Great Location
We really enjoyed our time in Narragansett! The house was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens). The location is great - walkable to the beach as well as local shops and restaurants. The beach passes provided were much appreciated and used often. The owner Michael was in touch with everything we needed to know and super easy to contact. We really enjoyed our stay!

We came for a wedding!
We came for my Daughters wedding!
Fantastic week, really enjoyed the convenience of the location to be able to walk to beach, dinner and to have drinks.
Easy drive to the grocery market and stores as well. House ranch layout allowed for areas to practice wedding dances, quietly retreat to read a book or sit out on deck to catch some rays. AC not in all rooms kept whole house comfortably cool. Out door shower is always a pleasant way to shower after the beach and shower the children. Provided Boogie boards and beach chairs made needed packing room easier for the trip.
We would rent this again.

Ideal vacation house in Narragansett
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. It was more spacious than you can tell from the photos. Plenty of sleeping space and separate living areas so teens don’t have to hang out with the adults! The mini splits worked great to cool the whole house. The best part is the short walk to beach- especially on July 4th when the traffic for the beach and fireworks was crazy! Also a short walk to shops and restaurants. Owner was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again.

Great house for family vacation
Great communication with owner. Super location and walking distance to beach. Also South Kingstown has a brand new beautiful rec center only a couple of miles away so there is a great indoor gym with basketball that non residents can use for only $3 per day. YMCA with indoor pool also only a couple of miles away as well. Great neighborhood for walking and there are a couple playgrounds within walking distance as well. We had three generations staying here ages 9 to 86 and all seven of us were comfortable.

Nice house with lots of room!
This is a 5 bedroom house so plenty of rooms for everyone in our family. My kids loved the bunk beds! Nice to have washer and dryer. Spacious living room area. Was nice to be left 3 beach passes by the owners. Beach is $10/day for each adult if you don’t have passes. 15 minute walk to beach, although with 4 small children in tow it probably took us alot longer than it would other people! Area is quiet, playground within walking distance. Dunkin’ Donuts and a few shops within walking distance as well. Private fenced in backyard was great to contain the kids.

Good place to stay
This property was clean and well-maintained. It was exactly as described by the owner. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions before I arrived. (I did not have any questions after I arrived, but I have no doubt he would have responded just as quickly.) The property is located just a short walk from Narragansett Beach. There is a large family room that easily accommodated a family reunion with 30 people. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook. The only thing we needed to add was the food. There are two large supermarkets a short drive from the house. I strongly recommend going to the Shaw's in Westerly rather than the Stop & Shop in Narragansett. The Stop & Shop tends to get very very busy in the summer. The Shaw's a slightly longer drive, about 3 miles from the house, is far less busy during the week in the summer. There are many good restaurants close to the house. From the upscale Coast Guard House with a magnificent ocean view to Iggy's clam shack famous for their chowder and clam cakes. There are also restaurants in nearby Wakefield and Galilee. The beach in Narragansett is a town beach. It is much more expensive than the state beaches. However, if you arrive at the beach before 8:30 or after 5:30 there is no charge. Scarborough State Beach, a short drive south, and Narragansett are considered two of the best beaches in RI. This property is about 5 -6 miles from the Block Island Ferry, worth a day trip. My only complaint, such as it is, is the hood over the stove is too low for me. I kept hitting my head on it. Unlike Galilee or Scarborough, is located near shopping, grocery stores and a large Rite Aid pharmacy. Overall, I would highly recommend this property for anyone who plans a stay at the beach in Narragansett. I should point out I live in RI and rented the house to be close to our relatives who came here from California.

Super layout and close proximity to water and shops
We have been renting in RI for over 30 years and the Atlantic Ave house might just be our favorite all time. Super layout and close proximity to water and shops. Pretty yard, grill worked great, bedroom setup very accomodating for a large or multiple families. Music by the water, fairs, events, and good food within walking distance. Parking along water wall is free for open spots. Two nearby beaches. What more do you need to know. House presents a nice, open, relaxing atmosphere. We are returning next month for week #2. Thanks Mike!

Great Location
Great location in Narragansett: Walk to Narragansett Town Beach, Shops/Pier Village & Restaurants, (i.e. CG House, Picnic Basket, Trio's, etc.) and the big Park down the street.
Large front yard and small back yard for relaxing and grilling. House had plenty of room for our needs and the AC units worked well.
I would just suggest the following: more utensils for the grill, beach passes for guests, and a few bicycles to take advantage of the area (and the bike trail near the park).

Perfect for families with young kids
We stayed for a week with friends and kids under the age of two. The large family room was a great place to hang out and the beach is only a 15 min walk. We would definitely reccomend.

The perfect layout for multi family use
This ranch has the perfect layout to accomodate both hanging out together as well as having some space to yourself. So many small touches made this perfect for our 3 families with 3 toddlers - from the super quiet and secluded bedroom for our one year old to the extra beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and trolly provided by the owners to the outdoor shower and spacious, gated back yard and patio. The owner is extremely responsive too. We hope to be able to come back soon!

Perfection in RI!
We found ourselves singing "we want to rock down to Atlantic Avenue..." This house was absolutely perfect for our group - adults and young teens. The yard has a beautiful garden that made for a wonderful deck/grilling/relaxing setting. The rooms are spacious and spread out so we could all escape every now and then. The center living/cooking/dining areas are perfect for gathering and hanging out. The beach and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. The owner was great - very responsive to any request we had, and the process was seamless. We cant wait to come back!

We had a great time.. plenty of room for our family and even grandparents
Walking distance to the good surfing beach. Owner available for any questions. Some things still being worked on in the house, mostly cosmetic, but nice to see that an owner is actually putting some money back into the house.
