No hot water in the morning, tank broke, but they moved us to another room to shower.

The room had a very beachy vibe. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of clean towels. Staff in the lobby were friendly, and the hot coffee was pretty good every morning. Views from the on site restaurant and bar were stunning. Unfortunately , a few things got in the way of our giving this place a better rating. Upon entering the room, the mildew smell was really strong. Very off putting. The caulk in the shower had big spots of black mold- it requires either deep cleaning or replacement. Last, the guest directly above us had a small dog that ran across the floor every morning between 6:45 and 7:00 am. Maybe those traveling with pets should be given rooms on the first floor?

Beautiful room and wonderful view. Very nice staff. An elevator would be a plus, but the staff was as accommodating as possible. Highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were very quaint and clean.

The rooms weren’t as kept as they appear to be online and the beds are the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced. There was also a mildew smell to the room. Would not return.

Definitely we will go back, so lovely.

Only comment is that the ice machine was not working.

Beautiful location! Comfortable beds! Very clean.

Location is key but staff excellent from Ali at check in to Isabelle during our entire stay and Michael. The shrubs on lower level definitely need to addressed. Very over grown

This was my first vacation since my cancer treatments. I was so excited to get to beautiful RI. The location of this hotel was beautiful, but immediately when we checked in, my Mom was bothered by the smell of mold. The room we were in was nice, but the bathroom was tiny and the shower head was broken, we had to hold it while we showered and it still made the entire floor wet. The mold in there was too much too. You had to move the faucet in the sink to wash your face without getting the floor wet. The staff was super friendly and helpful, but the beds were so uncomfortable, we opted to leave one night early. For the money I paid, I expected a lot more.

I dont want this to come off as a bad experience. This is just a critique of a few things that made my experience less enjoyable. When you pay over $400/night for a room, you expect a little more than what we got.
The property is close to the water, but the rooms are set back slightly. We still had a view of the water from our room. We stayed on the second floor. This is more of a motel due to entering the room from the outside. The dumpster is in the back where you enter. The room looks fresh and crisp, but the floors were filthy. My feet were black after a few minutes. The shower pressure wasnt great. Probably the most problematic thing of our stay was the sink. It is a small wall mounted sink with very little space to place things. There is a small shelf that actually gets in the way when washing or brushing teeth.
There are two full beds but I think two queens would have fit fine. The deck is decent, but its a shared deck with other rooms. We had 3 families so it was nice to have 3 sections of the deck together.
Overall, this place wasnt bad. The area just isnt what Im used to. There aren't many restaurants or shops, so the beach is the only thing to do. The beach is expensive ($46 for a family of 3 to park and enter) and its very small and not very nice.

Overall it was nice but details matter, there was dirt/scum at the bottom of the shower door &track, dried bird poop on the outdoor furniture. The sink looks cute but it’s not easy to wash your face over so water got all over the floor. Balcony railing slats were rotted out, my 2yr old son pushed against one and he almost fell through, luckily we were right beside him. We reported it to the staff and they said they would fix it the next day.

Our room was updated, clean and comfortable. We had an ocean view and the property was conveniently located close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping nearby. The on site restaurant was exceptional.

Nice room. Nice area

Overall great experience, our AC wasn’t working and without question we were moved to a new, larger room, the front desk moved all of our bags for us which they didn’t have to do.
Rooms were basic but clean and quiet.
The lobby bar and restaurant are awesome, would stay again.

The property itself is lovely, waterfront with a nice bar and sitting area on the front lawn. However the floors in the upstairs rooms should be carpeted. We stayed on the first floor and above us were toddlers continually stomping and running back and forth across the floor pushing what sounded like chairs or toys all across the wood floor starting at 6 a.m. It was incredibly annoying and not a very peaceful stay for us. They checked out the next day but it would have been nice to have been offered some kind of concession after complaining to the front desk. So I would recommend not staying on the ground floor.

This hotel is showing photos of chairs on a lawn overlooking the ocean. When I asked at the desk about using this area I was told it’s a restaurant and the hotel is unaffiliated with the attached restaurant and I would need to talk to the restaurant about the chairs. They did let me sit but wanted to bring us drinks.
In reality the hotel sits farther back and there is no where to sit and relax and look at the water unless you go and eat at the restaurant. I feel like the hotel is not honestly representing itself.
Disappointed.

Great location. We had a good time. Common areas weren’t well kept

Walls were very thin and we could hear the other room. No gluten free options for breakfast other than fruit.

This was a great place to stay if you like the area.the area doesn’t have a lot to do with kids other than going to the beach or finding food.
The restaurant was very good on site and the room was very modern and clean.
The check in staff was awesome and very nice and the restaurant staff was very attentive and took care of us.
This is not a property issue at all but we were surprised at how little there was do to in the area. Not a lot of kids things nor shopping.
We did have a very nice stay and the staff should be proud of their efforts because it shows!

It was very accessible to everything in Narragansett. Great view of the ocean!

The rooms are nice and clean. The location is convenient. Picturesque views. Only negative is the breakfast is minimal, so plan on paying for own breakfast.

The only reason to stay here is the location. Hotel is fine, clean and has the basics.

Located right across the street from the walkway along the ocean made this really convenient to stroll. The good and drinks were excellent at the restaurant. All of the staff were really friendly. The room was decorated in retro 50's style, which really looked nice. There were flowers all around the front door patio which smelled and looked wonderful. We would definitely go back here again.

Our couple getaway was less than special when we showed up and the hotel room was actually a motel layout. Other guests walked by and looked in our rm window so much that we had to keep our shades closed. So much for our ocean view! The walls were paper thin. Our top sheet had stains. Our neighbors kept slamming their rm door into our wall. Shaking the building. The parking was so limited! The hotel allowed cars to park without a parking pass (even though they said cars would be towed). And hotel guests had to park on the street. Our room #21, was so dirty that our feet and socks were filthy from just one evening walking around the rm. The bathroom door didn't close!! We didn't talk to Mike about this bc he was so unhelpful about the soap, info about local beaches, etc that we didn’t think he could do anything to help. The bathroom was so tiny that they hung a (see-through) curtain, so you could dry off and change outside the bathroom! The hotel body wash soap dispenser was empty. We asked the front desk, Mike, for more. Instead of taking care of it. He walked us to the supply shed and gave us the soap to install ourselves! The hotel had a restaurant for lunch and dinner. We never went bc it was so busy. It made it seem like the restaurant happened to have some rooms for rent. Instead of a hotel having a restaurant. The hotel guests were an after thought.
The one amazing thing about this room was the A/C was cold and silent!

Decent price in that area. Friendly customer service, cute room. Issues were a slightly musty smell in room and some stray hairs in bathroom but nothing worth complaining about. But beds were comfortable, and very chic set up in room. Location and view make it worth it!

This is a very clean property located right on the water. It has wonderful views and very friendly staff. I cant recommend it enough
