closing up the windows each evening but due to the open air concept we did not because we needed some air flow. All in all we had a great time. We loved the location and Everyone on the island was great. If you are looking for a place in a great location with lots of privacy and do not mind a little dated place without air conditioning that you should only run at bedtime (due to added fees - which we understand but trying to be clear) - then you will like this property.

Loved the location
We loved our time at Villa Camilla. The house has a private access point to a gorgeous stretch of beach. The water is crystal clear. Great snorkeling is a 5 minute walk away. The first few days, there was no one else on the beach with us! There are beach chairs and an umbrella on the property. In the mornings we’d drag the chairs (only about 20 feet) out to the beach. Each afternoon we’d swim and nap in the shade at the pool. Beautiful sunsets from the porch. We had daily visits from a green heron and a yellow crowned night heron.
The house has everything you need. Jade was super responsive and very helpful. Like other guests, we did find the alarm system to be intense, but we appreciated knowing that the house was secure when we went to sleep each night.
There is a nice grill on the upstairs porch. We grilled most nights. The house was quite warm upstairs in the afternoons, but it is the tropics! You can open the doors (they are screened) and enjoy the breeze. The rooms are downstairs and each one has its own air conditioning unit. We slept comfortably each night.
Villa Camilla was just what we needed. Quiet, relaxing, and a beautiful secluded location. One note for future guests: there is an empty lot right next the the house and we noticed a sign saying that new condos were coming soon. Thankfully there was no construction happening while we were there. If you are looking for peace and quiet, be sure to check that the construction next door hasn’t started (or is complete).

Perfect!!!
Perfect booking, communication, check in, location, weather... The pool was an awesome bonus to swim in morning and cool off at night. Our boat excursion picked us up on the beach right in front of the house. We saw sting rays, turtle and fish right in front of the house. NO seed weed, the beach was beautiful! Extensive security, we always felt safe! We were lucky and had a good breeze blowing every evening so we never used the bedroom air conditioners, which you do have to pay for separately when you leave. Grocery store right down the road, prices are high so bring what you can from home! We ate breakfast and lunch at the house every day then tried different restaurants every night! Like I said, perfect vacation!!!

A great concept
This house has a great open air concept and is in a great location. Feels like you are at the beach anywhere in the house. Does have some challenges. With the open air concept it can be quite hot in the house. The amenities (appliances, beds, bathrooms) are a bit dated. Overall we really enjoyed our experience.

Beautiful place
We had a great time at Villa Camilla. The beach was amazing and Bight reef is just steps away. We went snorkeling almost every day and saw a sea turtle on our last day. The gardens around the house are beautiful. Amazing view of the sunsets every night from the deck. The staff was very nice. Jade helped us with everything we needed.

Lovely villa in fabulous location on Grace Bay beach
Had a great vacation at Villa Camilla. Spacious villa, fantastic beach with turquoise waters. Close to lots of good restaurants and the Graceway supermarket. Gardens are beautiful and lap pool a bonus. Security system is a little complex but provided good peace of mind. Thanks to Beth and Larry for sharing their unique residence.

Many thanks again for another grand stay at Villa Camilla! It went by too quickly. Edson was terrific and he is so gentle and kind. The ladies who cleaned did a good job too. We love your little oasis in paradise and hope to return again!

Amazing Villa on Grace Bay Beach
Villa Camilla has everything! Beautiful home with 3 bedrooms that are all furnished with well thought out decor. The view can't be beat. Just steps away from the pristine white sand beach. Your house manager, Jade, is easily accessible for any questions and Edson happily set up our lounges and umbrella at the beach. The pool is perfect for a late afternoon dip and cocktails. Complete kitchen and several different decks to enjoy breakfast or sunset cocktails. The security is excellent and we felt very safe.
We were delighted all the way around with this Villa. 5 + stars!

Grace Bay Heaven
Feb 24. Weather phenomenal!!
House was great. First night alarm problems all night so hardly slept after a long haul to get there. Lots of lush greenery that our gardener takes pride in keeping it beautiful.
Pool beautiful 4 feet all the way.
Kitchen had everything we needed a bit weathered but enough to complete a nice dinner. Lots of construction next door which was a huge drag as the sand cover reef all the furniture and beds daily.
Would I recommend YES! Grace bay Villa Camilla has a beautiful view and located in one of the best spots. We walked over to the festival that’s held every Thursday which was s bonus if you wanted to have a few drinks! Thanks to all the villa Camilla staff and owners for sharing your beautiful place at Grace Bay !

The house is surrounded by lovely gardens. It feels like being in a magical private kingdom. Everything is very thoughtfully provided; lounge chairs for the beach, beach towels, umbrellas, a cooler ......The house is designed to make life easy and relaxing. I think we might ruined for any other vacation rental.

Jade as well was always on top of everything which is a PLUS. Thanks again for working with me...

Another fabulous trip to the Villa Camilla and T&C
Our group, three couples, stayed at the Villa Camilla early March 2018. This was our 4th trip so obviously we like our visits to the T&C islands and staying at the Villa. We usually travel there in the fall but this year because of the hurricanes and offers to come back to the islands to support the locals, we opted for a spring trip.
First, there was of course damage on the islands from the storms but around the villa it was minimal. I could see some larger trees were damaged and removed but all of the, in general, lower vegetation was intact and, in fact, we thought the flora around the villa was better than ever. It was spectacular. Regarding the villa structure and the hurricane effects, as best I could tell there were none. It is where I’d want to be in a storm!
The villa easily accommodates our 3 couples (3 bedrooms) and meets our needs but what I really like is the upper deck with views of the garden below, the ocean, the waves breaking on the barrier reef (and this trip they were huge and mesmerizing) and the sunsets (amazing). Also, the pool is wonderful. Very nice feature AND the deck furniture is perfect for snoozing or reading or whatever you’d like.
If you have not visited this area, the location is ideal. A short walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. And if you want to do such things as snorkeling, parasailing, touring or whatever, there are services right there on the beach or a call away and they will often pick you up. (We rented scooters for a couple of days and they picked us up and dropped us off.) Personally, I just liked to walk up and down the beach and people watch but you have options.
Since we were last there, about 18 months ago, an upgraded security system was added. I set it off once since it was a bit different. Actually I find the island safe and the islanders to go out of there way to be cordial and helpful. Though it is a feature for piece of mind when out and over night.
The property manager and service people are very nice, personable and responsive to any request (recall, I set off the alarm so they had to shut off and reset. I didn’t do it a second time!!) On arriving we not only got the instructions on use and operation of the facilities (I obviously didn’t listen as well as I should have regarding security!) but also updates and recommendations on local restaurants, activities, etc..
The owners too are very helpful easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Great Location and a Nice Property
Before I can truly rate this property, I feel it important to give it context. We were the first plane to land on the island post Maria, and the island was still having issues with Irma. Given that, the property owners were VERY flexible if we wanted to change or cancel, but we were determine to go and we did! I am sure that Maria/Irma will scare many people away, but now is when the island needs your financial support, and the real benefit in going is that the beach are empty :)
The house suffer very little (to no real) damage from either hurricane which should give you a feel for the quality of construction. The real damage from the storms was to the gardens on the extensive gardens on the property. The staff did a great job hustling to get the property ready to stay in after the storm. I really wish I could have seen the garden before the storm, but that said, we were shocked in how fast the gardens were rebounding in the week we were there.
A real gem of the property is in its location. The grocery store is a short 5 min drive, and the Thursday night beach party is in walking distance. Also, having both the ocean with direct access and pool to float in is a real plus. The direct beach access is very nice and the beach itself is dynamite. You can walk for miles in either direction on the beach with out issue and a great way to start each day.
We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again in the future!

Just returned from a fabulous week between Christmas and New Year at Villa Camilla. If I were to use one word to describe our experience I would say "easy". From beginning to end our engagement and experience was easy. Much gratitude to our hostess Linda Nayton who met us at the airport and guided us to the house after a late arriving flight and gave us advice on the places to go and things to do which we followed. Everything we were looking for in a laid back, go with the flow vacation was their for our family of six. Comfortable and casual was what we signed up for. Comfortable and casual is what Villa Camilla delivered!

We arrived on 9-20 for a very overdue family vacation. Linda was very welcoming and gave us a ton of info about the area and also all the amenities of the main house before she left. We also met Edson our first day and were immediately in love with him. Our first night and second nights were uneventful and we slept well. We went to the fish fry Thursday evening and had an absolute blast being around tons of locals as well as other tourists. The food is spectacular and inexpensive compared to some of the other places on the island. We went home, and after some great family time on the west patio, we all turned in for the night. About 4:30 that morning the alarm went off and we all came jumping out of bed. The security company called almost immediately and we told them what had happened and they arrived within 10 minutes to check things out. They did not find anything, and we all went back to bed for a bit. We got back up about 7 and after breakfast as we were headed out to Chalk Sound for the day, we noticed the screen had been cut near the front entry way - so we immediately contacted Linda and Alfonzo - who came to the house within about 30 minutes. They also found some palm prints on one of the bedroom sliding doors where someone had apparently tried to slide it open. So, for the remainder of our trip - Edson was our bodyguard and property patrol - he was up all night long making rounds of the property and when he would see that we were up, he would go to bed. This helped us feel more secure, as my daughter and son-in-law's bedroom was the one that they had tried to get into - and she was pretty upset about it, as would be expected. We had no more issues with this the entire time we were there.
The house is wonderful - the view from the front room takes your breath away - having a laundry onsite it WONDERFUL! We were next door at Beach House nearly every day of our stay - letting "The Sherminator" take care of our needs. They were so gracious in letting us use their beach chairs and water equipment. Since we went in the off-season, no place was ever very busy. Some of the restaurants close for renovations, so we were sad that we couldn't take the kids to Heminway's or Coco Bistro, but we did eat at Mango Reef, Tiki Hut, Sharkbite, and Baci. Also Giggles ice cream! :)
Take lots of money - as groceries are ridiculous. But you will NEVER see water this color anywhere else in the world! So it's worth it!

OMG did we ever luck out booking this place. The location is perfect for groceries, shopping, activities, and fabulous restaurants. Yet completely private such that no one knew we were even here. We always like trying new places but we will never be able to top this. The views are fabulous, the house comfortable and, again, the location prime. I would like to make this an annual trip. Never be able to top this

Our family of four booked the Beachfront Villa for a week in July. Linda was great with check-in and orientation. The house is airy and roomy and inviting. Kitchen stocked well and gas grill works great. Easy 2 minute walk to the beach and a reef just off to the right of the property when you reach the beach that has good snorkeling. There is a gardener/handyman (Edson) on duty from 7-6 that is very helpful. Pool was always very clean. Overall a great place and a great setting. Our issue was we had an unexpected visitor on our third night. There is an alarm in the house and can be set while you are sleeping, and it was set that night. I was awoken just before 5am to some sound, and upon a second noise, jumped out of bed and upon hearing a noise saw movement near the door to my right, where the screen had been cut open and windows removed. i ran to the door and hollered at man as he ran off with a towel over his head and carrying stolen items. We called 911 and the security company and the property manager. The police showed up around 15-20 minutes later. Then the security company and the property manager with other security people arrived. Overall not a huge deal, petty crime is everywhere in the world (beach towels, shoes, fishing shirts stolen since he did not get fully inside), but left us unsettled for the rest of the trip. I do wonder what would have happened if the intruder had made it all the way in the house and then I confronted him and his knife. With two kids asleep in the next room it is scary. The alarm system should have gone off and scared him off but for some reason it did not trigger. The property manager Linda did put on night security for the rest of our trip from 6pm-6am.
On the 6th night of our trip the alarm in the guest house went off at 7am. The security company called us and asked me to go look to see if the second property was OK. It was light so I did get out of bed and check the place out and it was OK. On our last night of our stay, the guest house alarm went off at 6am waking us again. No phone calls this time, and no visits either. The one good thing is the alarm shuts off after 10 minutes.
T&C is a great place, their people very friendly (most of them), we will go back as the diving is great, not sure where we would stay next time, maybe a condo or subdivision.

We spent 5 wonderful days at the Villa Camilla. The property was prefect for 3 couples. The pool and grounds were beautiful. The staff provided great info on all the island had to offer. The house had everything we needed. Great time had by all.
